Purchased a doorknob here. My door appears to be smaller than required and I needed a spacer. They don't carry them. Couldn't find an associate. No help on the website. Walked around the store thinking they may be in another location. Could hardly walk through because of the pallets and pallets of merchandise just inconveniently placed in the way. The cashier wasn't even at the register when we walked through to leave without purchasing anything. Will not be coming back here since Menards did have what I needed.

Went in got the washer & dryer set I wanted while the sale is going on. Sales guy was very nice & helpful. Very friendly and great service.

Paid Lowes $12,000 for new flooring and install. The contractors did a poor job, broke my stones from my fireplace off, used massive amounts of wood filler and then left it smeared all over my floor. I asked for a follow up to repair what could be repaired and $500 to fix what I would have to have repaired by someone else (fireplace). A month has gone by and they ve still not approved my $500 refund and the guy they sent to clean and repair the other things didn t do everything that was discussed. Wish I could attach photos of the huge gaps, permanent intentions from refrigerator being scooted around, miscut baseboards, broken fireplace, etc.

Todd Willis ..Lowe's finest ...thank you for the outstanding customer service tonight . Your help with the copper fittings and the short cuts and better easier products, you provided us with tonight plus.great advice.. literally cut hours off my work load ty ty. and helped update some very outdated fixtures ..your knowledgeable, constructive, and incredibly thoughtful..as you checked , to insure i had all the right supplies i needed, to use everything properly...i was so relieved and felt so blessed ,by the respect and all star standard of service you showed us....excellent employee... excellent service, .my new go to oguy...ty .....much love and gratetitude ...from the water heater girls...lol

Well the employees are friendly and helpful, plenty of space down the isles for easier traffic flow but my favorite part of Lowes is its cleanliness, there vast amounts of high quality tools, there lumber looks great even with the prices still as high as they are, and everything looks organized and it shows that there team and management really take pride in what they do. Always a pleasure shopping ...

Nice typical Lowe's store on Karsch Blvd in Farmington MO. Maybe a perception, but seems a bit smaller than some other Lowe's stores.

Lowe's workers are very knowledgeable and were able to send me to the aisle to get what I needed. They were also able to give me information on other products that they have in stock.

They have whatever your looking for and usually someone to help find it if you can find that person. Usually you will have someone asking you if you need help if they think you been standing there to long or if you look suspicious. I've never had treatment like I've had at Lowe's. I've worked my whole life never took a thing but when I go to Lowe's I feel like someone is always watching me.I give them 3 stars for having everything.

I'm a vet an you take care of vets .I will shop there no mader what .I went in to buy a small. frige you had on your shelf when I went to buy it they said you never had one an never new when you get one they would not sell me the one on display i need one bad so I am not happy. Mike Edwards

Drive over an hour for siding, and associate picked several sheets for me. No forklift was used, so not sure why they 5hink it's OK to seek this damaged piece into the order? Called the Manager and he seemed unconcerned.

Needed to get a gallon of paint had to wait 45 minutes to be waited on then he mixed the color wrong when I called them to exchange the paint the girl said she don't think they would exchange it even when it was their mistake I asked for brown not purple paint so I went to wallmart and got the color I wanted for half the price. Good bye lowes

Decent store, friendly employees, but unfortunately Lowes wants to save a dollar and treat customers like employees. I don't and will NOT do self checkout. I don't work for Lowes. If I come to YOUR business and spend MY money, I expect to be greeted with a friendly human being at checkout not to be told, "sorry, all full service check outs are closed, only self checkout is open." Well, apparently Lowes thinks they are the only home improvement store in town, not the case. Menards is directly across the street and has a bigger selection and they have never asked me to check myself out. Goodbye Lowes. You lost a very long-term customer.

I had a very difficult time. Finding hinges for my 36-year-old cabinets. That I wanted to keep cuz they're beautiful. And I needed 50 hinges.. I did not understand the dimensions of a hinge so I took my old hinge and a cabinet door into Farmington Lowes. On a Saturday morning the 23rd of September. A young man named Ethan actually came up and asked me if he could help me. I figured I was the type of customer most employees would avoid... an older lady with a hinge and a cabinet door in her hands. And he was very professional. Very kind. He had to find them online. I'm, which he did, even walked me to the cash register to make sure my order was paid for and shipped. Which it was and it arrived a day early and the hinges are perfect. I cannot thank him enough for making a horrible hinge experience in to a perfect experience. Ethan is the type of employee every company would love to have. Farmington Lowe's is very lucky.. And of course the store is awesome and I always go there for everything. All of the experiences with the employees have been very positive. But this time was just extra perfect.

Just dropped in for some plant plates so I could bring my plants inside for the winter. Also found a really nice rolling stand for my very large dipledania. Can always count on them for garden items.

The night shift manager in the lumber dept needs to be more professional about letting his workers know in advance if they are working over, instead of right at the time they are supposed to clock out. I went to pick up my husband from work last week expecting he would get off at 10pm, I waited over an hour to pick him up. Luckily my cousin was visiting and kept an eye on my kids, otherwise I would have had to drag them out super late when they need to be asleep in bed. Do Better Bryan in the lumber dept!

I had this Lowe's install my kitchen and it has been a nightmare! The stove now sits on top of my counter tops ( a good install would be the stove sits "in between the counter top) and pieces of my stove had to be taken off in order to close the drawer! I have been calling and fighting this for a year with the usual, no one calling me back, and the best is a weak offer of $400.00 compensation, when it needs to be taken apart and re-done! The last call that I had with Lowe's Installation, was PROMISED that someone was going to come out to look at it, and that was in March. I guess it's time to get a lawyer.

Product delivered so severely damaged that it is unusable.Lowes won't help because it is third party delivery, the company that delivers just gives the runaround and keeps you on hold.No current reselution. Will not use lowes in the future.

Lowe s now uses a third party delivery service that is very ignorant to customers and doesn t care about people. I ordered appliances for a rental house on 8/30 to be delievered 9/11. Took off work today to be there for them and when I called because they haven t contacted me with time I found out they changed my delivery date without even telling anyone. They stated it s not their problem they couldn t deliver today. 6 months ago we ordered a new 3k fridge for our new house and it took them 2 days to find the fridge. They said they thought it was delivered. Finally delivered it a week later and the delivery guys would not even hook it up for me without my other half talking to them on the phone. This third party xdt is making lowes name go bad.

Love my washer and dryer but getting the sales guys to help us was rough. We had to go to them at the counter after standing at the washer and dryer staring at them. The man who typed up our order was rude. He probably got a commission for doing nothing helpful but typing up an order . When we asked if they had a sale one with dents or anything he said he didn't think so and pointed vaguely in the direction it should be. we hunted one down but ended up not getting it. Very excited about new washer and dryer but disappointed in service

Again, I have arrived at our local Lowe's looking for a specific type of plant and a few other garden items. Not once did I have a Lowe's employee ask if I needed help. When I did ask for help. I was told that she was pretty sure it was outside but that was all she could tell me. Once again, I have left Lowe's empty-handed

I've never had a bad experience at this particular Lowe's. They seem to be well staffed, motivated and I typically am approached by at least one associate each visit and asked if I need assistance with anything, but no pushy sales, just the offer lend a hand. They also have associates that will help load large items if needed. There is a new rental center on the north side of the building and although I have yet to take advantage of it, I did walk around that area it it seems well appointed with various tools. As with all Lowe's they offer a Veteran discount, but you will need to sign up for that once. Plenty of parking even if you are pulling a trailer. When in need of pieces and parts, this is always my first stop.

I recently went to Lowe's and went to the outdoor section to see the selection I've garden hoses well I was looking a nice young man.. I believe his name was Curtis. He was very quick to come assist with all my needs. I think it's really great that Lowe's hires people that are mentally handicapped. FIVE STAR!!!

am very unhappy with my large purchase from lowes. I waited all day for my $2400 washer and dryer delivery. they called 3 times saying the guys were on their way. and at 8pm they called to say they won't be bringing them until Tuesday next week. I'm so done with lowes.

We recently purchased a sliding compound miter saw. There was a special combo deal going on with a stand. The stand was not in inventory and Ethan in tools went above and beyond to ensure my husband was able to receive his stand. For 2 weeks we received weekly calls from Ethan updating us on the status of the back ordered product and even got a follow up call from him the week following pick up to ensure that my husband was totally satisfied with his purchase. As a retired military family we truly appreciate Lowe s honoring Veterans with a discount on purchases, as well as the sales associate professionals like Ethan who demonstrate exemplary standards of customer service.
