Brought my 09 ZX6R in for some work, I wasn't sure what was wrong with it. They were up front with costs, they contacted me to discuss issues and fixes. They checked again before ordering parts to make sure I was OK with it. Took longer than I would of liked but had to order parts and all that. I would recommend this shop 100% bike is running great and for what I got plus labor it's a fair price.

Never again, I got quoted over the phone $30 and went in and it was $100, he said the spokes were lose, which is fine whatever, but he could have called and asked if it was okay rather then charging me at the last minute

They worked on my son's motorcycle so it is safer to ride!A very good thing!!

I have been taking my bikes to Mike's shop for 20 years. Everyone at the shop is incredibly knowledgeable and personal with their customers. I chose Mike to build me a custom HD (frame up build) and they built me the greatest bike I have ever owned... It is the best bike shop in town!!!

I got a tack in my rear tire. I attempted to plug it and it was still leaking air. I called and asked if I could get in today? He said yes, sooner than later. They got me in right away, also noticed my rear break pads were not completely gone but would replace them while it was apart.Good down home service. Thank you Mike and staff.

Would highly recommend. This is the second time I've been to Mike since I moved to town. Everytime I get my bike back I noticed an immediate ride quality change for the better! Great work!!

Heard he does great work but can be a real jerk, putting it politely. My son got a tire switched out on his bike and he hasn't had any issues. Not sure what he was charged for the work though.

Rude, overcharged, didn't tell us until we went pay. Stay away. Won't ever be back. Also service was slow.

My wife was on her motorcycle and riding from Omaha to Branson when she started having some issues. We pulled into Mike s shop and we are so glad we did! He fixed her bike up, and not just a band-aid fix... a real fix! She was so grateful he took the time to look at her Harley. Highly recommend this shop!

Highly recommend Mike's 71 Cycle. Needed a front tire and wheel barrings quickly. Mike immediately got me in and out the door in 45 minutes on a SATURDAY.Very knowledgeable and honest shop.Thanks again guys.

Took my nearly 14 year old Polaris ATV in for, what I thought, was a bad starter. Had already looked up the parts price and so was expecting at least a $250 part plus labor.Mike's found that it was only a solenoid - MUCH less expensive! - and so that's what they fixed...starter was fine.They could have easily replaced both for all I know about these things and charged me for both....but because they are honest and trustworthy, they did only the work needed.They have won me over as a customer, that's for sure and I'll be happy to let everyone hear about how well, fair and honestly I was treated!Have always taken my H-D sidecar rig in for inspections but this is obviously the place I need to go for all my work and pass on the stealerships north of here.

Mike is a wonderful guy. I had a broken clutch handle and he put a used one on, until my new one came it. Told him my family was coming down from Nebraska and I wouldn't be able to ride with them. Even though he was slammed with work, he took the time to put one on. Will be going to him instead of Gail's Harley Davidson. There ten times higher and doesn't always do the best of work. Thank you very much, Mike.

Terrible customer service and charged me the labor for them putting my carbs together wrong multiple times. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Guy behind the counter is terrible with customers. I've heard this from multiple other people that have went there also. Robert, the mechanic, was decent to talk to, no personal issues with him. They shouldn't have charged me for his errors though.

I have been going to Mike's 71 cycle for almost 20 years and never had a bad experience. Their knowledge on Harley's are equal to any dealership. They also can get you any extra chrome or part you want. Plus they won't try sell you anything you don't want. If you have a metric bike or four wheeler they have a guy named a Robert who can fix anything. Mike is as knowledgeable on any make of motorcycle.

Mike was absolutely top shelf not only did he get us the tires we needed he also took the time to take care of some things we missed!!! Great prices and service will definitely return m!!

They fixed an oil leak without removing the engine that everyone else said the engine had to come out. They worked with me on fixing necessary things first then the rest .this is the second time I have had them work on a bike for me great job both times

Whether you do it yourself and need advice or need it done by a pro, Mike's always there to help with the know-how you need. Have worked in other shops and would still only trust my Dyna to these guys. Chill dudes and quick service. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had bigger jets installed in my 1998 Suzuki Marauder, new air filters as well as my gas tank cleaned and sealed. Great Job!!! My performance levels are phenomenal!!! I'm Back in the saddle with my knees in the Breeze!!!

Rebuilt the carb on my Suzuki VL800 -- the price and results were outstanding. I was blown away by how well the machine run after Robert did the work.
