We purchased our 2021 Cherokee 294GEBG from 72 West and couldn't be happier with it. The staff was great and it was refreshing to look around and see what they had to offer without a salesman following us around the whole time. We shopped around and that was one of the biggest factors in us going back. I really recommend them to anyone looking for their first camper or an upgrade.

72 West RV has a great service and customer service departments!They promptly helped me get a Forrest River warranty issue resolved on my Forrest River Grey Wolf 26 DBH.The staff at 72 West was awesome and took all correspondence over for me with the OEM, while other dealers will often keep you the middle-man to transfer information back and forth from the OEM and the dealer ... causing delays and frustration for everyone. The service team also kept me up to date with status of the fix along the way which was awesome.On a separate note - 72 West RV also has a good selection of different size / styles campers on their lot to choose from.Can't say enough GREAT things about my experience here. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!!

We needed our fifth wheel relocated on our property. Since we are stationary and don t own a truck that can move it, we needed the help of others. My wife called and Gary was able to come out the same day! He was so nice and helpful. He took his time and made sure it was exactly where we wanted it. We are so happy we found him. I m sure we ll need help with other things down the road. Highly recommend!

We been using 72 West since April of 2018 and have had good service each visit until last time. We picked up our Fifth Wheel after having it serviced, while it was there we decided to upgrade and trades it in at another dealer since after asking to get a trade value for it to trade it at 72 West we never got a call. When we're got to the another dealer to complete the deal and transfer all of our stuff to the new Fifth Wheel I noticed our TV we put on the bed to travel had been damaged from having the A/C in the bedroom worked on. Called 72 West to let them know and was told the General Manager would call me, no response. Called again still no response, so on Prime Day decided just to buy another since not getting a response from 72 West. After this last experience with 72 West I won't use them going forward.

I've dealt with Gary and the 72West staff many times over the last few years buying campers, getting the Winterized and other service needs...They are always professional and friendly...Any time we need something camper RV related they will be our 1st choice...Also, while camping this weekend, I spoke to several campers out at Silver mines Camp ground and they all had good things too say about 72West as well...Great folks.Thanks for providing us the services and expertise we need...

Needed a part while camping at Silver Mines. Called them and they had it in stock. Stopped by later that afternoon to pick it up. No issues, fair price. They have a very good selection of all the small camper parts that tend to break. Staff were polite and quick.

Extremely nice and helpful staff! Had the model we wanted, was able to reasonably finance, and had most of the additional equipment we wanted to add on hand. Included sway bar, septic hose etc. Highly recommend!

We was treated like family when we walked in the door. Nobody is pushy and they asked what we was interested in, we looked at a few travel trailers and Gerry gave us a price quote that others couldn t touch. I asked about the hitch, not only did he throw it in, but they mounted and set it to my truck for free. Gerry said all I need is groceries when we leave them.

Exceptional customer service. Bobby goes above and beyond. Alison made the whole buying experience painless. Dont think about going anywhere else to get a camper. Go to 72 West!

We had a fuse blow in our motorhome. We were on vacation and stopped by to see if they could help. So thankful we did. The entire staff showed us such kindness. They made sure to find a fix for our issue. Highly reccomended.

I want to thank Brandy for her hard working in getting me a camper. I rented one and they sold it just a few days before my trip and she went above and beyond to make it right. They didnt have any bump pull available so they set me up in a fifth wheel and I dont have a hitch for fifth wheel so they took it down there and are goin to pick it up from where we was camping.

The owner truly goes out of way to help others. I cant say enough good things about my dealer. His maintenance staff in the garage works hard to make sure the rvs are ready to go. I wont go anywhere else. 72 west motors is our lifetime rv dealer. Thank you 72 West Motors & RVs.

Bob Moyers is your go to GUY out there to ask for information and to have him show you around and do his vary best to sell you what you're wanting. Take a ride out there and see if you can find the travel camper you have been thinking about.

Took our rv tohave hot water fixed and a new awning put on.( which we had). We paid over $609 to fix it. When we went camping we found out hot water hadnt been fixed. Not honest people.

It took them 7 weeks longer to fix my camper than they said it would. They kept blaming the metal place for not getting it to them, but after 2 tries of me calling the metal place, I found that the metal was only an hour north of them. I called 72 west so much I knew who I was talking to by the sound of their voice. I believe if I had not stayed after them, it would have been a lot longer then 7 weeks.

Had my camper for 5 weeks just to put in two vent handles. Not good. Also broke one lock, but she replaced it.
