Dec 31st, 2022 SHAMELESS and completely IGNORANT mechanic. I stopped to fuel here and noticed a trailer tire is low on air, checked. It was really low. Luckily there were no trucks and the repair shop took me in immediately. Unfortunately I got out of my luck as soon pulled in front of the gate. The mechanic looked irritated and screamed that it s illegal to drive with that low pressure. DAH Thanks pal, that s why I actually came to your shop. Was it not obvious ? Then he (without checking anything !!! )points on a small cut and says that the tire is NOT REPAIRABLE !!!Are you DUCKING kidding me ?! The cut is too close to the side wall ? He HAS REFUSED to take it off and dismount the tire unless I m willing to buy a new one. I agreed cause I knew this cut was not a problem, I was hoping we might find the actual problem. But there was nothing I may do to make this guy cooperative. He was just really rude and did not even try to hide his frustration. IF YOU DON T WANNA WORK ON NEW YEARS EVE ( actually 4 pm local time ) DO NOT COME, FIND ANOTHER JOB !!!I will never ever stop here for fuel or repair !P. S. I did leave (just pumped up the air) and I DID FIND another shop. They did the job right (professionally and quick) !!! Please check out the pix

Needed two tires. Checked in at 8 am when they opened. It's now nearly 5pm and i am still waiting on my truck. Zero estimates on completion or even when the truck would be pulled into the shop, which wasn't until 230 pm. Zero reason 2 tires should take 2 hours to change it, nor for waiting 6 hours to get into the shop. Had staff been upfront with wait times, i would have gone to the flying j 15 minutes up the road

This used to be one of the better TA Travel Centers, my co-driver and I would go out of our way to come here, or stay at the hotel next door so we could eat at the County Pride. Unfortunately the County Pride has been shut down pretty much since covid. Taco Bell and Pizza hut have been closed since October. Which leaves your options for food at only Popeyes. Which only operates at regular business hours. So if you wake up early, or arrive too late, you're stuck with whatever is on the shelf in the store, or you eat what you have in your truck. Half the parking lot is pay to park, which is up to almost $20 for the night, and for what amenities? They spent a ton of money to remodel, just to leave the restaurant closed, parking lot unrepaired and food nearly inaccessible. Very sad how much this location has declined and showed how little drivers matter to them, you're just what they can get out of you, nothing more.

Cashier Stacy was very helpful with an administrative issue I needed to complete & the manager Heidi helped me find & send documents that I thought I had lost, Thank you ladies!

They are very bad mechanics. I came to change a tire and they break your nuts and bolts to change them and charge you more for the work and I was focused on the truck when I saw it screwing the nuts and in the end they didn't change the tires because it melted a nut with the screw. They are bunglers.

Please tell your drivers to not make their own roads. It is disrespectful to your business, the business yard they are cutting thru and other driver. At 9 23 am one of your trucks cut thru by the lsl walmart.From the neighborhood entrance road to the road at walmart.

I'm a truck driver and i've been to a lot of places Not friendly You better watch the coffee. The worker put the new coffee on top of Old coffee nasty The owner needs coming there and get rid of them people

Very clean TA. The girl working at Taco Bell handing over the orders has positive energy that just makes you want to smile. Half of truck parking is paid. Usual TA thing.

I'm a employee at TA and the truck service here is one the fastest in this region in the Midwest as well as the showers cause I'm the one that makes sure of it each day that I'm there

This TA is the worst TA in America. Seems scam of fuel. pumps pressure so low, but meter runs so fast. Better not buy fuel here.

Beware of the mechanics here, they will take advantage charge you an hourly rate and not fix the actual problem

Oil change and filters.... Was told $408 would be the cost before service.... Was charged $460 after completion.... No reasons given for the extra charges... Not a good business practice!!!

This ta is nothing more than a drop yard for Amazon prime and FedEx. Didn't see any free parking . Restaurant still closed . Ta has become a major joke . Will never stop at another ta again they do not care about drivers anymore period
