I came to Rick's after botching my own attempt at an install. I took Rick's advice on equipment and had him installed speakers of his choice. Man am I ever glad I came to Rick's car audio! I am absolutely thrilled with the bang for the buck that I got and my experience is not unique.

I took my bike to Ricks last night to get a new sound system installed. I'm picking it up later today. I will tell you had it went later.Well my hats off to the guys at Rick's.My new system is everything I wanted and more. I can roll down the road and listen to my tunes. When it comes to trying to figure radio eq. out for yourself and it gets frustrating. Rick knows just what you need. And his prices are affordable. So glad!

Been coming here 21 years. There is no one that will treat a well as Rick. He has amazing customer service and is a great person! The guys on the shop are knowledge as well.

Rick is a absolute hoot! He may as well have been speaking Martian when it came to the details of my stereo installation but when it was said and done my hair was blown straight back and the crowd that had gathered because of the sweet sweet sounds eminating from my truck were in applause

Rick is a great guy with a fantastic sense of humor, and knows what he is doing. He is more than willing to haggle for good prices, and always makes sure that you end up happy. He is also more than willing to explain what each item does and how it benefits you. I would recommend scheduling in advance, as he has quite a heavy workload, but other than that everything is fantastic.

I had been to several different audio shops in Springfield and Nixa. They all stated they couldn t find anything wrong with my truck stereo. One day I was so frustrated that I started to look outside of the Springfield metro area. I found Rick s Car Audio via Google search. I thought I didn t have anything to loose so I gave them a call and they said they could work me into installer Charles schedule.As it turned out it was a pinched RCA cable that was affecting my audio performance of my rear speakers in turn causing it to cut in and out. While they were diagnosing this issue I had decided to upgrade several components of my system which Charles installed. The entire team including Rick himself helped guide me to what I needed and did not try to up sale me.Needless to say I am very impressed with the professional service I found completely by accident in Crane, MO.These folks have earned my trust and business. I am very confident I could recommend these folks to anyone and know beyond a shadow of a doubt they would be taken care of. Honestly and competence are a hard commodity to come by these days; rest assured you ll find just that at Rick s Car Audio.

If you want it done right and at a fair price, do not think about any place else. Go to Rick. He and his men not only put a new radio and speakers in my son's truck, they fixed the electric windows while they had the door panels off. Is anyone else gonna give you that kind of service? Not likely. Take your audio work to Rick.

Amazing customer service. Some of the most knowledgeable guys around in both sound quality and SPL. Great prices and very professional work. Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else for audio work.

Rick is highly knowledgeable in "every" aspect of car/truck audio. Gave his time freely to help me out with my questions. Would more than highly recommend his shop for any and all your audio needs.

Highly disappointed, now my stereo shuts of when key is turned off. They hooked my auxiliary direct, instead of to auxiliary supply. And some how managed to unplug my heater blower wires. I should have dont the work myself. Don't use ricks.

Absolutley amazing guys gave us a great deal and sounds absolutley amazing! Definatly recomend if you have a budget or just in general amazing work! Will be back for upgrades when I have more money to spend.

Rick is all about customer service, and quality work that you can bet is beyond anything you will find elsewhere. You can't beat the quality of work, and prices at Rick's.

Went in for 2 door speakers...super nice...good price...and they took the time to show me how to program my phone into system...highly recommendations

Was only able to speak with them over the phone, but the gentleman I spoke with seemed knowledgeable and cared about customer service, which is hard to find nowadays.

They did a great job installing 6 speakers, 2 amps, 1 sub, and tuned everything. I am impressed with t way it sounds.
