We always get good service at Joe Machens Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center on Bernadette in Columbia, MO. We always talk to Riley S. about what we want done and we always want Kenny T. to do the work. He is the best mechanic and knows what he is doing. I trust whatever he says. Between Riley and Kenny they take care of us. I would recommend going there first and see if they can help you.

Very fast, didn't have apt just walked in they got me in and out super fast found other issues with car I didn't know about they took care of it like I have been a customer for years very impressed with the friendly staff I won't go anywhere else from now on

Joe Machens Quick Lane was very detailed in handling my problem with my SUV. Very friendly staff. Knows what they are doing! Pleasure to use their establishment! Our service technician explained in detail what was happening with my SUV, and how to correct it. Also made a few recommendations for future preventative maintenance. Awesome staff!!

Had a great experience buying a car at Joe Machens Ford. I called morning-of and they were able to see me same-day. They provided excellent service; when I decided to buy the car I'd gone there to see, they had it detailed and clean, ready to go, an hour later. I worked with Brent and Shane, both of whom were uncommonly warm and kind, not to mention highly professional. Would definitely go back! Hopefully I won't need to for a long time :)

Arrived early Saturday morning and was checked in. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. The work was completed so quickly (45 minutes), I questioned if the tires had been rotated. The service manager assured me all work was completed.We've been using Quik Lane for several years. For routine maintenance I think they do a good job.

Received great service from Joe Machens Ford Quick Lane yesterday after I needed to reschedule my appointment a couple of times, which Jasmine graciously did. Braden was a good rep yesterday with explaining my options to me and researching my warranty coverages. I was in and out in less time than expected and felt like I was an appreciated customer.

They kept trying to replicate the issue that we were having. It took longer than I think any of us liked but they found it and worked toward a repair. They communicated with me al through the process. I would highly recommend them.

Our service advisor Chris Early is the only reason we keep coming back to Machens. He and the technicians always do a fantastic job. We truly appreciate these folks going above and beyond for us. (They get 5 stars for their part!)The only reason I don't give the fifth star is because of Cashiers. It no longer is a well-run and friendly place to end our service experience. It has been different faces every time we come in the past 2 years. And this time, the cashier couldn't be bothered to make sure our ticket was ready, even when asked. And it was in the basket! So we waited an extra 15 minutes after waiting for 3 hours for the service! To make matters worse, while waiting, another cashier was clearly on a personal call that was loud and inappropriate. Not what I would want for my business.

Joe Machens Quick Lane serviced my 2023 Escape PHEV and performed The Works. They were a bit backed up since I had taken my vehicle in at mid-morning. They still finished the service within 2 hours as they had promised.

Very professional and courteous. They keep you updated on the status of your vehicle while you wait. If you have a Superduty truck, know going in that they only have 2 lifts that will accommodate that size truck so you may have to wait a little bit longer than someone with a smaller vehicle.

Took my Truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got it back it was good until the next morning when there was a shimmy in the front end. Called and spoke to Riley (I think that was his name) and he offered to come get my truck and fix the issue. Upon return of the truck I took it for a drive above highway speeds and the shimmy is now gone. Thank you and great business!!!!!!

I had a leak on my 2015 Lincoln Navigator. Made an appointment, they checked it out, gave me an honest opinion and resolved the problem. Quick, efficient, straightforward--the way business should be conducted. Braden was professional and just a super representative for Joe Machen Ford-Lincoln.

Very satisfied with service experience, but disappointed in cost of additional recommended item.Was quoted $180 to replace lug nuts! I can buy complete 4 wheel set for $40-$60 and replace myself with no special equipment nor expertise. Shameful rip off!

Worked with Bradon, he listened to my needs when I explained my issues and concerns. He promptly came back with an assessment from the team he worked with, I was impressed with his description and how he came to the recommendations of service to my vehicle. I have a high mileage vehicle and Bradon has been a significant player on how I got to over 300000 miles. I have been really pleased with the performance of my Lincoln MKZ and plan to keep it until her last breath, I still see a lot of miles left and as long as Bradon is there helping me manage the service needs I feel I can manage through this tough economy. With Bradon there to help me with service, I plan on purchasing a new Lincoln and keeping my MKZ for my son to drive. Thank You for seeing the abilities and foresight of Bradon, I always look forward to working with Bradon and team keeping my car in good running condition that pulls the best ride per mile. Braden has taken care of my Model S for some time and it was time for new tires. He sourced the tires that work for my 5,000lbs car (normal sedan tires don t cut it here) and they were priced very nicely and installed well. Happy as usual.

Unfortunately the worst experience I ve had with the Service Dept at Ford, or any service anywhere. My car was there for almost 2 months. It took about 3 weeks to get the warranty work approved, so maybe not the fault of Machens. However, it was approved on Sept 1st, and I was told they had all the parts and it would take 3 days to finish. It wasn t finished until Friday, Sept 29th. I reached out regularly and kept being told they were going to start on it, then nothing. I ve bought every vehicle from Machens for decades, but I don t think I ll be back. The fact that I couldn t get a straight answer until I had to go up 2 levels of management and had to be without a car for months ruined it for me. I do understand that issues come up, but there was zero communication except when I called for updates, and each time (except with Mike M) it was we are going to start on it. At this point I m not sure if the original delays were in fact due to the warranty company, based on the rest of my experience.I love to give good reviews when they are warranted, but this was a terribly frustrating experience, and I won t go through it again. I was ready to tow my car somewhere else for a repair. Mike offered me a vehicle to drive for the last week, so that softened the blow some for me, but I was so over Machens at that point.

As a first time visitor, our Service Advisor, Dallas, made sure that "The Works" covered all of our current service needs. He reminded us of upcoming service recommendations but did not try to pressure sell any unnecessary service. I discovered a bolt head sticking out of my tire. Little or no air had been lost so I drove to Quick Lane. Repaired in less than an hour while I waited. There was no charge.
