Don s took great care of us for a small fender bender. They went to great lengths to make sure the color match was perfect and handled all of the logistics with insurance. I really appreciated Danielle keeping me informed of the repair status and everyone in the office provided exceptional customer service as well. Although I don t hope to need Don s again soon, they ll be our first stop should we need body work on any of our vehicles. I highly recommend!

Dons Auto Body repaired the front end of my 2013 Prius C after we were ran into. They did an absolutely fabulous job in an extremely timely fashion. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

They made the entire process easy from start to finish! They worked with the at-fault insurance company to get my daughter s car repaired correctly and in a timely manner. They also provided me updates of the status during the repair process. The repair work was beautiful, and service was superior! Great job!

We purchased a vehicle that had some molding/trim issues. The dealer was supposed to take care of it and never did so we finally decided to just pay for it ourselves. Don's Auto Body was referred to me. We made an appointment for them to view the work, then they ordered parts and we set a repair date. The only issue we had was the wrongs parts were sent (found out they order from the dealer I had trouble with so no surprise there). Once the correct parts were in, they got on it and it looks brand new. We're very pleased with their level of quality, workmanship and professionalism. I did tell them if we ever ordered parts again to get the from Infinity in KC and I'll go get them. :)Service: Body & Trim

This is a great family owned local business. They kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle the entire time the were working on it. They had to go back to the insurance company for hidden damages a couple of times and handled all of this without me needing to even get involved. The finished product was spot on, perfect! Had a unique issue. My pickup cap had the rear door ripped off by a car wash. Don's was able to locate a replacement door and modify it to match the one damaged. They repaired the paint damage to the pickup bed, and removed all of the adhesive tape used use hold a tarp in place to safeguard my cargo from weather damage. Went way above what I expected. I would definitely recommend this very professional business to anyone in need of body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Their work was great and everything was handled very professionally.It was very helpful that they were able to coordinate the replacement of the graphics, just as it was previously. Picked up my car last week from Don's Auto Body! I had a pretty bad scratch/dent on it after scraping against a pole last winter. The customer service was great the whole time! Can't say enough positive things about Don's Auto Body! The shop provided a seamless experience full of excellent customer service and quality yet reasonably priced repairs after our 16 yo gave our vehicle a bit of a boo-boo. From the first point of contact until you pick up the car looking brand new you will always be met with a friendly, knowledgeable response. The team didn't blink an eye before going the extra mile to ensure we had the best experience possible...coordinating all aspects of the repair, super easy rental car coordination, all related insurance claim information, answering all of my questions, and turning it around quickly. It is never fun to have a vehicle that requires body repair, but when you face that mess it is always reassuring to have a friendly, reliable repair shop to turn to! We will definitely be back (though I hope not for quite awhile). Thanks Adam and team!Service: Body & Trim

My car had been rear ended and needed work on the back end. They were fully booked in the shop but were able to work my car in so we could travel out of town for Thanksgiving with our dogs which our rental didn t allow. There was a part that was on back order and Don s called when it came in a few months later and were able to install it. They even detailed the car inside and out since they were disappointed they hadn t been able to finish the job all at once. There was an issue with billing for our rental car the first time we were there. The lady in the office identified the issue that occurred and was able to advocate for our money to be returned to us. The second time we came the rental car return was seamless. We had to buy new tires due to the damage to the vehicle and they worked with our preferred provider to make that seamless as well.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I was in an accident causing damage to my front end, fender, and both driver side doors. Don s got my truck (2016 F-150) back to looking as it should.
