I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from using this business! It took FOUR months for us to get our car back! Then when we went to pick it up, the license plates were missing! Had to file a police report for stolen plates & will now have to go to the license bureau to purchase new plates. This entire situation has been ridiculous!

I must say I m impressed with the work max collision has performed on my vehicle. I will say it did take a little longer than expected but that was because they had to wait for parts to come in, so it wasn t their fault at all. They completed the repairs faster than other shops told me it would take. My car looks better than it did when I bought it brand new. Thank you guys and big shout out to rob for the follow ups and also to the guys who done the work. Keep it up!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My vehicle had been in the shop for awhile and I was told that it would be ready on that Friday. I arrived to pick it up, a little late, at 5pm. I cold tell the shop was closed, all of the employees were gone except one, Isaac, the Production Manager, he stayed late to finish up my vehicle. Normally, if you show up at quitting time people will not help you however, he stayed on a Friday after close to make sure I was able to get my vehicle and I was happy with it. I was pleased with the Customer Service I was given.Service: Body & Trim

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never been so disappointed with a service location and an organization. Took a vehicle in for repairs from an accident and it took Max Motors Collision in all, 3 months to repair and finally return the vehicle. After not completing all repairs the first time, they promised to get it all done and pay for the rental car. We finally got the car back and when they returned the rental, not sure where the mix up was, but we got charged for the rental car. Contacted Max Motors Collision to get the money back and that was another fight. I have reached out to the GM of one of the Max Motors locations, and I guess they don't care about the customers concerns as I have never rec'd a call back. I have done a lot of business with Max Motors and will not ever again. I have never been treated as poorly with any other organization as I have been with Max Motors. Think twice about going to Max Motors collision...

This place is the epitome of customer service! From the moment my fiance and I stepped in, to even a week after, their team took great care of us. We drove an hour to purchase a vehicle from them and we'd do it again because of how the entire staff treated us. Our guy was Mr. Sword and he got us out of there within an hour, start to finish. We'll definitely be back for our next vehicle!

The customer service was absolutely dismal! They had my car for 7 weeks to repair quarter panel damage and according to their mileage report my car was driven 416 miles from the time I dropped it off till I picked it up!Addendum: the explanation for mileage was they just took the mileage from the insurance inspection and didn't actually read the odometer when they started working on it. Kinda leaving yourselves open for legal problems if customers don't take their word for that!Still not pleased with my experience and I bought the car from Max Motors in Nevada! What a difference.

I am very late making this review, for that I apologize. I primarily interacted with Kelsey and Bob. They were both extremely patient with any questions I had and explained everything really well. They were wonderfully transparent with the timing of my vehicle s fix (a part on back order for a little while), and worked as quickly as they could. Very reliable and great outcome. Don't but a vehicle from here sales an sales manager very pushy to sell a vehicle that is out of my price range an then asked I can get the vehicle in your price with no warranty who in their right mind wants to do that. Instead of finding a vehicle that fits my budget they tunnel vision on selling me the vehicle out of my price range oh yeah they can with no warranty that just sounds crazy to do that we won't be back an neither will my friends or family will go there INSTEAD go to BLUE SPRINGS FORD get what you want an the price you want

This company is a sham. They have had a vehicle for over a month. They have called 2 times to pick it up after completing repairs which have not been completed. The 9th the vehicle was to be picked up with the work complete. I had to contact the insurance company because they did not do the job. The 15th second time I was called to pick it up do to repairs complete. The vehicle is still not completed.There are scratches in multiple places in the car the rear wheel still not been replaced. The repairs have not been done. I had to reach out to insurance again because the keep charging more and more to them and nothing getting completed. We have been in a rental for a month now that I'm going to have to reach out to legal on because they won't assist with it as well but they cannot do their job. They won't own up to their mistakes either. I have reached out for a direct supervisor to contact and fix the vehicle and make good on the rental car that they are going to pay for once the repairs are completed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I called Bob at Max Motor Collision about both of my trucks having cab leaks. My 02 truck has been in 2 different shops for the past 17 months. Bob and his crew fixed both my 2000 and 2002 truck in less than 4 weeks. Those guys and Kelsey at Max Motors did an awesome job. I highly recommend them. Thanks Bob. -Don McCormick

I've used Max Motors several times in the past and my experience has always been fine. This 5 star review is for Nathan Parker specifically. I had just been up there getting my car serviced on Thursday and Friday my car died at the gas station just down the road from Max. Thinking it was maybe something with the computer since the did some reprogramming, I called to see if there was something I could do that they could tell me over the phone. Thinking it was just a dead battery, Nathan grabbed a quick jump battery charger and drove out to my car and got it running so that I could drive it back to Max. He was so helpful that he turned a stressful situation, into an easy one. Ford needs more people like him!!Thanks again Nat...Service: Battery

We were looking at buying a vehicle that ran great and looked great but thought we should have the under carriage looked at before we went ahead with the purchase, so we stopped in to Max Motors. Not only did they look at the vehicle, but they were kind, quick, professional, friendly, and honest and weren't looking to make a quick buck. They gave us the information we needed on the things that we couldn't see, and things the car sales persons don't want to tell you. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or needing body work done. Thanks Max Motors for your help!!

I called them about my problem they got me in right away and looked at my problem. They had to order the product for my car. It took about 4 days they called told me the product was in and I could bring my car in now. I went the next morning. It didnt take long to fix and it looks great! Everyone is soooooo nice and professional. I trust them with my baby!

My husbands truck was side swiped this summer, KC colors couldn't get us in very quickly so we went with max motors since they were a direct shop with the other drivers insurance. First they put a scratched up mirror on our drivers side with an after market blind spot finder that was in a fire, second they threw away a bumper piece that was in perfect condition in our truck bed, third they marred up our passenger side and the manager had the nerve to argue with me regarding the marred paint. They corrected the passenger side when I threatened with this bad review. When my husband went to drive the truck off the lot he noticed our tailgate wiring was screwed up, we spent a fair amount of time bypassing a bad connection last year and I had the pleasure of fixing what max motors screwed up after we got it home (my husbands colorblind). I was so upset I was willing to wait a month for KC colors to touch my car after I hit a deer last month, I have absolutely no anxiety about getting a perfect repair from them after talking to the owner. My husbands work just closed their account after a wiring issue they had with max motors and now ALL of their work goes to Louisburg. They never did return the bumper piece to us, they said it was in dumpster and they could dig it out, valued at $200. They also claimed the rotors we bought were bad and we needed to return to oem rotors to avoid lug issues, we haven't had a single issue with our lugs or rotors since we got the truck home (we know another 2010 truck with the same rotors, no trouble). We have also been informed that our truck bed integrity has been compromised since the accident and repair.We will never take a vehicle there for any service or repair, we will never recommend them to anyone, we will never even buy a vehicle there.

I was very satisfied, I hit a deer, my front bumper area and passenger door was messed up and so was the rear quarter panel.It came out looking brand new and I am extremely happy with the service they provided.Thank you everyone at Max Motors Collision in Harrisonville

Not very professional, went through the A plan & provided my DD-214 and got a truck! 28 days later had to call to find the title they forgot to mail, then they threaten me that I m on the hook cause they lost the paperwork on the rebates! Shame I can t put a Minus score I Wont be back!!! Have waited 3 weeks for a call back on loaner car for a factory recall also! Buyer be ware

I'm going to update my review!!Max Collision center just went through a major upheaval!! I'm going to say thank you to Jeb! He's the best! After what he was handed, he made sure that all of our needs were met. Very caring and very communicative!

We just got our Subaru back from Max Motors after they repaired it from us hitting a deer. Hope we don t ever need their services again, but if we find ourselves needing auto repair we will be back!! We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for body work done on their auto.

Some Jack*ss did a Hit & Run on MyNew Ford F150 while I was in a store.Damage was repaired Superbly, Can'teven tell it was damaged.Body Shop had My Vehicle repaired aFull Week before the expected date.Manager "Chris" was/is Extremelyknowledgable about his work & thePlace is Clean & Attractive.LesB

Under new management now and they are fantastic! Old staff I can't say what I would like to say. New manager stand up professional fixed what the previous staff didn't do and went above and beyond to make it right. That type of service and honesty is hard to find.

They fixed the problem but my experience after a hail storm was horrible. Between the estimate and final price to how long my family SUV was oos. Use at your discretion.
