Amazing customer service, sweet and nice people. Four star rating because it took two hours for them to finally show up after telling me on the phone they would be their asap, they didn t have anyone else before me.

Mr. Riediger was so pleasant and nice to deal with. He was more than fair in dealing with us and our insurance company, Farm Bureau insurance. Farm Bureau is refusing to pay a claim on our FULL COVERAGE insurance policy, only making things difficult and forcing us to hire an attorney. So, the cooperation from Mr. Riediger was greatly appreciated. On top of that, he made sure our car kept covered during the windy icy, rainy weather we had while the car was in his possession because it still has some of our belongings in it and the windows are broken out. AND he backed our totaled vehicle into a very difficult spot like a complete pro!!!

I have been dealing with Ron since 1984. He is one of the most honest and kind man I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend him.

Very professional, friendly, fast, and adorable! They came out at night and hauled a vehicle to a transmission shop about 40 miles away.
