Shea is a great salesman. He isn't just there for the sale, he makes sure that you're taken care of and doesn't try to "sell extra". Cindy is great and super efficient at the paperwork! Definitely recommend

If you re looking for fun in a friendly atmosphere, look no further than Shea and Cyndi at Leadbelt Powersports. All questions were clearly explained, it was an easy application process, and we left with not only two new toys (Triumph Bobber and the Triumph Trident), but new friends. Who doesn t want fun toys and good friends? This will definitely be my Go to for any future fun expansions.Thank you, Leadbelt, Jed and I really appreciated the hospitality and laughs.

Recently I purchased a Honda scooter from this dealership. The bike is just great. Rides very smooth. Very good on curves that require leaning the bike. Plenty of get up and go. Gets up to 60 quickly and still has some throttle left. Peppy for a 150. Pretty little bike too.This is a very nice dealership. Steve was the salesman I dealt with. Nice guy and not at all pushy. Lynn did a fine job helping me pick out a riding jacket.Big selection of motorcycles and riding gear. If you're in the Farmington area, check this place out.

Here's my experience at leadbelt powersports. I took two ATVs for service. I was told I'd have an estimate by the end of the day. Bikes were there two weeks, I never received an estimate period. First bike, rhino 660, needed carb rebuilt. One week later I went to pick up bike. Just under $800. I asked for itemized list, did not receive one. Got home(almost an hour away) the bike still falls on its face if you're not constantly on the throttle. Told service dept. about it, response was fuel additive. Throttle plate missing on linkage. I took apart the carb to clean small jet. It was dirty, carb bowl had not been removed! No carb rebuild was done! Basically $800 oil change. Second bike, polaris sportsman 700. Same work done. You guessed it I had to redo the carb work supposedly done on this one too. $500 battery changeout on that one. I called and was told they would stand by their work, just bring it back in. Would you go back for more of the same? I won't. There's my experience at leadbelt powersports, take from it what you will.

This business has very poor business ethics!!! We were told that they would charge $175 to adjust valves. It would cost more if parts were needed. They wanted the bike dropped off at 9:15 am. They didn't start working on it until after noon. Instead of calling and verifying the new charges. They say they done the work and added no new parts. The bill.......$300. NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM!!!!! STILL won't start off kickstart. They stated it may need the carburetor rebuilt or a sparkplug. You would think a reputable business would verify the hard start issue before tearing an engine down and charging a customer almost double. a simple phone call before doing any work would have been nice. Money may come easy to some, but this money belonged to a 16 year old kid. We won't be back!!!

Made a appointment to get power steering put on my Honda pioneer 4 weeks ago took it up there the day of my appointment they called and said they ordered the wrong part okay no big deal I understand things happen they were suppose to have it done on Saturday never heard from them called them on Tuesday they said they meant to call me on Saturday and forgot but the price had significantly changed okay but when they called to tell me they ordered wrong part they assured me twice it would be same price. Service guy said he would call his boss right away and see what to do. Called service guy a hour later he never called his boss asked him to please do it so we could figure out what we were going to do about pricing difference. The boss approved giving us the price they told us it would be service guy told me the sxs would be done that evening called him that evening to see when we could pick up he told me it wouldn t be done until tomorrow okay no big deal. Today is tomorrow called and asked when we could pick it up still isn t done don t know if it will be done. Now it s not okay we have had plans for a long time to take the sxs camping why we made our appointment so far in advance you can only be understanding so many times all the service guy wants to say is this is a very busy shop.sales person called to try to get bottom of what was going on basically says even though I made my appointment 4 weeks ago it s not a priority because my machine runs

The best around. From the excellent salesman, finance, service. You won t be disappointed. Just brought my pioneer in for service and tire change and some other small things.. These guys surprised me when they said it would be done that same day. I know other people that bought theirs somewhere else wait two weeks just to get it looked at, if not longer. A+

From the moment we walked in the door we were treated with courtesy. We worked with Lance. He worked hard with us to purchase two bikes. They gave us a deal we were happy with. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership

Quick and easy sale!! Shea was an awesome salesman! I was able to take my new Pioneer home the same day, even after asking for the windshield to be installed. I highly recommend the team at Leadbelt!

The sevice department employees are awesome! After doing some work on my Indian, they took time to explain the work. Patient & kind people! We will go back to them for future service. Also, the new shop is set up nicely.

took my 2005 trx450r in because it wasnt running right.it wouldnt idle, it would over heat and you couldnt run in lower rpms or it would die.long story short they told me it was the carb and they changed the engine temp sensornot ever a month after getting it back it was doing the same things after only riding it once.my review sits at a 1 star as of right now until i take it back up there and get it completely fixed and after i get the bike back and it is in a reliable condition and in tip top running shape.i basically paid 400$ the first time for them to think they fixed a problem but didnt... not pleased as of right now.like i said. i take my bike up there the 22nd of june and once repairs are done then i will review them once again.Update: they fixed my quad and it runs great now! Thanks guys!

Brother just bought a new side by side. Broke down with less than 600 miles on it. Always easy on it. Not a rough riding toy. Took it to dealership and now they've had it longer than he has, every week giving them a new date to pick it up and every time having a poor excuse as to why it's not done. Highly consider buying somewhere else

Great products and services. Darren Brown gave us a great deal on our Pioneer 1000 he beat out all the competition within 80 miles. Service is on top of it's game also by having it ready to go when purchase was finalized. They made arrangements to deliver it to our farm and had it there as promised. Service called to let us know about a recall issue and set a date for repair. Darren has called to make sure we were informed of recall and to make sure we were happy with the side by side. I recommend them to all my friends and family. The Pioneer 1000 sells itself. It's a blast on the trails and a work horse on the farm.

I tried to call the store before driving to town to shop and was placed on hold, and no one ever came back on the line......17 minutes I waited. My husband drove to this store instead of the Farmington competition by misunderstanding of our conversation. So the sale and experience got off to a rocky start in this store but we were here so I went in.We have a very hyper 2 and 6 year old boys, and a 14 year old child in tow when we arrive and from the very moment we arrived Lance was the MAN! His hands and attitude with our needs and our children s desires exceeded any expectations I had and I totally forgot to even tell them about the phone call situation!!!!These guys were all great, working great deals for us, and I plan to do more business in the near future I m certain. Thank u for our test drives, our pictures, and all the smiles our family had today thanks to you!!!

Purchased a 2018 CBR650F last week. Super friendly and helpful staff, they even got me a riding jacket and helmet to stay safe. Andy was an amazing sales person and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Not saying you shouldn't buy anything from there but I bought a used trx450r and was said to be mint but a few months after owning it I took the back plastics off and one side of my subframe was a half inch lower than the other side also non original front plastics one front wheel from 2004 and it's a 2014 said everything was original besides the yoshi exhaust so basically what I'm saying is they failed to look it over and replace what needed to be replaced and did not inform me about any of it they said they replaced everything.

Had them change my front tire last year. Went in to ask about changing the rear with a new tire and the service girl said, "we don't have the notch tool to do it". There are no special tools needed to replace a Harley rear tire. If you don't want to do it, just say no.

Salesman are very friendly not like there trying to make a sale just really good guys. Great choice if you looking to buy a bike locally..... and they loaded us up with coozy, t shirt and key chains. Thanks again fellas

I had an amazing buying experience today with dale luster. I told him what I was after and he got me a heck of a deal on a 2017 Honda trx 250x. I would recommend anyone and everyone to come buy from them

My husband and I tried to buy a 4 wheeler and couldn't get financed because we CDC had no credit. Larry went out of his way to get us approved. He must of called me 10 times that day. I am so happy that we now vfc have a brand new 2018 4 wheeler. Thank you leadbelt. I will always do business with you.

Would give it less stars if we could everyone we call looking for universal parts like throttle cables hand grips tubes tires we have to order it or I'm not a KTM dealer! there parts department is a joke so don't water your time even calling them looking for parts
