Wow!!! Thank you so much Katonya and Evalyn for the smiles and laughter, who knew getting an oil change could be so fun? Matt I knew you were under there working hard, and the truck sounds great so thank you too! These folks need a raise, THEY create an above and beyond atmosphere, much love!

****Update**** So I filed a claim only to be a conference call with the terribly nasty and rude manager CHRISTINA and a representative from customer service. The manager proceeds to try and cover up for one of her employees error and didn t get as much as an apology for the inconvenience. Contacting my attorney next. PS I got a quote to fix it at $400 with parts and labor so I m not angry for something small.Got a routine oil change and now my check engine light is on. I ve had my car 1 1/2 years and it has NEVER been on. They are totally denying any responsibility after the codes that Autozone read are directly related to the oil change. They are very unprofessional and refused to assist me with my concerns. I have filed a complaint with corporate.

Took too long so I went back to Jiffy Lube down the street. Sat in 3 car line and I was the 3rd car for almost 40 mins... should on speed and accuracy

Quick, fast, and courteous. They didn't try to rip me off with an upcharge, unlike the place on Hwy 67 at Hallsferry Rd.

This location WAS my go to location but as of today I will not vist this location. The guy who serviced me was unpleasant and his customer service was horrible. He was a complete liar and rude. I've never had any issues with being offered a in store discount coupon but this one here said I had to go search for one myself. Thank God Groupon was offering a deal because he guided me to a $10 off coupon when I've been offered a $20 coupon instantly whenever I visited this location. When I go I mean everytime I see new faces! What is wrong with this location that nobody is long-term. Bring back the workers who worked there when I fort started getting my oil changed. I will not pay my money ay any location after today.

Striped oil pan drain plug patched it and didn t tell me Carx caught it and they didn t deny it they lied and said it s normal wear and when confronted the manager hung up on me and there known for doing so , there mechanics are not certified either would not recommend this place

This is the second time it has happened where I have been in line and told to back up so they can move cars around in the last couple months. The lot is not big enough to keep playing these games. I ve been coming here for three years and will certainly be driving out of my way to avoid this location.

I came here on Saturday 9/16 because my Low Tire Pressure sensor/notification wouldn't turn off after I spent so much time trying to fill my tires myself at a gas station. I was on a time constraint, and thought I was doing something right by going in EARLY on a Saturday morning. Apparently several other people had the same idea! lolBoth lanes were backed up and not moving quickly, so I walked up to the first associate I saw and inquired about how long it might be before I could get my tire pressure checked and tires filled. I was headed farrrrr West on 70, and had limited time to get to my destination. When she said there was going to be at least a 25 minute wait, I thought I was doomed. HOWEVER, after briefly stating what I needed, she instructed me to pull around to the front and back in, in front of the car that was currently being serviced. After less than maybe 3 minutes, the young man who wound up assisting me had me on my way and that pesky notification was gone!This may not seem like a big deal, but considering where I had to be and how crucial it was for me to be on time, THIS WAS MAJOR. They could've easily said "too bad...WAIT." THANK YOU TEAM!!! They always take care of me when I come for maintenance, and have a pleasant demeanor everytime. The whole staff is appreciated!! <3

Got the oil changed here today. Got back in my car tonight and heard a weird noise. Got out and looked under the car. They did not reattach the plastic shield under my engine making it drag as I drove.

I always used this location for my oil changes. Went there a few months ago for service. The guy used a rod to vacuum the oil out. Afterwards, I smelled burning oil. I thought they spilled some while refilling. I believe that he punctured something always smell burning oil. They denied it.

I brought my car in for a oil change, I kindly ask them to check my power steering fluid, they said it was full and even put that on my receipt..I kept hearing that sound so I had someone at my job check. Totally empty. Why would they lie. And I asked them twice. The lady said mabe you need new power steering pump. When in actuality they never checked it in the first place. I'm a senior. I thought checking your fluids was part of the service. I'm like that man that said never again. I been coming to valvoline for years. I usually go on Lindbergh. Because I'm old I think the lady got miffed when she couldn't sell me a synthetic oil change and I got a regular oil change with a coupon.

Had to go back because my car was leaking oil after my oil change. They checked and the oil plug was loose.Tightened it.

Zero stars, and NOT RECOMMENDED. This shop's oil change was TWICE as high as what even the dealership charges! I had to have someone else, who obviously didn't know any better, take my car in for an oil change this time. After inspecting receipt, I was horrified to see a $97 charge for an oil change for a small 4-cyl sedan. Unbelievable! And neither did this shop invite us to use their coupon. Why Valvoline, why?? I won't be back.Service: Oil change

Awesome staff!!! After I was turned away by the hwy 67 location they came through for me with no problem!! Tipped me right off so I can make it back to Connecticut safely thank you so much everyone!! All of you were amazing!!!

Never again. They drain your oil before telling you it's a hundred bucks! The service department at the dealership only charges $75! Outrageous. Never again. Never. Never. Never. One star is too many.

Kiowen Davis stripped the oil pan plug of my fathers car. We sat for an hour before he said anything to us and we had to ask what was wrong. The other man admitted that they stripped it and then they came back and said we did it. However, if we stripped it why wouldn t he say anything prior to starting to work on it? He lied about being the manager as well. The receipt lists a different name as the manager. We have filed a claim but I want to warn other people about the poor work they do at this establishment and the rude and condescending way they spoke to us.

Awful service. I stopped at this one and was supposed to get an oil change and my oil pan plug replaced, when I got home I went to put my splash guard back on an noticed they hadn't changed the plug. So when I called the person that took the plug asked the guy how come he didn't change the plug and there was no answer then the phone was out on mute. So they asked me to come back and they changed the plug, but now I'm thinking what else didn't they do. Never again sorry.

The experience was horrible. Paid for a service that was well below acceptable. Had to remind them to replace my wiper blades after I had already paid for the wipers. Then once I left the place I had to immediately go back because my car was sounding horribly loud. Once I got back there I had to wait over an hour. They for some reason put the wrong air filter on my car. Stated they didn't have the right filter for my car. Sent a worker somewhere to get the correct filter. But all before that the MANAGER told me that sounded like my tire rods or suspension. He left and the ASSISTANT MANAGER came in and corrected the whole problem. All I'ma say is NEVER AGAIN because that was horrible and very well could've been avoided. They really could've messed my car up and for all I know they probably have.

The employees at this location play around way too much and don t really know how to work on cars. I spent $117 on an oil change and had to get another oil change a couple weeks later because they put an extra bolt on my drain plug causing oil to leak out. Love Love Love Valvoline the best place to go to and the whole staff is friendly and kind to your needs and they do a wonderful job on oil changes and anything else you need done batteries replaced and airing up your tires and telling you what you will need done on the other things that may need service on your car thank you Valvoline staff for your great service

The crew was awesome, very professional and had a great sense of humor. Got my oil changed and found out my headlight was out... It wasn't in stock there so I went and bought it and came back, they had a little struggle but came together as a team and figured it out... Lol!!! Come to find out it was simple... THANKS GUYS. WE APPRECIATE YOUR HARD WORK.... I will definitely be back to this location (Parker&Halls Ferry)

I had been going to this place for about 3 years. At first they were great but over the past year I noticed that soon after getting my oil changed by them something shortly after would go wrong with my car. At first I thought it was a coincidence but how many coincidences can they be? They usually have good service but last time I went they had a young lady that was kind of rude it s also hard to hear them when they tell u directions ...idk they aren t the worst place around but I definitely decided to go somewhere else for my next oil change.Service: Oil change

Everything went pretty smooth. Had no real issues. Except... My bill ended up with the previous owner's name on it. The technician said it would be corrected on my next visit.

Hands down the best service I ve had with a technician! I went in for an oil change and a couple other services on my vehicle to try to find a solution for the issues I was having, they went above and beyond! Long story short, my car was diagnosed and is now fixed. I am so appreciative of the quality of customer service at this location. I found my new spot!
