Vahrenberg run an amazing, family friendly, great customer service and we felt welcome just like family. Our kids and grandkids love to drive the tractor.

Purchased a new MF 4710 from Doug at Vahrenberg and couldn't be happier. Great new tractor with outstanding performance. I was one day away from buying a similar Kubota, saw one of Doug's video's, compared the two tractors and changed my mind. And I already own one Kubota so it wasn't that I was dissatisfied with Kubota, just that much more impressed with the MF 4710 and Doug. Highly recommend.

I shopped around for over a year before deciding to go with Vahrenberg. We put the entire deal together over the phone. They did everything I asked and then some correctly and in a timely manner. The new tractor was delivered to us in perfect condition. Mr. Wendell took the time to go over the tractor with us to make sure we knew how to safely operate it. That alone was a few hours out of his busy day. He didn't leave until he made sure that we understood all of the terms and fine print regarding the warranty and such. We even received a handwritten thank you card from these great people. It is good to know that there are companies still out there that take customer service seriously. My first and last call for anything Massey Ferguson or Implement will be to Vahrenberg.

Great experience. The owner took time to talk to us and tell us about the town and the implement we were buying. Probably the best tractor store experience I've ever had.

We have had numerous business dealings with Vahrenberg Implement and they have all been positive. Doug is very friendly, always willing to take time to visit, and answers any questions you may have. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. We would recommend seeing them for your farm and lawn needs.

My father and I have used these people for years. Service department does good work but won't talk the place up past that. They don't like giving out technical information on products they are certified by the manufacturer to sell and service and the owner considers "I don't know" as an acceptable answer I guess unless you know who the special person you need to request is (when they answer the phone they just say the name of the dealership and you have no idea who you are talking to anyways). Disappointed this is acceptable behavior to regular customers. He said he's gone "above and beyond" for me but as well as my local NAPA treats me with free parts delivery to my house and my local McCarthy Chevrolet dropping me in 40 grand loaners while they service one of my 20 year old cars I'm not sure if we share the same idea for "above and beyond" standards. I hope I never have such an attitude with my regular customers that have been doing business with me for nearly two decades. My response to the owner is I hate that he tries to act like this is "normal" in the ag industry. He was telling me he should get paid for technical support like appliance manufacturers do until I told him what other industries did for me then all of a sudden the way other industries did stuff didn't matter. It's not normal at Ag Power when I get parts or service for my John Deere from them. It's not normal at Golden Valley when I get New Holland or H&S parts or service and it's not even normal at Shuck Implement which is a rival Massey Ferguson dealer. Everyone always ask what department you want or just goes and gets them. They never say, "I don't know". I never have that happen anywhere but here. I got flat out ignored on Facebook asking for a publication number for a book until I attacked the dealership with a bad review at which point the owner thought I was somehow wrong being ignored and shoved to the side like I have many times before. It's disheartening when you try to be supportive of a place for years and when you get sick of being shoved to the side somehow you are the bad customer in the wrong.

I was finally moving up from my old much beloved John Deere 317 Garden tractor (with many many attachments including single bottom plow and tiller) to a compact. I wasn't sure what I needed. I looked at many brands. Doug spent over an hour with me after the store was closed just to convenience me. I drove by many tractor dealers (including two that sold green ones) just to buy a Massey from Vahrenburg. If you are looking for service and quality, I suggest you do the same.

We have bought (2) tractors , (3) different disc mowers a manure spreader and a 15 foot rotary mower From Mike and Doug at Vahrenberg implement in Higginsville Missouri. First off let me say we have had problems with a lot of these items, but as you can see we like to give people the benefit of the doubt. So we continued to buying from them. Now that being said all these items were new .The manure spreader we bought in the fall of the year to use for the following spring by the time spring time got there the tires were rotted off and we had to call them about this so they did replace them. The 4610 Massey Ferguson tractor after about one year the shaft in the transmission broke out of this tractor. The shaft and the fuel pump cost is $7000 to get it fixed. So then we traded the 4610 Massey Ferguson in and bought another tractor which was a 4710 this tractors air conditioner does not work and has not worked right since day one. Ok they looked at it once and said it was fine, but I m here to tell you it is not. You can not stand to be in this tractor it s to hot to work in it. So we re done . Guess we are slow to learn. We Eli not buy anything else from them .

Will not buy anything from this store. Sales person was snarkey. I will bring my business elsewhere.I am having trouble responding to your below post and no I did not have an issue with the mile range you are referring to. if you give me a number or a method to contact you I better explain.

I have a small box full of hydraulic connectors that I purchased new over the last two months. I have a GC1710 with the earlier 1/4" fittings on the Front Loader. One is leaking when the loader is not connected, so I need to replace it. I have tried Massey Dealers, hydraulic fitting shops, and even Amazon. All of which looked like the right part with the option, this next item is key, to push or pull the connector to put it together. My thumbs don't work like they used to and a pull connector is much easier for me to use plus, that is what Massey provided originally, push-pull. The folks at Vahrenberg pointed out an innocuous note in the parts book, ordered that part and shipped it to me in Pittsburgh. Hallelujah! Finally the right part! For whatever reason, other folks struggled to get this for me and the generic hydraulic suppliers misrepresented the connectors for having push and pull capability. I kept the other connectors because they are good spares for other equipment and attachments, but what a relief to have the right thing...finally for my beloved GC1710! Vahrenberg, keep my address for future purchases and you made my weekend!

Great dealership! Friendly workers small town feeling good quality equipment. They also have some cool used equipment I drove by last week and they had a Minneapolis Moline 4 star in the back corner. [how cool]. They also had a ford 640, allis chalmers one eighty, oliver 1755 just to name a few!
