I experienced excellent customer service. I needed a part replaced. Custom contacted their connections with used part dealers and located the part. The cost was less than half of a dealer part. They received the part in 2 days and installed it promptly. I was very impressed with Custom and would recommend them to anyone.

Several months ago I brought my 2016 terrain in for worn out sway bar bushings, they said they were replaced. Then few months later took it into my mechanic for the same issue after warranty expired. He showed me that the sway bar was moved over cause the bushings were completely worn out and caused a weld to break on the bar. So 250 dollars later it got fixed right. So while it was being fixed I called custom about the issue and they tell me to bring it in we'll look at it and replace the bushings for free, just the bushings not the sway bar that was caused damage by worn bushings. Yep great safety responsibility there, like I was really gonna trust that would actually be done right. Same deal with a sonic rs I had purchased from drive time that had electric issues prior to the terrain and had swapped out for the terrain cause they said they fixed it and didn't even make it home before the same problem left me stranded on the side of I 70 hwy.

Dustin and his Team were Excellent to work with. Helped tremendously with my daughters car and did fantastic work at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Gavin was a lifesaver!! He immediately noticed what needed to be fixed and was able to fix my problem. This was after taking my car to multiple places with no success. The staff is super helpful and friendly as well! Thank you!!!

The guys at Custom Complete Auto were exceptional. My trucks wheel bearing broke on the highway driving cross country and they were the closest mechanic. They got my truck fixed in the bay at 4 and had the part ordered and installed by 5 and had me on the road again. If I lived in that area they would become my main auto shop.

They attempted to steal money from me. I originally came to them once before because I trusted them and everything went fine the first time. However, the second time I came to my car, had broke down on the side of the road, and I took my car to them to get it diagnosed. When I asked him how much it was gonna cost they said it would be $130 flat fee for them to see what was wrong. After I agreed, it took a couple days and I called them back to see if there was an update. They stated that my engine had blew and my cost was gonna be $390 to get my car back. I asked him why it was $390 when they originally told me that it was going to be $130. They said that it was $130 an hour. And it took them three hours to find what was wrong. Which doesn t make sense because my that should be something that is noticeable right away. After telling them that this is false, they said that they could clear my fee of $390 if I gave them the title of my car. They really wanted me to give $390. I hung up the phone had my dad call them. I then had someone else called the store to ask them how much it would be to diagnose there again and they said that it was $130. After they got caught with this and my dad talk to them My car for $130 like they originally said. It Doesn t make sense why people like this exist in the world. They tried to play me because I am a college student and a female. If I can give the store, zero stars I would, and I would never be purchasing with them again.

Customs automotive will never get a dime from me again. They failed to communicate that my hood wasn't latched on properly, after getting services. My windshield cracked and I'm out a lot of money because of it, and they wouldn't make it right and wasn't apologetic at all. I had my car towed to your business. When I received the call about what it needed I was blown away. I needed an alternator. I had checked prices. Your quote was over $500. The total job was going to be over $1200.00. I don t have that kind of money. I had it towed to a friends house and he replaced it for me. For less than half of your quote.

I was told after 2hrs of diag that the blend door was the issue to my car( not blowing hot air, which in December is inconvenient). But they didn t have one and they stopped making the part so they would have to get one from a salvage yard. I did my due diligence and found it at advance auto a few days later. But 2 weeks go by and I reach out again and they haven t even looked for the part. I take my vehicle to All Star Automotive, and not only do they tell me it s just the actuator not the door that is an issue but they repair it in 3hrs. Never wasting my time or money on this unorganized company again.

Came in too get my car fixed and they took care of my car in 2 hours when every other shop said 4 hours and it was cheaper here great service here definitely recommend more people coming here 10/10 for me

They did an alignment I asked them to let me know if anything else needed addressed. They called to tell me it was done. When I got it it was still the same. Had someone come check it out. Both my back tires were separated. How can they do an alignment or let me leave with tires that bad.. will upload pics of tires in day time

These guys are great! They're here for Columbia, not everybody has a new vehicle. They find out what the problem is they know the best way to fix it then get right to the point and they take care of it! I've been happy with their service with all of my vehicles. No BS! I'll keep taking my cars to custom complete.

They were very prompt and courteous! They replaced my alternator while we waited in nice, clean air conditioned lobby. Highly recommend this business!!!My car died while traveling through Columbia. Found out it was alternator, thanks to manager at AutoZone. Called Custom Complete and spoke to Tony. He could not get to it immediately but went above and beyond to call the other locations which could get to us immediately. Joel at this location was very friendly and helpful. The mechanic worked diligently on my Lexus SUV to get the alternator replaced as quickly as possible so we could get back n the road. Thanks to all for excellent service all around!

If you live in the Columbia area and need to have work done on your car DO NOT go to the custom complete automotive on Worley they put in 800 dollars worth of repairs with your car and the car still was not fixed so we took it to a different shop for a second opinion because the first shop messed up and now we have 3,000 dollars worth of damage that we did not have before and when you go and try to get your money back they will tell you you re acting like a dog and will put their disgusting fingers in your face and tell you to go to court to get the money because they don t want to ADMIT that they screwed up

We are truly thankful for the service we received here. Our car started having cooling issues during a cross-country drive. We called first thing Saturday morning and although they were fully booked that morning I exclaimed the predicament we were in. Joel offered to open up a bay for us so we could get back on the road. Thankfully it was a quick fix and his team had us on the road within an hour. Nice, courteous, and prompt.

This place saved my life. Passing the town my air conditioner stopped working and I was on a long long drive. This place took me in on short notice. Lee had the AC tested to learn it was out of Freon. Within 30 minutes it was fixed and I was back on the road. Thank you very much. Great service and skilled mechanics, and fair pricing.

Just needed an inspection. Went in at when they opened at 8. Got right in and inspection was completed in a timely manner. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My go to guys.

Battery light came on. Alternator was bad. Tested it at an auto store. Custom said tow it there because they could immediately fix it. 6 hours later they had fixed nothing and still didn t have the part. We could have brought the alternator from the auto store, but instead Custom ruined our whole day and caused me to miss a wedding rehearsal I was traveling to. Don t trust a word they say about what they can do.

This is the worst place ever bring your car. Imagine one of their staff quote you a price, then when the work is done, they give you a whole different price and when I asked to talk to that employee, they said they fired him. I had one of the 2 parts needed to fix my window, all the man could ve done is ordered a regulator by itself, which he claimed cannot be done, but when they called, it was confirmed by O reilly it can be done and in stock. They ordered from their friends so their friend can make money off me too. He also had the temerity to ask me if I can bring burger to McDonald s and ask them to cook it when I made mention that I already had the part that came out the window and they didn t have to get a whole new set. Very ignorant of him because I m sure this a complete different situation. Had it been my door falling off, they would discard the whole door and buy a new one?. I really wanted to tell them to take out whatever they put in and let me go elsewhere. I will never go back, nor will I ever recommend anyone there. To fix my window, they want to charge me $500Service: Auto side window replacement

I had never used Custom Complete Automotive before. I was impressed from the first phone call I made to dropping my car off and receiving it back. Very professional and friendly group of people. The repairs were done in a reasonable time frame and the cost was fair for what needed to be done. I now have an auto repair shop I can trust. I brought my car there for brake repair/replacement and they lost my key. When I went to pick my car up, I sat in the lobby for an hour while they were searching for my key. I was told it would be a few hours to get a new key made. After 4 hours of not hearing back from them about my new key, I called and was told it had been ready to pick up and no one from the company had called me to let me know. When I was finally able to pick up my car, the employee at the counter didn t say a word to me. He just handed me my key. I will not be returning to Custom Complete with any car issues!Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Best of the best! Driving X-country and the serp belt shreds. Finally getting a tow into the shop by CCA tow partner. They got to us fast. Once in the shop they got us going again super fast. New serpentine belt and alternator. Fair price great service. How did we find them?
