I can t remember the guy s name who helped me. I needed help with finding a replacement for my driver side headlight and he quickly found one for me and was even able to install it for me. I tipped him for the excellent customer service. Will definitely be back!

I got what I needed but when I got to the front to pay I waited in line. It was no big deal and then an employee said to another employee that I needed help. The person who helped check me out made a big deal and he replied very annoyed "I'll drop everything im doing to help this lady" and when I got to the register he said just sounded very annoyed and asked what I needed. It made me feel like I was a problem for even buying 1 item. I don't think im going back.

One clerk wasn't very helpful but a different one stepped in. I needed my windshield wipers replaced and it was raining. The second clerk was a great help. Will be returning.

Placed my order thru the app on a Friday evening, with plans to pick up my parts and any extras the next morning. Plan worked perfectly!! Went to pick up, it was on a cart ready to go, the clerk helped me bring everything out to my car, it was GREAT!

Far the most part they have what you need. I do like that they install your windshield wiper blades for yah. It's sad that the one near me no longer remain open 24/7 like it used to.

Great service. This crew was on it today. This is my favorite location by far. I had a bad battery that was under warranty. They got me setup in just a few minutes.

My battery died , it was the original one in a 2017 Jeep patriot, it was very corroded and the terminals were very brittle and one broke while they were attempting to swap out the battery for a new one and so also I needed new terminals, the staff at the Florissant, Mo. location went the extra mile to assist me with the problem and got me back on the road.

Worst customer service experience I have ever seen! I bought thermostat and few things to go with it, and I returned the next day with receipt in hand. They wouldn't take back the items that I didn't need and they were not open! The manager better fix this problem before too long or they might get a reputation of a negative point of view. I won't go back! Ever

Good store. Prices aren't the worst. I typically will order car parts off the Internet because other places have better prices and a bigger selection. However if I need something quick this place is a good store.The staff have also been very helpful and kind when I've visited. They have looked under my hood and cleaned my battery before. For free. Also they have let me try out parts on my car before buying.So you can't really beat that treatment.

I went in to purchase headlights. A very nice young man Adrian asked if I needed help. He had a big beautiful smile and very pleasant. I also purchased wipers. I asked if they are hard to put on and he stated he could put them on. Which he did. I told him I was going to watch a video for the headlights. He stated he couldn t help with putting them in but could coach me. He coached me step by step! It s hard to find/get good customer service. I really appreciated his help and kindness!! We need more Adrian s in the world!! He need an promotion to teach employees great customer service! And don t forget to increase his pay!!!!Thank you so much and stay positive!!Passat

I go here because it is literally around the corner from my own house. I do all my own research and don't rely on the staff. Had a very bad experience. My battery kept dying so I took it in because it was still under warranty. The store manager tested it herself and said it was good. Continued to be problematic. Did some research and made other repairs. Solved nothing. Took battery back in and had another employee test it. It tested better than the first time, but he actually showed me the slip from the machine and it said it was bad. So it was replaced under warranty. The store manager is a really friendly lady, but is also a LIAR! Very upset with this store.

I would have given them No stars. There customer service is terrible. I went to return an item with my receipt. First they asked for my ID (why when I have the original receipt and it's only been two days). They processed to tell me that the item was open. Well, I never used it and sat on the floor of my car for two days. Long story short, their customer service of the manager is horrible and they will NEVER get any of my business. I'll stick with Autozone!

Great Customer Service. So friendly and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Shout out to Fred at the Florissant location. I really appreciate the time and effort you took to install my battery. I am now convinced you saved me a couple hundred dollars. So rare to find friendly, helpful people in retail/sales anymore. Thanks again to Fred. I ll be back to this location for sure!

You'll find a good stock of most items needed for your vehicle from parts and motor oil to cleaners and car covers. Pricing is moderate, staff is pretty knowledgeable and available to assist.The location is easy to see from Lindbergh and there's plenty of parking for everyone.

Only reason I'm giving one star is to the employee I spoke to over the phone this morning at about 1030am. he was very helpful and assured me I would be taken care of when i told him i would be in later that after noon. Once I arrived around 2:50 pm I went and spoke to another man told him the price and everything but he couldn't do anything for me because he has no idea how to look anything up and give me the price i was quoted. The gentlemen that helped me was quick to get back inside (there were about 3 cars in the lot including mine) and unable to really give me Any answers to my questions. Even with his battery tester HOOKED UP TO MY BATTERY all he could say was "your battery is 2 voltages under where it should be " he also said "I'm Super short staffed and don't have time to mess with this battery . go have someone take the battery out bring it back up and then we will charge it up and see if it's really the battery" REALLY AREN'T YOUR EMPLOYEES TRAINED TO DO THAT??? short staffed or not it took me leaving and going to auto zone where it took them 2 minutes to take my battery out . but advanced auto parts guy couldn't be bothered with me .

Went in to buy 2 o2 sensors at 12:15 pm this past Friday and one was in stock and the other they promised me would be in by 4pm later that afternoon, so I paid for both sensors and went back up closer to 5:30 and it wasn't there.. then I was told it would be there 1st thing Saturday morning, so I was there at 10am and was told it had not came.. so I said you either better come up with that other sensor or give back my money.. so finally the guy said he would go to another store and get it and told me come back in 30 minutes.. went back and then was told, it actually did come in Friday by 4 but when I came in Friday at 5:30 they couldn't find it.. the guy there found it while the other guy was getting me one from another store!! I don't know what kind of drugs they are on at that store but I won't be back, and the customer service was just horrible

Yes..it was hilarious..a friend who is a very regular custumor there name was wrong in their computer software..his last name is 5 letters..the 4th letter in that name was wrong..changing the pronouciation and actually rhymed with his last name..but of course wasn't..it is Tate..they had Tape .. frustrasting to anyone..but the humour is that it happens to often..all these decades of spelling his name to them ..they heard 'P' when he actually said 'T' twice as opposed to once.. ..no harm but foul..so funny..difficulty changing his name on file was SP kiiiiie ...good products though..stuff happens..the irony is it's common..misinformation from prior misinformation..many times due to minimum attentiveness to suttle yet vital details..4 star..5 otherwise

What can I say. This place has least helpful employees I ever seen. The manager Tamara is worst. Has very little customer service skills. She is on a power trip. She personally made me hate my go to store. Now I go to oreilys or autozone where they treat customers right. His a tip on customer service take can't an won't out of your dictionary...

Bad attitudes, went to drop battery off for charge and was willing to leave for a day or so and they told me I couldn't drop it off because it could come up stolen or thrown away if it didn't go on charge station right away. I called next day to speak with store and he said that, its impossible for them to say that to me, WOW so now I calling corporate because I went in the day with battery again to purchase another battery instead and they told us they dont sell that battery. I walked right to shelf and pick out the same battery and was then told they didn't know it was in stock.Overall if your buying something on shelf to where your in and out fine but overall dont go there.

Placed an in store order on Jan 30th. It was supposed to arrive on the 5th. I called on the 5th and it wasn't there yet. They said they would call me when it arrived. I called today (12 days later), they have no idea where it is or what was done with my order. I was instructed to call back tomorrow when the manager comes in. The manager can't call me??? Terrible service. ZERO follow up. No one knows what is going on at that store

Dead battery in extreme cold. Associate assisted us outside in cold. My son had just been discharged from hospital. She assisted him and allowed him to use restroom. Customer Service and kindness shown will make me loyal to this store.

Went to advance auto parts with questions about my A/C blowing warm air, I was Helped by Vic, This guy knew exactly what was the problem .And helped me find a replacement part at the best price possible....! Vic is an awesome worker, go in and ask him if you need any auto help he ll take care of you!

Just left this place. I am livid. It is 86 degrees outside and we just sat with the car running for 30 mi yes waiting for the ONE person that could test our battery. She was changing wiper blades and filling washer fluid when we got there. After finishing she stood there talking for about 25 minutes. Then she tells us to turn off the car. We do this and my husband walks back in the building. The lady starts helping someone that just walks in and another lady tells us sorry we are done testing batters for the night. Went to Autozone. Tested immediately and found the problem. I will tell anyone that will listen to avoid this place. Glad I work at a huge retail store right next to this location!!
