Bought our last 2 vehicles from Kurt at Hermann Ford. Sales process has been seamless every time. They have done complimentary service on it with some issues that came about early on after purchase which I was not expecting nor expecting to happen. 10/10 would recommend

We have purchased a Transit Connect delivery van for our business and now two Ford F 150 pickups for personal use. Very pleased with the purchase process and the level of personal care and service to make the purchases as convenient as possible. Also, very confident got best pricing on all 3 purchases - no hassle, bottom line price. Also, nice family run organization - support local and support small family businesses! I just purchased a vehicle from here yesterday and I have had the best car buying experience ever. I have bought from a dealership many times in my life and felt like I'm doing mental kung fu and having to fight the whole time or keep my guard up. Everyone was so nice and personable and very reasonable when it came to discussing price, trade in, and financing. I never felt like I was being preyed upon. We saw an issue with the door lock and they fixed it the next day and helped me learn everything about my vehicle. I will absolutely return to purchase all vehicles in the future from Hermann ford!

I d better like it I ve owned it 50 years this past Aug 1 st. When I started their was 12 small competing dealers like mine! Guess how many are left now! I ll help you out 1 saved a lot of guessing! Thanks for all of you that made it happen! BUD

Best dealership ever. My parents have both purchased vehicles here. They were never Ford people and Kurt has changed them. Took my work truck there for alternators that oreillys said it needed and Hermann Ford said it didn't need them. They do not put parts on that you don't need. I recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a new vehicle.

Hermann Ford has exceeded our expectations. Nick and Kurt offered a great buying experience while also going above and beyond our expected high standard of customer service. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The buying process was painless due to the speed and ease of service. Furthermore, Nick and Kurt and are not just salespeople. While the sale with Nick and Kurt was a business transaction, the strong relationship we developed with them was based on extraordinary customer service meaning business for life.

After wasting 2 hours at another dealership where they kept trying to put us into vehicles we didn't want, we gave Herman Ford a call and told Kurt exactly what we were looking for and our budget. Kurt let us know what he had and welcomed us to come in and test drive it. We were never pressured to increase our budget or to consider vehicles we didn't want. We ended up buying the perfect truck within our budget, were treated fairly and felt comfortable working with Kurt.

Last fall I purchased my first Ford from Hermann Ford. Kurt went above & beyond to find the specific vehicle I wanted. Recently my car had to be serviced & I required a rental. They made sure I had a vehicle that worked for our family & John even helped me get all three car seats into the car. Little things like this mean the world to me. Thank you Hermann Ford for the best buying & servicing experience I ve ever had! We are already planning our next purchase from there.

I went in to make an appointment to have a recall done at the end of the month. When they found out that we would be driving the car to the Boston area they insisted that we have the work done that day and fit us in. Great customer service!

My experience with Kurt, and Hermann Ford, has always been over the top. Kurt goes out of his way to provide great service, to make sure I've always got something to drive if my car is in the shop, and always has an amazing amount of patience with my husband and I as we shop for new vehicles. I will definitely continue to do business with Hermann Ford in the future, and always refer all my friends and family to them.

My family and I have purchased our last 3 cars from Hermann Ford. Kurt and the team always go above and beyond for us. Service department is top notch as well, worth the drive from St Louis to know you're being treated fairly and quickly as well. I can't imagine I will purchase from any other dealer in the area other than Hermann Ford!! Thanks!!

I drive all the way from South St. Louis City to Hermann Ford because we receive the best prices and service of any dealership I have ever encountered. Every employee I have had any contact with has gone above and beyond to be courteous, respectful, and kind.

I'm typically difficult to please at a dealership. I'm frustrated that most service departments lack technical expertise, troubleshooting skills, and customer service skills. That is not the case at Hermann Ford. They are proactive with vehicle issues (actually perform the multipoint inspection that everyone claims to do). The owner works the showroom floor and is extremely engaging with customers. The employees all have a positive attitude. I was very impressed. I have found my new go to dealership.

While on a winery trip my 2015 Ford F-250 diesel suddenly lost all turbo power and my truck went into low power limp mode. I was 3 hours from home with a truck full of people at 3 pm and no way to really get my problem resolved without a tow to my home town or staying overnight in Hermann or a very slow drive home possibly at the expense of my engine. I scanned the code at the local auto parts store and their scanner was not advanced enough to find the problem so I went to this dealership in the hopes that they could help get me back on the road. They were booked up for several days and said so but when they heard that I was from out of town and unable to wait that long they got my truck in to look at it within 30 minutes of me showing up. They were able to get me on the correct path to figuring out what the problem was and they didn t even charge for the diagnosis which I feel was extremely gracious of them. In the end they couldn t get the part I needed without me staying overnight so I did have to limp the truck home but that is not their fault in any way. The customer service was great and they were very nice to work with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a repair in the Hermann area at this point.

Lies about doing work on your car and charges you for it, but are unwilling to fix the problems they cause. Terrible customer service. I have taken my car here around three times, thinking maybe someone had a bad day, and was disappointed each time. They won't even call you when your car is ready either, which is questionable in itself. Personally, I would not take my car here or buy one from these people. Would definitely NOT recommend!!
