We drove 8 hours to Dexter, when notified that there was a situation from another state that told us the wrong amount. Josh in Dexter came in on his day off gave us a hotel plus dinner to come in Monday when banks were open to see what we could do to make things better. Because of Josh we are walking away with a new trailer and three new bins! We are so thankful for Josh and will be coming back to buy more trailers from Josh! Thank you all so much for everything please please come see them! Ask for Josh!

Me and my husband purchase a trailer from silverline trailers and its been nothing but a hunk of junk. thing is falling apart. havent used it for nothing more than hauling lawn mowers and the metal braces along the top sides are literally falling off. the wheel well/fenders on both sides are coming apart. braces underneath coming off. we are having to have this thing totally redone and havent even had it 2 full years.

Tony was my salesman and he answered every question I had even after hours! I bought a dump trailer from him! Great guy and great customer service and very professional!! If anyone is looking for any type of trailer please contact Tony in Dexter,MO. No matter where your from he ll get you your trailer! I will be buying all my trailers from him from now on. BUYER BEWARE.The trailer is good, and the service is great. However, company won t honor prices agreed over the phone. Be sure to read all paperwork before signing.MISLEADING and DISHONESTExpect to pay more than whatever you agree to over the phone.

Purchased dump trailer outright paid in full. 5 weeks later still no title . Call and get the run around and no return calls.Was told they don't even own the trailers they are selling. Made a appointment to view trailer drove 2 hours and it wasn't there was on another lot.

Silverline trailers in general is a complete scamno temp tags, no title for 3 to 4 months, so we couldn't get it registered. you told us we would receive them in a few weeks. but i bet you knew that already. you sell previously repo'd trailers, that you know there isn't going to be a title coming for months. There's the scam!

Was looking for a hauler for my bike. Called Silverline Trailers in Dexter MO and talked with Tony. Let me tell you this is your guy! Very informative with their inventory and set me up with exactly what I needed. Drove from the Peoria Illinois area for a turn and burn to meet with Tony and picked up my 6x12 cargo trailer today. Well worth the travel. My problem was their huge selection amd what to choose! But again Tony knew what I was looking for amd set me up with a used 2021 to meet my budget.Quality service, superior inventory. I'll be back again and telling everyone I know looking for a cargo trailer to check this business first and you won't need to look any further. Thanks Tony for a painless experience. Purchase a trailer from them outright cash in hand for the entire thing. It's been almost 3 weeks and I still do not have a title for the trailer because they did not even own the trailer. The company they get them from still had the title and information. But I left with the trailer even though it did not have a trailer light plug and I had to stop by the parts store buy one of those before I left town so I could drive it home. But now I have one week left before my sales tax has to be paid and I still don't have a title so I cannot go to the license bureau and do that. Very poor business and the lady that done the paperwork was more interested in her phone and talking to whoever she was on the phone with three different times than me doing my paperwork there in front of her and giving them over $5,000

If you are like me. Looking and waiting for someone to sell a dump trailer at a affordable price. It almost makes u give up and think it's not going to happen. I was browsing on market place on Facebook and finally found a great place to buy a dump trailer at a affordable price and u won't regret it. This place is called SLIVERLINE TRAILERS in dexter,MO. It's a good drive there like I said u won't regret it. The sales men that helped me yesterday stood in the rain to help me get what I was really needing also walked me through the process of price and filling out the paper work. I want to thank Tony and his great team of young men he has working for him. They have made me a happy camper. I'm so happy that it came a big surprise to me even I could afford one of their dump trailers I feel so good about the purchase I made yesterday and don't regret it.

Bunch of idiot salesman who know nothing about trailers. Plus their prices constantly jump from what they advertise to 10k more. You want a good trailer get a heartland trailer from sikeston

Poor costumer service. Bought a enclosed trailer back in April. Brought it home, after a few weeks of sitting in my driveway, the roof started to leak. Called them at silverline and got a run around about having to call the manufacturer, so Called them and played the game. After days of calling, finally got ahold of a person who could bearly speak English. Gave them my information and problems with my trailer. Still waiting to hear back from them, for over 2 weeks now. Should have spent the extra money and bought a haulmark trailer.

Beautiful equipment but the financing people are horrible they do not care they will tow your stuff away after you try to contact them to pay and charge 900 dollars to get you trailer back don t purchase here. horrible horrible people except the sales team

They have some kid on Facebook putting out random numbers and pictures of trailers just to later try to sell you other trailers and different numbers with 'financing' so they can repo it and resell it again. Scummy little operation.
