I hardly ever write a review, but I am extremely frustrated with this company. Took my vehicle to have it looked at due to my diesel exhaust system showing a malfunction. They looked at it the first time and did a manual regen and reset my system and I spent $450 plus on that.Within a couple miles after leaving my check engine light comes on again. Take it back in to them to replace and ERG valve. Was told that it would be between $900 and $1200 with the worst case being around $1200 if the Titanium bolts break which apparently is a norm with Ford trucks.Was told today my vehicle was ready to go and I go pick it up to find over a $2000 bill for the services that I was quoted a lot less for.I don t know much about this company as I used them because they are local, but not very happy with the lack of communication here. If I did that to a customer in my line of work, I wouldn t be in business very long. Very disappointing, and they basically had me over a barrel so nothing I could do. On top of that I know they had to test drive my car but I had over a half a tank in my truck when I dropped it off and less than a quarter of a tank when I picked it up. After charging me over $800 more than I was quoted you would ve thought they would at least replaced my gas.I recommend that you watch out and get everything in writing with them. You shouldn t have to do it, but I had a weird feeling about this place and I figured after the first time I need to take it back since I had issues right away. I should ve went with my feeling and took it to somebody else. You live and you learn!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

After taking my car back for no work being done after almost 3 weeks, found many things not working electrically. Had it to another shop and they found fuses missing, wires moved, etc. Obviously someone was an upset child. Terrible way to run a business. Didn't think I would track down the issues and make the connection? Not too smart.

My friend referred me to this place. They did some A/C work on my car, told me it was done, I paid in full for the work but when i was on my way home it was blowing out warm air. When calling the shop about it, The manager seemed like he was just seeing if I would except it that way. I took it back and they had it for a few days and told me i could pick it up and that they hadn't fixed it but wanted to discus it with the owner to see what they could figure out. I've called back a couple times and they still give me the run around. Its been over a month now so my view is don't go there.Services: Body & Trim, Auto A/C replacement

They did an amazing job on my vehicle in a timely manner. Very good customer service on the phone and in person. If they come across anything that needs attention while working on your vehicle. They will always call you first before addressing or leaving it at your request. I would suggest calling first because they're an extremely talented shop so they're always going to be busy. They're worth the wait. Thank you Jim Cooksey for telling me about this place

I've been extremely happy with this shop. They work on both my vehicles. He's always great at letting me know what's gonna need work. He's really good at explaining what's going on, and all the options.

I had a taillight out on my Subaru Outback and I called for an estimate and to make an appointment to bring my car in. They estimated it to be $25 max, depending on what bulb it was. I came in, the mechanic took my keys and went outside, but came back inside to tell me I also had a headlight out. I confirmed for him to change it out, and he brought my car back to the shop. After about 45 minutes he came back to the front desk and said I also had a turning signal out and replaced it without asking me first. All my lights had worked the day prior, other than my one taillight and I trusted that the mechanic was being honest. I was quoted $25 max but I ended up paying a $185 bill. Not sure if I was taken advantage of, all I know is that I ended up paying much more than I was quoted.

Great prices n a great mechanic. They also do safety n emissions. They take great care of you n your car. He's trust worthy n reliable.

It was a great experience!!! We asked for and got great service...something you don't see nowadays!! If you are in House Springs, MO, call and you will be glad you did. Reasonably priced, fast and clean.

The only place I trust. Never have to worry it won't be done right. There are lots of mechanics, but few with the natural gift. Chris has that gift

I trust Kempin Automotive. They are always fair with the pricing and a friendly staff. I drive over 45 mins just to use them i won't go anywhere else.

200.00 for 3 windshield wipers, safety, emissions, read code that did not exist on the radio. They took advantage of an elderly disabled women, my mother. Go anywhere but here. They will rip you off.
