Excellent Service! We would highly recommend! We had an emergency with our RV hitch as we were driving through Missouri. And we found this wonderful RV center. And they were able to fit us in right away and the service manager took care of everything. And it was one of the best RV service experiences we've ever encountered. Top notchservice all the way!

Amazing group of people at this place! We bought a 5th wheel a year ago, smooth and easy process. Just had it in for warranty work and they got it fixed right away. We couldn't pick it up right away due to being out of state and cold weather was coming in so as a courtesy they winterized it for us until we could come pick it up. They are very professional, thorough and very friendly. Highly recommend this place!

Our family just took delivery of a new travel trailer to replace the unit we lost due to hail. I must say, we could not be happier with our experience with Kris Willis RV! Our salesman, Robbie, worked to get us a fair deal on the trailer and was very patient as we worked out all the payment details with our insurance company. When we arrived to take delivery, the camper was in excellent shape and they took care of any remaining issues immediately during our PDI. Their whole team truly treated us like family. I wish all RV dealers were like Kris Willis RV. We will be back next time we are in the market.

Scott and the Service Department did an awesome job on my Good Sam ESP/Assurant Warranty claim for replacement of the Rooftop AC/Heat Pump unit on my 2014 Winnebago Adventurer Class A. Only had to pay the $100 deductable was such a blessing. Fair and Honest dealership. I will return again for all my service needs. Never again will I travel to STL. I highly recommend Scott and his team! Thanks guys and gals at Kris Willis RV!!! Gods Blessings! Keep up the Awesome work!

I bought a camper this past week (not having any idea about them but we learn as we go) and planned to take it out as soon as we bought it. When we left the RV store we ran over to Walmart to get some snacks and we came out to the jack pin broken. We called them and they immediately sent someone to help us and put a whole new jack on. After that, everything was perfect! They answer all of our questions (they should be tired of us by now), and are very trustworthy as a dealership! I would recommend them to everyone!

Lost a customer due to poor customer service. Bought a water pump at 9:30 hooked it up and it didn t work. Found a faulty switch. Disconnected and reinstalled my old one. Tried to returned at 2:30. They refused to accept it because it was connected for 10 min max. Good luck getting them to warranty a $60k rv once you drive it off the lot.

Mr. Parsley was a terrific help when our RV ac went out while on the road! He fixed it during lunch break and it works better than ever. Would definitely recommend this place!

Traveling through, had a small water valve problem. Immediately looked at problem, it was a quick fix, and the place didn t even charge me. Go there if you need help.

Super nice people. Our fifth wheel trailer brakes locked up. They helped us over the phone on what to troubleshoot and got us back on the road.

I contacted this RV Center to replace my leaf springs on my fifth wheel. One of my leaf springs broke and they worked me in They also (I thought) fixed a leaky valve on my water heater. I was satisfied with the work, so. I thought! I arrived at destination in Florida and when I unloaded so gear from the cargo hold I would water, again in my cargo hold. The morning before we left the rv park to have the leaf springs replaced at Kris Willis RV the furnace was working without any problems. I went to turn the furnace on and it wouldn t work. I called a mobile repair service to diagnose and fix the leak and furnace only to find the leak was from a hose clamp to the water heater hadn t been tightened. The furnace sits above the hot water heater and a wire had been pulled off from the furnace. I called Kris Willis RV and they didn t take any responsibility for these two issues. Mistakes happen, I get it. What I am upset about is two of the four shocks that are in plain sight and are attached to the leaf spring assembly were broken and bent. Nothing was mentioned about this from Kris Willis RV. IF I HAD KNOWN THIS I WOULD HAVE ALL THE SHOCKS REPLACED!! Now that I tin Florida I really can t take it back to Kris Willis RV. I m just disappointed in the quality of work done. Anyone who reads this review should physically see what work has been done by any RV repair service.

We left smiling about our visit while shopping for a camper! Robbie answered all our questions and gave us plenty of time looking through each one. He helped us pick one that best fit our needs! It was a great experience! We can t wait to start camping!

Love these guys they are the best. Service is amazing. I am a travel nurse and my slide hitch would not close. They sent a guy down the road to me and got me hitched. My dealer told me my hitch does not need greased. Lol it does. They hot me fixed up and on the road safely. I offered to pay them and they refused. Amazing service. Great friendly people. Have stopped in a few time to pick up an odd part here n there. Cant say enough good about them. Thank you Guys. Safe n sound in north Carolina

Absolutely outstanding experience. I fell in love with a particular RV at a show in St. Louis and Dexter was the closest Forest River dealer to Cape Girardeau. They ordered what I asked for, communicated along the way, took time with me when it came in, sold it for a competitive and fair price, got my vehicle ready to tow, and spent all the time we needed going through all the functions and how to work everything. I can t recommend Kris Willis RV enough. And a special shout out to Robbie and Mark...thanks, guys!

Outstanding!! The service, the staff, even the price of the camper. We got our first camper from Kris Willis RV. They walked and talked us through the entire camper. From front to back, top to bottom, and inside and out. Taking the time to answer all questions we had during and even after the tour of the camper. The experienced staff making sure all is right with the camper before we pulled out of the lot. Highly recommend Kris Willis RV!

I was on my way from Louisiana to Iowa for work and destroyed my black water and grey water lines, and spli tr the tank. I had to be in Iowa Wednesday morning and Tuesday they squeezed me in, fixed it quickly, and we're all very nice and accommodating. I wish everyone was like the service manager and service people. I can't thank them enough, words just don't cut it when describing how they are.

Very great to deal with.no pushy salesman.they ask you what your looking for and point you to the campers that fit your need and let you go look on your own.campers are priced inside.they have great financing and everyone there is willing to help any way they can.they make sure you know all the ins and outs of your camper before you leave.when im ready to buy again they will be my first choice

I just bought my 1st camper from kris Willis RV and it was a very good experience. The staff that works there is amazing and very helpful. They will find u what u need and work with ur budget. Being a 1st time camper owner they was able to answer all my question and give me advice on things I didnt even think bout. On top of that they have some of the best pricing on campers I have seen. I would highly recommend kris Willis rv if u are looking for a camper
