I had a problem with my car and I called the shop. Eric told me to come in and they d take care of me. I did and they did immediate. Brett ran a diagnostic test and told me I was safe to drive to STL! I so appreciated their quick and professional service! I won t hesitate to use them again and recommend others do so as well! Our van wouldn t start one morning and I contacted Robin via text. She handled everything , from the tow truck to having someone at the shop text me when they were done. When they were done they texted me and told me any time I needed to contact them to using text if needed. Communication and accessibility for us hard of hearing/deaf folks was spot on and very much appreciated.

I normally don t do this. Place is such a scam. Had them do simple work on my car and up charged me $400. Grew up in a garage, knew what needed to be done just didn t have the tools. Guy at the front said we need to diagnose it even though I knew what the problem was. Top it all off they didn t give me itemized receipts to potentially prove they up charged me. Saw me as a college kid and wanted to make a quick buck. If you are a young person DONT GO HERE!!!!

Service was very good. STAFF very friendly and knowledgeable. Was disappointed in the fact that after purchasing 2 new tires 12 days before and having put less than 1000 miles on the tire, I was told I had not purchased road hazard. ROAD hazard was not discussed or offered to me. They said tire had hit something and I had witnesses with me that confirmed I did not hit any thing. I really feel I should have been given a new tire or deep discount on new one. I am an older women with no prior experience buying tires.

They had good customer service, they did not treat me poorly, however, the reason I rated low was when I called and requested an email copy of the diagnostic results, so I can present it to my dealership for financial purposes, they said they would send it to me and still as of now 3 days later, I have not received it. I will update my review if that status changes. Otherwise, I did not have any issue with them. Unfortunately, they were not able to repair my vehicle, but that is no fault of theirs.

Excellent service!!!! Both my headlights had gone out. I called around & everybody I talked to indicated that I needed an appointment even though I considered this to be an emergency since I worked overnight & needed at least 1 working headlight to get to & from work. Even Joe Machens Ford a Ford Dealer had no compassion at all for my situation. I have to say I'll never do business with a dealership again (the worst customer service I've ever witnessed). I walked into Complete Custom Automotive without an appointment, explained my situation & they immediately recognized the danger this situation put me & had my vehicle in a bay within 15 minutes. They got my driver's side headlight going but the passenger side turned out to be more complicated then just a bad bulb has it needed a ballist & relay switch as well. They provided me with an estimate & I will return once I get the funds together. Thank you so much for your immediate attention to my needs!!!

Kyle was outstanding to work with on multiple occasions as it took several visits to resolve an emissions leak. However, the check engine light is still on the dashboard, with a message reading gas cap, as the issue. The gas cap has been replaced so I am not sure where the current issues lies.

will never, ever go back. and i'll bring the facts: for one part (just the part, not labor), they charged 2.65 times the cost of the exact same part # as o'reily's website. for another part, o'reily's parts for this car ranged from $189.99 - $275.99; this place charged $312.94. oh, and diagnostic cost alone is $130 in addition to the work you have done (some places don't charge for diagnostics when you go ahead and have the work done). doesn't stop there... make sure you have more $ than they quote you, because they changed the oil without asking, for another $59.95 (which, looking at receipt, was a discounted price). i understand it probably needed it, but what if you didn't have that extra money!lesson learned. i had them do it w out researching, cuz both kid and i were super busy, and we didn't know if the car would make it to another place. i'll know next time that it's worth getting towed to the good place (if you didn't know, it's the one on fay street. i won't name it, that's probably against google policy).

Had an issue with my break lights and changing them myself didn t resolve the problem. Took my car in without an appointment. Car was in and out in about an hour, give or take. Blown fuse replaced. Only reason not given 5 stars is I hate spending $130 for a diagnosis and $4 for a fuse.

Every time I talk to anyone there they talk to me like I m stupid or something. Very condescending. Worst customer service by far.Edit: Also overcharge A LOT. Went in a few months ago for hub/bearing assembly replacement. Spent almost $800 was quoted for about $400 originally. Absolutely ridiculous.

Kyle and his team are great. Very knowledgeable, honest, have been bringing my 2007 Toyota FJ and Pontiac Firebird to them for years. They ve kept both my vehicles running optimally.

I recently required a basic bulb replacement service at Custom Complete and was extremely disappointed with their pricing. Not only were the labor and parts costs significantly higher than market rates, but to my dismay, there were additional fees included under a vague Other category. This was done without any prior explanation or justification.I urge potential customers to exercise caution. The lack of transparency and the inflated prices at this establishment are concerning. I strongly recommend asking for a complete and detailed breakdown of all charges before agreeing to any service here.I felt compelled to share my experience as a warning to others. My friend shared a similar experience and we are regretting wasting our student money on this.

I wish I could remember the names of the men that were in that day, but I ll update when I get them. I just know the owner was there. But anyway, literally the best car establishment I ve ever been to! Not an exaggeration. The clerk was so extremely kind and helpful and aided the issue on the spot. The owner was also incredibly friendly and they did an amazing job on my car and making us feel like we were at a family function. Lol, that s the best way to describe it. Everything was really affordable for their top tier work and my car feels like new. Will be returning considering my luck with cars!

Kyle and everyone at Custom Complete are knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy! They explain everything and very much feel like family you can trust. Great place of service and care! Kyle is always on the ball, listens and gets er done quickly, efficiently and reminds me to rotate my tires! (Free since I bought my tires there) Kudos to the team for great care!

I would put zero stars if I could. This place just wants your money and seems to take advantage of people. Most of the reviews on this page seems fake and not real people. Literally everyone that I know had not even the slightest good experience. If you leave a car in there care for any reason they take so long you can get pregnant and start a family by the time they say they re done. That is if they actually fix it and you don t run into anymore problems that they most definitely created themselves.

Normally get the best oil change package I m from out of town working in COMO for months and it seemed like a rip off to get the higher priced oil change options so I went with the good package. My jeep started driving funny afterwards, tough to go felt like my jeep was driving like it would if you tried to drive in neutral or drive in sport mode all throughout the city.. I ll just wait until I get back to my dealership to get another

Got an inspection done on my sons 2010 for escapeThey said I needed new front brakes, pads , rotors, and both front lower control arms with ball jointTook it somewhere else and they said I absolutely did not need the controls arms so I d recommend getting a se one opinion if you go there before hanging the work done.

They changed two front tires of my 2004 Pacific and did an alignment total of around $578.00 as of Jan 2024. They don't make appointments, and it is first come, first go.

First time visiting to receive some repairs within my engine and replaced Spark plugs. Dropped off my car with a "promise" that it'd be ready by the end of the day, was delayed due to parts not arriving on time, that happens. Car drove great and the staff was awesome but a week later I find my emergency light in the front had fallen out and the front fender slightly ajar. I did not have any accidents or hit a pothole. I pretty much figured while they were fixing up my car may have accidentally broke the locking mechanism and did not bother telling me about it. Put it back so that it looked like it was not broken. Own up to it and fix it. Other than that everything was good.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

The staff is always friendly. They are very competent and willing to explain what they are doing something and why it needs done. I was traveling on a Saturday when my AC went out. I called several places trying to find a place to get my AC recharged but all the other locations were not offering the service despite advertising that they offer AC recharging. It was also a Saturday and many places were closed and over 90 degrees. I was so thankful to find Custom Complete. I was in and out in less than an hour and they were upfront about pricing and process. I highly recommend them!
