Great experience and purchase of my boat with Mike and the finance officer, could not ask for better service!! I had read the reviews left by others and well being in customer service myself know you can t please everyone all the time. Some don t take into consideration that some things in the service business are out of our hands like factory issues, mechanical issues, recalls, etc. The help I received from Mike was top notch!! All my questions were answered fully while making the discussion to purchase the boat. The next day while going over the boat, I found a possible issue with the prop and notified mike. Within 5 minutes of notifying Mike by text he responded and is taking care of the issue, which in the service world is GREAT SERVICE!! I would not hesitate to recommend Eberlin boats and motors to family, friends or anyone else that is looking to buy or for any services! Thanks Eberlin!!

Recently re-powered my Nitro with a new 250pro xs. Mike, my salesman was excellent to work with as was Cory in service. Everything was as discussed and agreed to throughout the process!They took care of everything down to letting me use a test prop as I went from a 2 to 4 stroke to see how the boat would respond best to a new motor!

They have a decent selection of boats and will be happy and on top of things to sell you one but if you need to call and speak to someone about repairs it's nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone. Bought my boat here and learned a valuable lesson, there are lots of other places to get what you want .

We brought our boat to Eberlin in early June; they indicated 1-2 months to get it done (just not running right, tune up type situation). In August, we called and the manager indicated "he found our paperwork in the bottom of his stack but he would move it to the top and call us back within a week to update us". As of 10/18/23, we never heard one word from anyone. Went to pick up the boat yesterday (still not done) and we were told "huh sorry about that". This is not how business should be done. I didn't want to be the only one leaving a bad review, but it looks like SEVERAL others have beat us to that. Horrible Customer Service - Horrible Follow Up and just bad business all around. I only gave them 1 star because you can't post a review with no stars.

I've had this boat a year now and absolutely love it . Is a perfect river boat. Went from a 25 tiller to this. Took some time getting used to the jet outboard but love it for the shallow water no prop you have to worry about. I added the whale tail on it and it pretty well jumps right up on plane.

I would not recommend friends or family to buy from here. I purchased what was supposed to be a brand new ready to go boat and it has been nothing but a hassle ever since. I was rushed through the buying process and had to wait a week to actually pick up the boat once they got my money. Never once was that mentioned in the beginning. The boat ended up having to be sent back to the factory for an entire repaint and some other issues. It took 8 weeks to get the boat back. I was told the boat was gone through with a fine tooth comb and completely ready to be picked up after paint. When I went to pick up the second time, I immediately noticed some things they had missed and had to wait around the dealership while they corrected the issues. Now I am having issues with the trailer tires wearing funny and they will not help me anymore bc of the review I left on Facebook. They were supposed to look at the trailer when I dropped off for paint but clearly did not. Buyers beware.

Bought new Mercury Pro xs 150 to repower my Ranger Bass Boat. Drove about 3 hours, got there shortly after they opened. They had old motor off, new motor on, all checked out and ready to go by about 2 o clock. Couldn t be happier. Great service at a fair price.

Dont let friends and family shop here. After they take your money for a boat or deposit good luck hearing from them. Terrible customer service before and after the sell.

I purchased and kept my boat with them for years. I mistakenly my loyalty would have value. Had a problem with my bilge and they want 4 weeks before they can help me. I understand busy but really no way to run a business if you want repeat customer and trusted relationship.

The wife and I have been talking about buying our first boat so after breakfast this morning we decided to drive to Hermann, Mo. and visit Eberlin to look, shop, learn, and maybe purchase. I had a lot of questions about the type and size such as needed for river or lake fishing aluminum or fiberglass pros and cons. We arrived there and were immediately met by no one. After about 5 minutes of looking at their new boats a young man who was cleaning a boat asked if he could help. He told me where the new and used boats were located and answered a few simple questions and told us if we wanted a sales person we could go inside and ask for Artie. We spent another 15 or so minutes looking around at the used and I guess base model new boats then went inside. Upon going inside we were immediately met by no one. My wife went to use the facilities and I began looking at the motors on display and sent about 5 minutes looking around. It wasn't until we were leaving a young woman came out of her office and asked if we needed help. Well It's probably just me but I felt it was too little too late. There appeared to be several other sales people at their computers that were too busy to provide any customer service. The only decision they helped me with is where NOT to make my purchase. One of the things I always look at when deciding of making a major purchase is that you never get a second chanced to make a first impression. I really hope their sales are that good that they can afford to have people to walk away.

I was very pleased with the friendly and helpful folks there. I recently purchased a 90hp Etec for my pontoon. They gave me a great trade in, on my 25 hp Johnson. They installed the motor for free, Johnson had a special deal on the extended warranty for 2 years for free. They installed the motor in two days as promised, and did all the title work in their office, and it was very pleasant. They also gave me some cool freebies hat and coolie cups key chains :) The dealership is set up with an awesome show room and very easy to find all your boating stuff. I needed a tube and tow rope, the prices were competitive and I have no regrets. They are helpful over the phone and treat you like family. I will return for future purchases with no hesitation !

Went to find a boat. Walked around outside looking at their stock for about 15 minutes. No one came to ask if we needed help. No problem, we don't like being swarmed with salesmen when we shop, so this didn't bother us. BUT, when we finally did have some questions and inquiries, we went inside and NOT ONE of the 6-7 people working inside even bothered to ask us if we needed help with anything , much less look at us. Two of them even walked right by us.These people clearly don't care about selling you anything. We'll take our business elsewere.

I have used these guys 2 times now and they have diagnosed my issue without even looking at my motor and had the part I needed in stock. I was back on the river within 30 minutes. I have never had this luck anywhere else, It seems that everyone else has to order parts for my 1987 25 hp Mercury outboard. Highly recommended!!!

Being involved in the service industry myself for over 25 years. Providing exellance for my customers. I demand quality service in return. Usually very disappointed. Not this time. Dale at Eberlin boats made the purchase,an a installation of my equipment experience easy. They were informative, knowledgeable, and contcientious in every way possible. Extremely pleased. The cost was less than quoted, and better than expected! Their stuck with all my boating needs from now on!

Purchased a new boat, motor, and trailer from Eberlin's. Everyone there has been very helpful before and after the sale. Dale Eberlin gave me his cell phone number and can be reached with no problem. This speaks volumes. Drove 3 hours each way to get this boat and have had every issue addressed to my satisfaction. A personal friend of mine has also bought a boat package here and has had the same experience. Hard to find a boat dealership that treats customers like this so I am making an effort to spread the word.

Absolute worst experience, Artie took a deposit from me told my boat will be ready in 8 to 10 weeks. I didint get 1 call from him after giving my deposit until 8 weeks in to tell me alweld hasn't even started making my boat yet and it'll be 4 to 5 more months if I wanted to wait. I honestly think they sold my boat to someone else.

I tried finding a trim cylinder seal kit for my mercury 40, but everyone said it was obsolete. I actually bought this boat 2 years ago from Eberlin. Parts counter went out if their way to call mercury and gave me a p/n for the seal kit! They saved me alot and really appreciate their customer service! Thank you guys again! Engine is still running great!

Bought my boat from Dale very happy with it and feel the price was very fair what shop work I have had done been great. Boat was just as clean after they worked on as it was when I dropped it off that is important to me

My elderly father was interested in a small used jet boat on their lot, so we went there last week to look at it. When we arrived, there was a man moving boats around on the lot with a tractor. He drove past us several times, but didn't stop. No one else was on the lot. We finally went inside to get some info about the boat and talk about trading, and were told by a gentleman inside that the salesman was outside on a tractor moving boats, but he would go get him. He came back inside a few minutes later and stated that the salesman said for us to send photos of our boat to him. I can't imagine how they've ever sold a boat. Very poor experience.

Great place with great people. Easy to work with can fix modify or customize any boat the way you want it. Prices are also very good. The guys in the service department really know their stuff.

Worst customer service I ve ever experienced. I m not a boat guy so every time time I have a simple question they re pretty quick to make me feel stupid. I m sure the work they do is great but the people I ve talked to aren t so great

Have our brand new pontoon in shop since March was told of problem in February. Here it is Memorial weekend still nothing). Called would not return calls had to call owner of business) he called service tech and he used excuse couldn t get on river. Bull!! Poor service.

I bought a used boat motor from Eberlins and he gave me a 30 day warranty.About 60 some days later I finally got to go out and try it.It didnt run quite right so I took it back to them for service and they went ahead and fixed it for free,(bad coil) parts and labor both free.Super great service before and more importantly after the sale.I will always use Eberlins now.Mike their mechanic is always there and helpful with answers too.Thanks Eberlins
