Words to describe this shop honest, fast, professional, courteous. Called to see if they could fit me in was told yes of course the technician that did the repair work was polite friendy if not a bit quite. I would recommend this shop due the professionalism I look for in a shop. In the shop direct knowledgeable technicians. Unlike larger shops there was no goofing or horse play. Thanks guys!

Holiday weekend and these guys came through, very quickly and efficiently. Communication was outstanding and they even went the extra mile with the tow truck driver successfully diagnosing why the engine on the truck was cutting out. Thank you Mid States Truck!

Great company, very polite, and very professional. Two guys came out to help with 12 sets of pups that had various problems (frozen air lines, locked brakes, broken air hoses, broken lights, broken glad handles). They were quick and communicated very well on what the problems were. I highly recommend this company.

Top notch service, its extremely hard to find a good and knowledgeable mechanic nowadays. Mobile mechanic on the side of the road was able to pin point the exact location of the wiring harness that caused all sorts of electrical for one of my trucks, a dealer would've wasted 3 days and suggested to start changing modules. Going forward, for any problems I have in St Louis area I'll be going only to Mid States. Thank you guys, made my day!

Avoid at all costs. $250 call out fee, $250/hr minimum 2 hours, $60 in parts. Cost me $896 to change a broken battery cable end and a blinker bulb that shorted out when he hooked power back up. Took around an hour to fix.

Well done guys. Thank for ur help replacing my radiator. Great service ! Also big thanks to towing guy. Towed me to shop, fix my problem, prices are reasonable and aren t high. Definitely can recommend them .

Found Mid states truck on NTTS. Had a truck on the side of the road with a blown coolant hose. They should up within the time frame quoted and got the truck back on the road very quickly. will use again.

Went above and beyond!!!!!! Not only did they fix my tanker trailer rear lights after a really bad blow out but when the other company wouldn t change the tire they not only came back and changed it, but unbent all the metal, removed what couldn t be saved and put on a new mud flap so I didn t have to additionally stop anywhere else. They did all the work in 90 plus degree weather on site. And he was really sweet!!!! If I could have tipped him I would! But I m a company driver so but point being there a one stop shop on wheels with exceptional customer service!!!!!!!!!! 10/10

I had a breakdown on the highway I-70 for after treatment issue, had a red stop engine light on. Technician Jay arrived within an hour as they promised. Got me going. He knew what he was doing. Made it to my delivery with no problem. Our truck was down with Electrical issue in TA truckstop they kept our truck for 2 days and after told us there is nothing they can do we have to tow it to the dealer and the earliest dealer could of looked at it was in 5 days. Dispatched out this truck repair, they went out after I explained we were having electrical issues. The guy pulled up to our truck, confirmed there was electrical issues which I had already told them there was and charged us four hundred bucks.Didn t even connect to the truck just used a electrical tester. Had no solutions and didn t bother to try and determine what the codes were that the truck was giving us. Waste of money and time. Scammers.Service: Electrical
