Each time we go to Clark Warehouse Tire & Auto in Clinton , we are treated kindly with prompt, courteous service! I unfortunately ended up with a screw in my tire on Saturday evening; I was able to make contact with Kyle to get in at 8 o clock on Monday morning. My tire was repaired, mounted, spare put back and ready for me to get back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Kyle, Kristen and the team in Clinton are a great group of individuals that we trust with our vehicles. I was very thankful we had purchased the road hazard protection in 2022 and the tire repair was covered at no additional charge.

Great customer service. We were visiting Clinton and had a flat. They helped with a tow service and set us up so we could get home safely. Explained what was done and what was needed. I appreciated all their help!!

Their fast, able to get me in same day tires. Friendly. Better deal. Clean like an actual shop. This means it's clean but, it's a working shop. I was satisfied. Thank you.

Great shop! Traveling back to Kansas from Arkansas, had a flat on the boat trailer late Saturday morning, they were awesome! Had us fixed up in no time. Very friendly. Highly recommend!!!!

Quick and efficient tire repair shop. I had run over a 8 bolt and it went thru my trailer tire. I pulled in and within minutes had someone helping me take care of the problem. I was worried that they wouldn t be able to patch it seeing how large the hole was, but they were able to and had it all done within an hour. Excellent folks here and reasonably priced.

These guys fixed a wheel balance problem on our van caused by Sam's Club. They had me in and out in under an hour. The service writers and techs are quick and polite. The van is glass smooth at highway speed now and I'm very happy.

Needed emergency tire balancing on a road trip. Called 1hr ahead and they were ready for us immediately. Done and out in 20 minutes. Fabulous service and very friendly staff. Recommend to anyone passing through or local!

Brought my truck up here to get AC fixed paid almost $300 and they knew I had a leak in the line but didn't use dye so not even 2 weeks later I have to take it somewhere else because these people refuse to put die in our line so that we could see if it had a leak or not so I'm not taking my vehicle here ever again! They should give us our money back rediculous they used to be good to us. It should have been a no brainer to put dye in it

Walked in with lawnmower tire that needed beaded up @11:44 on Saturday they close at noon. Was told no problem take it to the bay over there and we will get ya taken care of... I appreciate businesses that have such wonderful customer service skills those are the business I appreciate.

So grateful for the guys at Clark Tire Co.! We were traveling thru with our 3 little kiddos and a huge pupper when our camper tire blew out. After calling 3 places Kyle was swift to help us as it was 100 degrees outside and got us back on our trip .great team and service !

I was having motorcycle trouble and ask the tall guy if he could help out . I needed a wrench to fit my axl nut.. and this less than helpful person sends me to Lloyd's tire.. took me 2 hours to get home ...nither my family nor i will ever buy or get anything serviced there and i dont care it was the only place on the planet that had what i needed ..hell i would have paid for the help ..unbelievable..

Clark tire Co goes above and beyond to help their costumers. The manager, Kyle Bents, welcomed me into the shop after my engine overheated as I was passing through town and worked me into the schedule that day. The staff here knows what they are doing and does not dance around issues your car may have, how much it ll cost, and they do not try to sell you anything you don t need. I was traveling alone and as a female it can be uncomfortable to sit in a unfamiliar business in an unfamiliar town. But I can say with 100% honesty that I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable in the presence of Kyle and his team. I waited for 2 hours in the lobby before someone could pick me up and the guys working up front took time out of their busy day to have conversations with me and make me feel welcome in their space. They even escorted me through the shop to retrieve my suitcase from my car when my ride arrived. I would recommend clark tire co to anyone and everyone who has any kind of car problem while in/passing through Clinton, MO.

As others have reviewed, I had a trailer tire blow out on me. Ended up meeting a nice trooper who escorted me to this tire shop. (Thanks!) super nice people inside there and got me in and out of the door in 25 minutes and back on the road. Super nice people there.

I got a flat tire and needed to get it replaced. I had my car towed here and within 30 minutes of them opening I was on my way. The price is extremely fair and reasonable the customer service was really professional there's a guy named Kyle who really just has incredible customer service. This was the only time getting a tire felt like a good experience and I would recommend these guys to anyone

We had a horse trailer tire blow-out on Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. Clark Tire was great about helping us and getting us back on the road! Shelby was prompt and courteous and checked all our other tires too. Thanks!

When out trailer tire popped on the way to the Ozarks, Clark Tire was able to get us in ASAP and helped us on our way quickly. Super nice. Super helpful! Especially because we had issues with our lugnut.

In the past when my work truck has gone down for any reason, they've gotten it right in and fixed it. Usually the same day. The man is booked up till next week sometime and couldnt get me in today. They seem to be honest, straight forward, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I don't have any complaints with them.

They have always been prompt with my vehicles, thought I had a bad tire as it kept losing air, they checked and the problem was easily fixed, they found gravel covered with ice putting pressure on my tire..They have always been prompt when I have needed something fixed on my car.

**I am giving 1 star because 0 is not an option.**Contacted Kyle by phone asked about a trailer tire. Kyle said he had in stock and it would $250.00 for a tire and $50.00 to install. I agreed and send my driver there. Driver was 10 minutes away so when he showed up Kyle stated he did not have the tire but can get one from a competitor. So I agreed once more. 3 hours later I get a call from Cody or something like that to collect the payment. Over $500.00 for a used trailer tire. So be aware and go somewhere else if possible. Use only if an emergency or no one else available. This was during normal business hours and it took over 3 hours to replace a tire. We also could not make itTo Springfield to deliver the load so basically lost two days plus $500.00 for a tire.

Last week, I went to Clark Tire and had several things repaired on my 2010 Dodge Avenger. I dealt with Kyle Bents and he was an exceptionally knowlegeable and pleasant man. He inspired confidence in me to the point that I had no concerns about the work to be done.My car needed new struts in the rear, a sway bar on the front end, and new brakes all around. The total came to just over $900, which was more than I ve ever spent on car repairs, but I knew the work needed to be done and we had saved up to be able to afford it. (I d been to another mechanic in Clinton who told me there was nothing wrong, even though the noise the car made was obviously not normal.)The work was done by Bryan, a friendly mechanic who also took me home so I didn t have to wait while the work was being done. He also picked me up when the job was finished. It was nice to drive with the man who had actually done the work and be able to thank him for doing such a good job.I have nothing but praise for Clark Tire and the work they did on my car. The rattling in the front end is completely gone as is the tendency of the rear end to skip sideways on curves or bumps in the road.I heartily recommend the crew at Clark Tire. If you re in Clinton, I would take my car to them for repair without even checking with any other repair shops.

5 stars is not even enough for what the guys do here. We towed a customer there on a Saturday 30 minutes before close and they stayed late and help the young lady get her car back on the road. This is what customer service is going the extra mile and they always have smiles on their faces. I wouldn t go anywhere else!!! Outstanding people!!!

Clark Tire is now the only place I take my car. They are honest and only provides the service that your car needs. they call and let you know what's wrong. So you can decide how you want to fix the problem if there is one yes they are that honest .

Went inside and stood at the desk for 10 minutes for somebody to come to the desk to help. Another man came in and was behind me, when someone finally came to the desk they looked over me to help the guy behind me. So if your not a 20 yr old female or a male don't expect to be waited on. Rudest tire store ever!!! That means you Mr. Redhead service man!!! Thank you Lloyd's tire service tho

Great tire shop. Got tires and took it back later for a brake job. They could have done the brakes, but instead told me my brakes were in great shape and didn't need to be replaced. So I paid for a $30 brake inspection instead of a $350 unnecessary replacement. Honesty and integrity are not strangers here.

This is a really late review by about 6-Months, but these guys deserve a great review and obviously left a POSITIVE impression! They took care of an inspection for an older Class-A Motorhome and we're absolutely friendly and professional. I went in with the exact cash for the inspection, to find I did need New Windshield wipers to pass inspection. I originally was miffed because I asked them if I could simply get the wipers and install them myself, but they said the inspection would only stand if it left their shop with new wipers, which was approximately the same amount as the inspection cost. Pinched for time and my poor planning, I could leave to replace the wipers and come back to pay for another inspection or leave mad.... Then one of the managers asked are you Military? I said yes, and he said, well shoot you get these wipers for free! Problem solved and saved me a little face and money! Thanks Clark Tire!

I've always been more than happy with my service at Clark Tires. From personal experience and an observation today; come in with a question or need a small bit of help and they'll resolve it with you and send you on your way with a "thanks for coming in. We hope to see you back when you are ready for that repair". Good work, honest, and friendly. You can't beat that!
