I am really happy with the bike I bought around Father s Day, 2023. My salesman Dylan? the former Marine, was really great to work with. I had been shopping around for a week at other shops and on line and I came in late in the day and was serviced right away. Everyone was working to get three of us out the door (2 sales and 1 service). I got what I thought was a good deal on the bike, offered all the extras, and even got good credit toward merch (helmet). All in all they had the selection and customer service I was looking for. Now I just need an estimate on my new tires and I ll be happy again!

It was a pleasure to work with Matt from Surdyke. He scheduled and set up my service needs. He also scheduled my pickup and return delivery of two Polaris rangers. Matt kept me informed every step of the way my vehicles were returned to me in a timely manner. Special shout out to Dennis the pickup and delivery driver. Surdyke was great to work with will use them going forward.

Went in for an oil change for my 4 wheeler and did not expect the quick service I received, and the staff working there were so friendly. Will never hesitate to go back for any type of service.

I got the best deal I could find buying my son a 4 wheeler for Christmas from Brandon! He made it so quick and easy, he took all the worry away for my last minute Christmas gift!! He even made sure it would be delivered the same day when I bought it on the 23rd. I will definitely be sending my friends and in to talk to him if they are looking for a 4 wheeler or any other outside toy! Thanks for giving me such amazing service Brandon!

Just got my bike back from Surdyke. They were able to get it in, evaluate, order parts and repair it in 9 days. That is good stuff right there. I appreciate everyone that I dealt with. ZERO issues

I wanted to get my husband a YZ250FX for Christmas, and unbeknownst to me they were basically impossible to find. I called several Yamaha dealers and had no luck. I finally came across Surdyke (over 3 hours away from me), and Brandon was so helpful. They didn't have one in stock, but he was able to order me one and rush it. Throughout the month long process he kept me updated on the status of the bike and was extremely nice with any questions I had, and came through with the bike in a seemingly impossible situation. We will be coming to Brandon with any purchases we make in the future. Highly recommend.

Everyone was very nice and polite from the time we walked in the door. We were approached by Dave and he lead us to Dave. Dave was great, gave us options on oil changes. He explained everything to us. Took our bike and did great job. Will defiantly be using you guys everytime for maintenance.

Needed some work done on my JetSki and coming from Wisconsin, didn t have a place to take it to. My neighbor Nick said Surdyke was a great place and took it there. Matt and the team at Surdyke took care of me and was great full that I didn t feel like I got taken advantage of.Appreciated Matt and the team taking care of me and if you ever need a dealership of Motorsports, this is the one.

My wife and stop in looking to buy a new side x side and had a horrible experienced. Could not get a price on anything without giving all your personal information. They beat around the bush on the price and all the info on the bike. They ended up trying to over charge me,tried charging me for items on it and fees that I have no clue what they were for. They were way over priced I hit up driving 40 minutes down the highway and saving $4200. I do not recommend!

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT shop here. They do not value customers at all. We were buying a General ($35k) and they want 11% interest for 8 years. (I realize some probably don't pay attention but please do!) They offered nothing different until we were walking away and came back at 6% for 6 years. The finance guy told us about warranty options and the bottom two were $2,200 and $2,400. When we return it is suddenly $4,600 to do the 2nd tier and the bottom tier is now $2,600. We have been waiting on a windshield for a month and they cannot provide tracking (1st windshield took 2 weeks, but was cracked. They say 3-5 days). They also picked up our General for a few minor issues and returned it with a cracked windshield (our friend's windshield) and didn't want to cover that issue at first. They are full of nothing but lies and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Always taken care of us! I broke an oil drain bolt off inside the bike, called a few machine shops they all said they wanted to take the whole motor out. Surdyke team had it done 24 hours later and didn t cost me an arm and a leg. 1000% will always recommend! Best prices on gear and parts around.

Just bought a bad boy lawn mower from here. new sales man by the name of David was very friendly. had some issues with the purchase and was able to talk to Jerry the manager and had them resolved. only negative was getting things explained at the beginning. over all not a bad experience.

Purchased a 2022 Polaris Sportsman 450 was very happy with my experience. The Sales team was great. The guy who delivered the ATV was also very nice. Will definitely do business with them again and not waste time elsewhere. Thank you

Service department is extremely disappointing. Took a side by side to have the axle replaced and a couple weeks later it started leaking badly and springs were popping out. Said they don t offer a warranty. Spent $500 and they won t do anything to help. I don t have another $500 to give them so I guess I m just out of luck

Truly was a good experience. Dave did everything he could to get me on the bike I wanted he wanted me on the bike as much as I wanted to be on the bike. In the future I will get me a bike from Surdyke!
