After three months of waiting for parts to be ordered without a single update unless I called them and requested one, they finally got my vehicle in for a very basic repair. The vehicle had some minor damage on the driver's side. This took them three weeks to complete. Once again, there was no update unless I called and requested one, even though it took two weeks longer than they told me.When I picked up the vehicle, I was absolutely shocked by what I saw. The body panels did not align, and the paint had horrible buffer swirl marks all up and down the side, scratches in the paint, and bubbles from the dirt under the paint that were already chipping off. There were still paint marks from the other vehicle's paint that hit us, which they had not even touched.The vehicle was filthy from sitting outside and in their shop during the process, and they didn't even wash it. In past experiences with body shops, the vehicle was always nicely cleaned up or even fully detailed when I picked it up. I inquired about this and was told, "We are a big company now; we don't do that kind of stuff anymore."I complained about the condition of the brand-new paintwork and was told they would correct the issues if I brought it back after the weekend.Upon arriving, I asked the secretary at the front desk if she could print out a copy of the invoice listing the work that had been performed. I let her know that I had forgotten my copy at home and wanted to go over it with them. She did not do this and stated, "You were already given a copy when you picked up your vehicle last time." I was later informed that this was a very rude request for me to make of them.A very hateful individual by the name of Jim came out, and I went over with him all of my concerns. He let me know that he would take care of it and call me when it was ready. This included correcting the misaligned body panels, polishing the horrendous swirl marks and scratches in the paint, fixing the bubbles caused by the dirt in the paint, and repairing the chips.About two hours later, I received a phone call informing me that all work was complete and that I could come by and pick up my vehicle. Obviously, the work was not completed in such a short period of time.We pulled up, and it was immediately apparent that the paint issues had not been addressed. It looked horrible. I walked in, and I was informed that the vehicle was all done and ready to go. I asked Jim to walk out with me to look at it. I asked why the paint looked so awful, and he would not provide an answer. It still had scratches all over it, buffer swirl marks, chips, dirt in the paint, etc.My brother was with me as he was the one that took me. He asked Jim if he felt the paint should look the way it did. Jim immediately informed him that he didn't care what he had to say because he was not the vehicle owner. I told Jim that I wanted the answer to the question, but he refused to respond. I thanked him for adjusting the panels so they aligned but asked why they did not address the other issues, and he replied, "I can throw a coat of wax on it if it will make you happy." I asked how the wax would correct the dirt in the paint, the chips, the swirl marks, etc., and he did not answer.I let him know that I would love to take him up on his offer to make it right and asked what he could do differently this time, as the first two attempts had the same outcome. Jim informed me that I was being rude and stated he was done. Upon asking any further questions, he stated, "Leave. We are done with you!"

Caliber Collision is by far one of the best auto repair shops in Farmington and the surrounding areas. They took care of a repair on my car and did exceptional work and took the utmost care of my car while in their possession! The staff are all so polite and friendly. They kept me up to date on every step and process my car went through. Highly highly recommend taking your car to Caliber for any repairs!

I went to Caliber Collision for an estimate for repairs on my car. The staff were all so friendly! Felicia at the front desk was so nice and professional! Brendan was the gentleman that did my estimate. He was very thorough and went through all the steps of what to expect if I were to bring my car there for repairs. He introduced me to the GM that was walking around, Jim Barton. He was very professional and made sure that I knew I could call them with any questions or concerns I had regarding my repairs. I definitely will be having my vehicle repaired by them! Thank you Caliber Collision for your concerns, thoughtfulness and professionalism!!!

Love this place they did such a wonderful job on my truck, it looks brand new. The customer service is amazing as well we had a man by the name of Brendan Hartman, he was so polite and helpful just did a wonderful job with our case and was very patient and understanding anytime I called with questions or anything I needed he was able to answer or help me to the best of his ability. Just a wonderful staff overall. The only negative thing I can say is it did take longer than they anticipated to get our truck done but when we did get it back it looked great.

Highly recommend Caliber Collision in Farmington. I recently brought my car in for a repair and they made the process so smooth. The staff was very professional and helpful. Brendan kept me informed daily about the progress and my vehicle looked brand new when I picked it up. Felicia and Jim also made sure that I was happy with with everything and you can tell that they truly care about their customers experience.

I had a bumper repaired there. And it was an insurance claim and this is where the insurance had suggested we go. Never again. Communicate was horrible. They never called me. I had to call for all updates. They messed with my cameras on my Subaru for no reason. Touched the lenses which essentially breaks them. Tried saying the cameras were messed up before they got the car. Literally told that to the claims adjuster and directly to my husband. Joke was on them. Anything that goes wrong with my car sends my app an alert and an alert to the Subaru dealer I normally go to. I had to show that the camera was messed up while at caliber. They also LOST my license plate. I had to report it stolen and get new ones. Was out of a car for over a month for something that s should have been 3/4 days according to them. Then they tried to refuse to release it to me when I told them I was taking it to a dealer after they messed up the camera (that they really had no reason to touch, Subaru confirmed this). I had to have the insurance claim adjuster tell them to allow me to take it just so I could get it fixed. At that point, even the adjuster stated he didn t think they could fix their mess up.

Highly recommend Caliber collision!I took my car there for an estimate recently and had a wonderful experience. I was walked through repair process very throughly. The ladies in the front office were so sweet and made me feel welcome while I waited. Jim the manager also stopped to greet me as I waited and he also made sure I understood everything before I left. I can t wait to have my car fixed there in a couple weeks!

I love Caliber Collision! They did a great job on my car after hitting a deer. Tyler, Brendan and Jim were more than helpful with answering all my questions I had and never made me feel like I was annoying them like past places I ve gone too. I would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone for any car repairs! Thanks guys!

After my accident I wasn't sure how my car could ever be whole again. A family member had recommended Caliber Collision in Farmington MO. So I gave it a shot.... a nice young man by the name of Brendan Hartman Introduced himself and spoke with gentle but important information than made me feel at ease. Within the time frame he gave me I received a call stating my vehicle was done.....And to my surprise they had it washed and cleaned up and it looked and rode home absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Caliber for training your employees right.

The staff at Farmington Caliber collision sure did turn my frown upside down. They were so reassuring and pleasant. The work done to fix my vehicle was above and beyond as well as thier customer service. They were quick to answer any questions, kept in communication and really proved that they are just excellent all around!

I had my car towed there after a deer accident and they drove me to the rental car shop. Extremely professional operation; it isn't a grease monkey garage. I didn't interact with anyone who wasn't dressed in business casual. A very seamless and painless process.

The most professional and polite collision repair shop, or any shop dealing with anything automotive I've ever experienced in 40 years. Honest & no sales pitching for the sake of capitalizing off customers!I would recommend this Collision Repair shop above and beyond all other auto-body shops in the business. Let's face it, sometimes people have fender benders or worse, may as well go here where you are treated with respect, care & part of the business family.Not to mention when the job is done, it's done right and no way to tell anything happened to your vehicle, it's like showroom new & detailed clean.After you get bids, get Caliber Collision to make it all right!

I would give them 10 stars! They made our deer accident look like it never happened. Our car returned so pretty and shiny, and they even detailed the entire inside, too. Felicia sent the estimate to our insurance and took care of the paperwork, Brandon kept us informed of the progress while it was in the shop, and they had it all completed and returned to us two days early!! We hit a deer two years ago and had a great experience with them. We recently hit a deer again and went to them expecting a similar experience, but it was completely different. After what we dealt with I would not recommend them to anyone. I could write a book on the experience, but to sum it up they had poor communication & did poor quality work. They sublet some work to Plaza and it had to go back because the work wasn t done correctly. It also took over a month to get our vehicle back.

Very nice people and respectable!!! Very happy with the way my vehicle looked and they even cleaned inside and smelled like a new car!! I did have a issue and they didn't hesitate to get right on it.
