I couldn t find any trusted shop to work on my hemi charger motor. Travis help me with the process of getting a remanufactured engine with warranty. This shop went above and beyond for me and my car. I truly appreciate travis and all the workers involved in getting me my car back up and running in a timely matter. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Thanks Travis and Kevin and the team. I am very happy with the assistance that I received from this shop. They actually worked with me and the extended warranty company that I won t name at the moment. I appreciate the help and finally getting my car repaired.

This place is absolutely insensitive and unprofessional! Got my car towed after speaking with them about what was wrong, just to have them call me and tell me I have to get it towed elsewhere. We agreed that I would have it towed when I could. The day I was getting it moved the police called me to let me know that some one attempted to steal my car off their lot. My window was busted and steering wheel column was broken down. It happened the day before, but the shop never called and told me anything!!! When I did call they were very insensitive and didn t offer me anything. Not even a sorry this happened . The first thing they said to me was they weren t responsible and there was nothing they can do. When I picked my car up they were very rude and was trying to rush me out while I was trying to ask questions. They say they have no surveillance where it happened but there were at least 4 cameras were my car was parked. The insensitivity of the staff was very disheartening.

Good people and great service. Got a transmission replaced within 48hrs of ordering it, I'll be recommending this shop to anyone who needs work done.

I took my car in for a clicking noise I heard whenever I would shift into gear which I thought was the transmission. I dropped my car off Wednesday evening, by Thursday afternoon they had called back letting me know it was my front passenger axle. They had a quote on hand, and were able to order the part overnight. Friday morning the new axle was installed and my car was ready for pickup Friday afternoon. They were fast and efficient, and I appreciate the accomdations they made for me.Service: Steering & suspension repair

First time using this company. And I am very impressed and satisfied with the service. Mike the owner kept me informed of any changes. Had my 4 wheel drive repaired on my Trailblazer. No easy job. When you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle and can't use, that's when you miss it. Awesome customer service and care for my SUV and getting it back to me quickly. Family run businesses are the way to go.

Had a pretty good experience at Certified. My transmission coil had blown. They were able to repair the part in 4 business days. There was a hiccup with something they forgot to do, but they quickly owned up to the mistake and fixed it. Lots of integrity.

I've been coming here and they do good work usually I pay all my bills in full! Travis is rude answer the phone more politely for customers who are calling about work that needs to be relooked at that was already completed by this establishment!

Had my transmission replaced for a 2010 Town and Country.Not your average shop experience as the counter guys are down-to-Earth and kind. Didn't get badgered by needless upsales whatsoever. Had one issue a couple weeks after the replacement, but they fixed it for free in a matter of a day (a busy one, at that!). Highly recommend.Service: Transmission

Great Fast and Friendly Service!!! John and Christine made my experience with them pleasant. The problem with my car and the cost of the repair was explained enough so I could make an intelligent decision on the repairs. I took my car in on a Wednesday and it was ready on Thursday. I'd say that is fantastic service. I would recommend this place to all. I watched as they provided the same service to everyone who called and came in person while I was waiting on some paperwork. My car runs like new and it is 13 years old ... so I think I got the better deal.Thanks John, Christine, and the Certified Transmission and Auto Repair crew!!!D. Brandy

I took my car there for them to charge my transmission, they told me it it be ready in four days, four days became two weeks. After I took my car I noticed that my air conditioner wasn t working I call them to complain and they told me there is nothing they can do about it. They receptionist was rude and yelling at me on the phone. I will not recommend this place for anyone. They did a terrible job on your car and when you complain, they treat you with so much disrespect. they are unprofessional and are definitely not certified as they claim.Service: Transmission

I just had some work done on my vehicle, my transfer case went out a month ago it was so hard being able to get around and I came across these guys and man, I must say that I was very very satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. I really needed that reassurance That there are still good mechanics out there that care for their customers and go above and beyond to satisfy their customers! Thank you to all the staff including Ms.Chris......Mr. Mike you have a very solid business team and I really appreciate you getting me right! Now I know where to take my business!

This by far has been my best auto repair experience ever. I thought I was looking at a easy $800 repair and it ended up being a easy and cheap fix of only a few bucks. The Owner, Mike Wilkerson was completely honest with me and even gave me some car care advise. I recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work at a fair and honest price.

Loved the customer service and the work that was done on my car. I had a new transmission put in, inner n outer tire rods, a hole in exhaust pipe n boot on back. I was called every step of the way to tell me what was wrong n did I want them to fix it. Couldn't ask for more. Like other shops just do what they see wrong instead of communicating to u. This is the only shop I will deal with for now on. First impressions are everything. Can't wait till I can get back fitted in to get my rack n pinion n power steering fix. Thank you guys a lot. Would recommend you guys anytime. God bless

With every shop being overwhelmed (holidays) I found it hard to get any same or next day appointments. CT&AR was able to squeeze me in. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the problems in a reasonable and timely manner. Car has been running solid ever since then.

Rob and Joe were extremely helpful. I was stuck in a rough spot and needed to be back in the road quickly. The shop put my needs above all else and made sure I could keep traveling.
