5/5 stars to the service team/department. Tim Morgan is the best! He always takes care of us and our vehicles! Highly trusted and quality work. Very transparent and always lets us know what is going on before work is done. They were able to figure out and get to the bottom of an issue with my car when other service places couldn t.

It was the BEST! Michael took great care of us. Your sales manager (cant remember his name) was very kind to our special needs son. They both made this one of the most relaxed and easy car buying experiences that we've had.

No Other Place I would go to service my Impala- Skylar was Efficient and got me in at the last minute- I was impressed at the time it took for a Transmission Flush- Only thing that concerned me was my tire pressure was NOT checked and I got an alert that i was driving with 24PSI in my driver side passenger tire. Tire pressure light came on at 2 am as i was driving home from work - Not GOOD!

Everyone at Auffenburg was great! The process of purchasing was as smooth as it could get. But here in lies the problem, GM needs to get it together and if someone orders a vehicle. after 90 days they should at least be able to tell the customer when the vehicle it is going to be built. I feel I purchased a quality vehicle (time will tell) but it was a substitute of what I really wanted. You asked

I was there for 2 1/2 hours to get my oil changed & tires rotated & balanced on my brand new truck. When they finally got finished, I checked the lug nuts & 4 out of 8 lug nuts were barely on on 1 wheel. They had to come outside to tighten them & take my truck back in the shop to check them all. This same thing happened on my car & then I even lost a lug nut. I was not happy.

You helped us by giving us the highest bid when purchasing our mother s SUV. You supported us when Jim Butler said to complain to GM when or chips were missing for 8 months on our new Blazer. This is the difference between a hometown dealer who cares about their customers vs those dealers in the city that ignore you after the sale. Affenberg has all of my business from now on. My wife is very happy with her new car now. Thank you for the great service!

The staff was wonderful at Auffenberg GMC. They all worked together to make my trade-in and new purchase as smooth as possible. The staff felt like friends by the time the purchased was completed. It was a very enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend Auffenberg to anyone out there shopping for a vehicle.

If you call 17 working days not counting weekends and still no payoff on my existing loan to be cleared after trading great customer service well then I am totally confused. And BTW 7 of those days are past due on the loan.

The best buying experience I have ever had! I did a lot of price research online for a GMC 2500 in my price range and believed I found it at Auffenberg Chevrolet Buick GMC. I reached out to them via the website and first spoke to Ryan. After a brief discussion about the truck I was interested in, Ryan started getting me some information. I later received a call from Barry and I began my purchase. Great team and SUPER customer service!!! Barry guaranteed me he would have everything ready when I arrived. I drove about 5 hours to pick up my truck. I've had some pretty easy vehicle transactions, but this one was the overall best ever. I arrived about noon and was on my way home within 30 MINUTES!! Travers had my documents ready and completed in less than 15 of those 30 minutes. Does that ever happen at an auto dealership?! Thank you, TEAM AUFFENBERG (Barry, Ryan, and Travers)! OUTSTANDING!!

Ethan did an excellent job from the beginning and all throughout our buying experience. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as he explained the details of several vehicles, and then took the time to find the vehicle we wanted from another dealership. Each time I had a question, he was always very personable, patient and helpful. He also graciously kept us posted about the status of finding a vehicle we were wanting to buy. We were well satisfied with Ethan s help and the friendliness of everyone at the dealership. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

I have a Saab car. I first brought it here in 2019 after taking it to there mechanics who couldn t solve the problem. One told me I should just buy a new car! One told me something that could be tried, but told me to do it myself. I decided to try Auffenberg. It s a little difficult having a car that no dealer exists for anymore. But even though they weren t familiar with my car, they found and fixed the problem easily.I brought it to them again this week (2023) for another problem. After trying to diagnose it, I was told that I d be better off taking it somewhere with the wiring charts for Saab. I decided to try that to find a European car mechanic. I was so surprised when I picked up my car and they didn t charge for for the initial diagnostic! I will definitely come here again if needed in the future!

I m confused and aggravated. My son and I found a Ford Fusion for sale on their website. We drove to Farmington from Perryville to see it; it was on the lot but we were told it had to checked over before we could look at it or test drive it. This was on Saturday. The salesman called on Monday and said it wasn t going to be for sale as someone who works there sold it to a cousin? over the weekend. Yet it s still listed on their website today (Monday). I don t think I ll return to this dealership.
