Was t boned in january and maaco got my car together. it took a little longer than anticipated and i did have to call the shop each time regarding follow up, but they do good, honest work.

IM ONLY GIVING 5 STARS SO YOU SEE IT FIRST!!!!!!!!! THESE ARE CROOKS THAT JOYRIDE YOUR CAR. These people held my car for 3weeks Every week I stopped by I was never able to see the vehicle. On the 3rd week I asked what is the hold up and the woman rushed me off the phone. I m screaming I m the owner of this vehicle and if there s problems tell me, I ll pay for it. Then I asked why am I not being informed of problems ITS MY CAR She said she was waiting for a response from insurance.My car was a theft vehicle and it showed. The windows busted the windshield cracked and the tail light out and the wire hanging. The glove box broken the seat (driver) broken. They ONLY fixed the outside bumper and the seat. They replaced the pass� window AND THATS IT!THEY ONLY FIXED WHAT WAS NEEDED TO DRIVE MY CHALLENGER. WHEN I GOT IT BACK I READ THE LOGISTICS. IT SAID MY CAR WAS DRIVEN 2553 miles in the LAST 80 HOURS. I had my car the last 4 hours so I picked it up at 76 hrs. BUT SOMEONE TOOK A ROAD TRIP IN MY CAR! AND THEY DIDNT FIX NOTHING BUT THE BUMPER AND SEAT.

Easy to deal with. 2nd time I used Maaco. Another great job. Even fixed a couple dents. My truck needed painting. About 1/3 the cost of dealers. Now looks like new, no more areas where paint was gone.

Dealing with an accident is never fun..... Insurance.... attorneys....car dealerships...... I've had it!! This took place in November and should have been paid by the other party... Oh Well! Dealerships can't get to you for eight weeks...nor do they want your car sitting there if you aren't going to use them. I did the online pics and video for a rough number. Now that's not sufficient. So I'm waiting on the Insurance company to send someone..... Anyway... I was told to try Maaco. BREATH OF FRESH AIR! They can take me NOW! And they new my phone number by my second call.... called me by my name... had already dealt with my insurance company..... this a no-brainer! Very professional... to the point.... no nonsense! Will keep everyone posted on the outcome!!

The work was good.A few concerns. I opted out of the $39.99 Covid service. When I picked my car up they returned my vehicles interior and exterior extremely FILITHY. The other concern, Billy a very nice and friendly guy advised they would include the small dent on the passenger door. After I picked my vehicle up, I noticed the small dent was not smoothed out at all only painted over. The problem, Billy initially indicated that was included in the quote. As it turns out it was not. Per Maria, she could not go by word of mouth. Then said, we can only go by what was written. I respect that, but really felt mislead.Suggestions: Always look at your paperwork and ensure its NOT just word of mouth but written in the service agreement.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Marie and Billy are terrible. Marie cursed t customers and Craftsmanship is terrible. My car is worse than it was when I dropped it off. Listen to the attached recordings of Marie cursing at customers while I was there.

Billy at Maaco was awesome and put my bumper back on for less than the original quote as I am very low income and had hardly anything to work with. Such a kind person! I highly recommend Maaco on Lindbergh in Hazelwood MO just past the Post Office. Very professional job!

DO NOT take your car to this body shop. My car was there for two weeks and I have MORE issues than I had before I dropped it off. The craftsmanship is HORRIBLE. Highly disappointed.

Very rude customer service the lady that works there her name is Marie are very rude she talks to you on a rude way thinking she owns the shop or something the paint quality are very bad and it will peal off literally after couple month they don t do a good work at all every time i went to pick up my car the paint was bad or already pealing off so i had to leave it for another week to come and find the same thing..It s not worth it wasting your money at this shop at all go spend your money somewhere else or you will regret taking it to themThey will not take any offer to make your car look good at all

My vehicle had sustained some damage on the right passenger side door which required body work and painting. I was very happy with the work they had done! The paint job was absolutely beautiful as was was the body work. They have my admiration and they definitely will receive any further work I may require in the future whether it be body work or an oil change . Thank you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Terrible services. Took twice as long to finish my truck and the turnout was mediocre at best. I was lied to about the completion date twice then called at the end of the day before telling me it won't be ready for another week. No apologies or explanation as to why. Found new scrapes in places that should ha e been untouched. Team didn't seem to care that they had done a poor job. I usually don't do reviews however this place don't deserve 1 star.

Don t take your car here! Extremely understaffed and unprofessional. It took them two and a half months to fix my car ! No communication and no updates on my vehicle ! Then icing on the cake my side view mirror (glass) magiacllys breaks while under the care of maaco! Do you think they offered to fix it ? NO! Do you think they told me about it before or when I picked it up ? NO ! They just put my cracked glass in a sandwich bag and thru it on the floor of the car and let me leave with no side view mirror on ( which was intact when I arrived) Now my whole passenger side of the car is a blind spot!Then the lady tells me somebody glued it in wrong and it just fell out ! I ve had the car 3 YEARS mam and never had a issue with the mirror. I will be contacting corporate!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It took them 3weeks to finish the paint on my Chevy Tahoe , no one called me to inform me what was going on or anything I had to keep calling and the phone just rang several occasions as you can see it s several paint chippings on the truck it s a couple more that a didn t take a picture of , they also missed paint spots down by the plate frameService: Painting

If you get into a minor or a major Fender Bender I suggest you go to the Maaco in Hazelwood on 67. They took care of my car at a reasonable price. Gave it that professional look with the shine body work was Awesome!! Shout out to my man Billy!! He would definitely get you right. Professional people great business!!

I had a full paint job done on my car and there is attricious orange peel all over it. There are also a few drips that still seem to be wet 6 weeks later. I went to talk to them and they said there's nothing they can do about it and referred me to an auto detailer to fix it. I got a quote and it was more than the price of the paint job. They clearly don't stand behind their work.

Needed to get my car repainted. Went to Maaco on Lindbergh, talked to Marie. Marie said that the entire car needed to be stripped, primed and repainted. She told me what it would cost and we made an appointment for me to bring the car in to get this done.In about 3 weeks they called me to pick up the car. When I came to pick up my car, upon inspection I found a crack in the paint on the right fender. Moisture already penetrated the crack, and started to form a bubble in the paint around it. It was very visible and I can t believe they did not catch this and fix it prior to my arrival or even mention something about this to me. Unacceptable right??When I pointed this fairly large defect in the paint job to the gentleman with a beard (I did not catch his name) who was kindly trying to obtain a payment from me; I was told that this sometimes occurs and that its ok. He told me that if I wanted to get the fender properly fixed it would be another $300 b/c he told me they do not work for free . After I tried to reason with the guy, and told him that I should not have to pay more for them to fix their mistake. I was told that they did not do anything wrong, my fender was messed up and that is why the paint is now cracked and bubbling. This made no sense to me .I was in a hurry that morning, did not want to argue and reluctantly agreed to pay them $300 more to properly repaint my fender.In 4 days they called me to pick up my car. The same bearded gentleman greeted me and pulled my car around, he asked for the additional $300. I expressed to him my concern, and told him that I feel that I should not have to pay them this additional $300, they should have properly painted the fender the first time. He responded to me: I feel that if you dont pay us the additional $300, you will not get your car back . He became very rude and aggressive towards me, as though he wanted to fight me. Realizing that the situation was escalating, he went and got Marie to talk to me. (Smartest thing he did). Marie calmed him down and talked to me in a more professional manner. She also told me that I have to pay extra, because they are human and make mistakes. Running out of options and time, I gave in and paid the $300.After I paid them and got my keys to my freshly painted car, I asked Marie what would they do if I would absolutely refuse to pay them that extra $300? Call the cops?? (I was hoping she would because I felt like I was being robbed). No, she said. I would tell you goodbye, keep your keys and car, charge you additional storage fees daily for 5 days. If on the 5th day you wouldn t pick up your car and pay us, the car would become ours . Wow!!!I will never do business with them again and will share my poor experience with everyone.

Maaco ain't the Maaco everybody use to love, because they catered to the working man with deals at a certain part of the year. Maaco is a regular paint shop now, nothing special sets them apart from the others. So u might as well spend with regular paint shops that's going to do a better job anyway. I just wanted the roof, trunk and back bumper painted on a rust free 99 Camry and they told me $1900.

So I decided to get my camper shell painted here it s for my work truck that has to look presentable most of the staff seemed lazy or didn t care about my things or my money my camper shell has drips finger paint marks and when I brought this up they didn t seem surprised or apologetic they are very very ! Unprofessional now my hard earned money went to waste and I have to get my shell fixed at a real paint shop I m sharing this experience not out of anger but out of a urgent need to tell others not to put the well-being of your items in the hands of those that are just out to get your money they don t care about you or there reputation stay away go to a different location save your self some grief!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
