I have always heard wonderful thing about this place, so I decided to use them to have a new exhaust system installed on my truck LAST Friday I called up there last Friday to see if my truck was done it wasn t I asked when they thought it might be done because there hours say they are open Saturday and Sunday this person informed that they are not open on weekends and that the part would be in Monday and be done Monday we were okay with that except the guy was Extremely rude and I understand you have to wait for parts but we were told it would be DONE Monday it wasn t we were told it was gonna be done Tuesday still wasn t done until Wednesday around noon. Well I called they gave me the price I pulled the money went to pay nope apparently when they gave me the wrong price Which was already at $1420 they then said they told me they didn t have everything on the receipt apparently when they told me the price so then my price went from that to $1612.95 that a huge difference then the original price they told me it s not my fault when they told me the price and everything wasn t on their receipt the guy who I will let remain nameless was VERY rude every time I talked to them.This place will never see another dime from me or anyone in my family. I will be reporting this to the BBB since when I walked in this morning to talk about it y all were very rude as well. Treat your customers with respect especially when they re almost spending $2000 on their truck but let s not throw in the price or the rental car I had to get. I m extremely upset with this place.Service: Exhaust

Overcharged me by 200.00 for stuff not authorized nor even put on my truck. Even brought my mechanic back with me who had been working on my truck. We re going to hold my truck if I didn t pay them full amount on a Saturday. Wanted to use my credit card instead they forced debit. Which then could not refuse the charges of work never done! I will never use them again and they are my neighbor.

Went in for some tire problems, David was very helpful and showed me the problems and gave me the estimate on repairs. Very honest and upfront. Would definitely recommend for auto repair. All the staff was kind and helpful.

I had some custom exhaust work done here. I was impressed by how well they kept my appointment and how quickly the work was done. The technician followed my instructions perfectly and gave me good advice. The cost was also reasonable. I highly recommend this shop for exhaust work.

Having Used them before I knew they were awesome! Brought my '18 Silverado to get a single in-double out exhaust. When I picked up, the shop said I could have ran true duals next time(which I may do down the line).After hearing my truck just with the Super 44 and y pipe, I decided to just keep my setup for now as it sounds exactly how I wanted.If I ever upgrade or buy a new truck HouseSprings Discount Muffler will DEFINITELY receive my business!Extremely Fast, high quality work(and welds), and very reasonable pricing.Also, don't know that it matters but I drive 40 min just to use this shop. Its been a couple weeks now and I wanting to write a review about this company. I came to them about 3 yrs after getting a bid from a company I ve trusted for yrs but something didn t feel right about what they told me was wrong with my vehicle, so I came here. Well recently I had a issue with my car again. It was a hard find. It was a oil leak that took quite a bit of man hours and trail and error. BUT. They got it finally and didn t give up. I appreciated their honestly and thier updates on the situation. One again, sometimes I am reminded of patience getting the job right IS THE MOST IMPORTANT, Thanks for the continued trustworthy service you do!

I have been taking my cars to this shop since i was 16 and i am almost 40 now. Haven't been in severalyears after moving away. But I returned tonight to see about a start to a project and they got me in and out super fast, and I spent way less then I was planning. I now have a plan for the next step and I will be returning very soon for new performance exhaust. The service was outstanding and couldn't be matched. The lady at the counter was very nice and knowledgeable. Didn't realize they did regular repair work as well so will be bringing all my cars to them for everything from maintenance and up from now on. Great job. Look forward to having my Cadillac back.

Very honest. Was picking up car after getting a good deal on a set of tires and overheard the mechanic telling an elderly customer that her check engine light was on but only because the gas cap wasn t on tight enough. He gave her the keys, said there s no charge and your car is waiting for you out front. In today s times, this type of business needs recognition!! At other shops they would have charged for some $300 sensor or whatever they could come up with. Thanks for being honest!!

I took my truck to another shop 3 times they couldn t figure out why it wouldn t pass emission. I dropped it off at Discount Muffler no sooner than I got home they called me and said it s all done come and get it. I was shocked and very happy.

I was not extremely thrilled with the customer service when I went to pick up my vehicle. I wasn't spending anything to have it looked at and I figure, they figured I wouldn't have it worked on there anyway. But they sealed their fate in that when they wouldn't even look me in the eye when they were talking to me about my car. And come to find out, I really didn't need the alignment which they claimed I did. After the tires were put on by another company, they said it did. I felt a little impersonal service.

I looked at several muffler shop reviews and Discount Muffler had the best reviews for the amount of people who had been there so I drove 40 miles because I couldn t afford to have a bad job done to my 20 year old vehicle and now I am very happy with the job they did replacing my muffler and a couple of other rusted out pipes including the placement and securing of the dual exit pipes. 5 stars all the way...

These people went above and beyond to fix my car AND make it affordable. They even have me a ride home when I dropped my car off. Friendly service staff is so rare these days. I appreciate what they've done for me and won't ever go anywhere else for service.

Always take care of my needs and always work to get my vehicles in for repair when I am in a pinch. Theyve always provided good work, and have always been very honest. Even fixed a screw in my tire recently and wouldn't charge me for it. Definitely my go to place when I need something done to my vehicles

Solid work performed for very reasonable prices. Fixed exhaust and checked my engine dying after warmup then idle issue. Battery died on me, despite mech cleaning terminals, which had solved idle issue. Can't fault shop much for that, since it was a couple days after they did work when I picked car up. Possibly, if he'd done voltage test he could have been the one to sell me a new battery proactively instead of me having AutoZone deliver one to the Walgreens parking lot it died in to fix it. Small issue compared to overall great service received. Will return.

14 months and 13,000 miles after they did the repair work on my 2009 Honda Accord I experienced problems with the parts they had put on that was clearly no fault of theirs and they replaced everything at no charge to me, including labor. Plus they replaced the parts with higher grade items. They went WAY above and beyond and I was not expecting that! I would specify the parts and repairs but I don't want to subject them to everyone walking in expecting the same since this would have cost me around $800. I highly recommend them and they are also under somewhat new ownership that is trying to turn things around as far as service level.

The workers are incredibly in knowledgeable and polite. They worked around my busy schedule and even offered to drive me to work the day I dropped my car off. I highly recommend going to them and supporting a small business :)

I would never use this place the price they told me for diagnostic was 250 and they couldn't even do it tell the next day cause they where busy but for 250 bucks not going to happen. Went done the street got it done in 15 mins and at $100. Why do people overpay these guys when you can get better work faster and cheaper down the street?

After hearing some horror stories about this shop, but also hearing they do a great job from others (although at a slightly higher rate than other shops) I decided to have my work done here as it was close to home. All I can say is that I wish I hadn't. I would never consider going back there and would highly recommend you go to another shop for your work as this one was more expensive than most other shops in the area and was very unprofessional.
