Great guys and fast service. We use them often for our tire needs and he's always been a straight shooter and taken care of us in a timely manor. I would not recommend buying a car from this business unless you get a CARFAX check first. My husband bought a truck from here and evidently it had been in a flood because the whole bottom of the truck was rusted out! The only way we found out was much later when we caught a flat & tried to use the spare tire that was underneath the truck. I know damn well that the business owner had to be aware of this issue but did not disclose this info on to my husband. So again, PLEASE get the vehicle that you're interested in thoroughly checked before you buy it!

Brought my little green machine (2005 Chevy Malibu) to Kens. They had her all fixed up and sounding beautiful in 2 days time. Great customer service and very fair price for the repairs I needed.

I will never take my car anywhere else. They are honest and efficient, and go out of their way to make sure you drive away safe. Much better than any of the chain repair shops in America, and believe me I ve been to all of them. Definitely trust these guys!

I arrived before opening to ensure first place in line because they advertise that appointments were not needed. At 7:30am (opening time) the service manager (Kelly) opened the doors. I walked up and was not greeted. He spoke to another customer who pulled in after me. With smiles and warmth he assured the customer that he knew what to do. I patiently waited and was still not greeted until I spoke up and said Good Morning! He then asked what I needed. I told him that I needed a wheel alignment and said that I would wait. He said there were other customers ahead of me. I asked about the no appointments. He said that if I leave it he would get to it some time today. I did not feel welcome or that my business was wanted.I said thank you and left the establishment very disappointed with the treatment in customer service.

Always upfront and honest. These negative Nellies are people you can never please no matter what. Kind of like the type that says "I've been coming here for years and the service is awful"! Then why have you been coming here?!?!?

Not only did he come tow it to the shop and fix it, he also aired up my tire and recommended me to a place with cheap ones. I'll definitely be going back with any future car troubles. Thanks Ken and the guys...bc walking and ubering everywhere sucks!

Wasn't very friendly at all. Seemed like he didn't care if i was there or not. Not informative nor helpful. I felt rushed out and not welcomed. I took my business somewhere else and I will never return!

Probably the most completive pricing for dealer type of repairs and the best value for the dollar in Florissant. The Competition in Florissant is fierce with skilled mechanics and you can tell every time you drive by the shop they have some of the best ones around.

Took my truck to Ken's Auto Repair all I can say is OUTSTANDING SERVICE my truck rides like a brand new truck the time they took was speedy the cost was fair customer service was excellent I would recommend them to anybody Mr Kelly keep up the good work we need more business like you once again thank you for your service thumbs up
