Great customer service. Went looking for a notary on short notice and Josh recommended here. Quick and easy. I had no idea they even offered notary services. Josh gave me a summary of their loan services as well in case I knew anyone needing some assistance.

Josh was very thorough explaining the process and the details of what the loan consisted of. Him and his CSR were very kind. It's not easy to ask for help and borrow money, so it was nice to be met with compassion.

So just a heads up I I filled out the information on TitleMax s website to see what kind of loan they would offer me for my car and after putting my information on the website, they said I was available for $1000. I made the hour drive there on my Saturday off to find out that what they offer you online has nothing to do with what you actually get. Once you get to the store in store they offered me $250. Just figured that might help somebody out and save them from wasting some time. .
