I took my golf cart in to get serviced. I knew my golf cart needed a starter generator and had a power issue. They kept my golf cart for two and a half months and said there was a rpm and governor issue. They did fix the bushings, power generator, and voltage regulator, but when I got my golf cart back it was barely running at all. I asked the tech if he checked all the fuel lines and verified the fuel. He said yes, however, I had to personally unplug the breather hose, replace the fuel pump and carburator, to which there was no issue with prior. The tech told me that it would eventually blow the motor and I needed to look into buying a new golf cart because parts are no longer available. All of this cost around $900 not including the weekly excuses of not figuring out the fuel issue which took 5 mins after I got it back and $25 in parts. Tried to talk to the manager and all I got was excuses and no call back in partial refund.

We live in St Louis and took our golf cart to a local shop here (Touch of Gold) to be repaired after it quit running. Over a month later, we get the golf cart back in worse condition than it was in (now it wouldn t even power on or turn over) and got slapped with a $1200 Bill for parts and labor. My parents are local to Farmington and recommended I take it to Carr s just to have them look at it. Within 2 days, the golf cart is working perfectly, our bill was $200, and he quickly saw that the other shop had replaced parts that were for a totally different make/model than ours, and likely totally unnecessary. Carr s is honest, fast, and reliable. I will drive an hour south every time I need something moving forward.

We had recently purchased a golf cart from Carr's for driving around our community. Everything has worked perfectly. After owning it for a week, last night when I plugged in the charger, I was getting flashing red lights on the charger. I researched online and per the error code, it reported that there was an error with the charger.I called Carr's this morning to report it. Steve with Carr's called me back and was so nice and pleasant. He was in the area and brought out a replacement charger and even plugged it in to ensure it was working correctly.Thank you so much for your awesome customer service and politeness. I highly recommend anyone interested in a golf cart or accessories to check out their location.

Hadn t heard anything good since Steve Carr left but took my cart there anyway. Didn t do what they up charged me to do. I mean didn t do it at all. And no good explanation why. Won t go back and wouldn t recommend.

We were supposed to have 2 golf carts dropped off Sunday August the 7th for a full week's rental. They never showed. Very disappointing. Won't use them again.
