I walked in to look and bought a bike an hour later. The sales guy wasn't trying to make a sale. We talked bikes for an hour and not once did he talk bad about other brands like the HD guys.

Jerry and Paul were fantastic to work with!I had called around to all the dealers in the region, and was prepared to drive to TN to buy our new toys. Jerry made me a deal that was close enough that it was not worth the full day of driving to TN. Jerry kept saying thought that the service & support at Surdyke was worth it. Truth be told it was. I had to call the other dealer regarding some accessories we wanted added on. I received a good price, but not a good feeling when I talked to their service department. Paul at Surdyke was on it. He got what I needed, had it installed, and made sure we were good with everything before we even picked up the units.I would definitely recommend Surdyke Motorsports in Chesterfield, and will buy from them again in the future.-Bill M.

First time here and I really like this place. Got to tires and had them mounted. Very fast, good price, no hassles. Looked at the Africa twin while I waited, no pressure sell, just let me look. Everyone was very friendly, low pressure, and you could tell some of the customers there are long time customers. So far really happy I tried them out.

I had been looking for a local dealer that provides excellent service to my bike. I live in the St Charles area and thought I would give Surdyke Motorsports Chesterfield a shot since it is only 10 minutes away.First let me comment on telephone communications with the staff and specifically the Service Department. I spoke with Brian in Service and he was very helpful in fitting me in for a tire change needs. My work schedule is odd and he was able to provide a slot to get me in.Second, the facility is fantastic. I waited while I had my bike tended to and couldn't be more comfortable. Had a chance to chat briefly with the other staff members, sales and support are very outgoing and friendly. When my bike was finished, I had an opportunity to speak briefly with the Service Tech (Grant, I believe). Very nice and knowledgeable young man.I have purchased several motorcycles from a nearby dealer, and after this experience with Surdyke Motorsports Chesterfield, guess where my next purchase and all future service will be done. That is right! I have found the perfect place for me and I encourage all riders to go give them a shot. Very well oiled machine they have there. Thanks SMC!

Excellent experience start to finish. Skyler, Jerry, Tim and the finance guy jumped through many hoops to make this happen for me. Excellent customer service and made sure I was 100% confident in the purchase of the Kodiak 700. Would refer anyone to buy from this business. Thanks again guys.

A wonderful buying experience. Low pressure sales with the lowest price in town. (That was a nice surprise.) The sales team, finance, and the service team worked with my limited availability to get me the ATV I wanted, for the price I wanted, and the paperwork finalized, all while keeping my 6 year old entertained! Great job!

Ernie was a fantastic salesman! He is knowledgeable about all the side by sides they had, and really gave me an honest opinion about what to get using my needs, LOVED ONES that. He really did give me a great deal on my side by side. I had a question later that night about again how to use it and he had no problem responding to me FAST. SO NICE. I will be going back to him from now on. I recommend him to everyone.

Had a rare ( in the world of customer service) and exceptional experience at Surdyke Chesterfield. Came in on Tuesday and traded in my old bike and paid the difference on a current year R6. I didn't take the bike home that night but at that point I owned it (no financing). By Friday I changed my mind and decided I wanted an R1 instead, because they had a previous year model still on the showroom floor. Long story short, they let me walk away from the current year R6 I had purchased and instead purchase the previous year R1, even though the R1 was marked down $2,000 because it was last years model. So they basically let me get on the bike that I wanted even though it meant less profit for them and they let me off the hook on the other bike...I couldn't believe it, I was so stoked. This place is the real deal, they actually care about getting you on a bike you are going to love regardless of what's in it for them. What they did for me was selfless and awesome. Great place to buy a motorcycle, everyone there was cool, from the sales team to the store manager. Exceptional customer service.

We recently went to Surdyke and purchased 2 helmets. This was my girlfriends first helmet purchase and wasn't sure the type of helmet she wanted and needed? The employee that was assisting us, Laura was very persistent on selling her a specific type of helmet so my girlfriend agreed on it. After getting home and wearing the helmet a few minutes she decided it was to big and to heavy so she decided she wanted to exchange it for something more comfortable. They were closed the following 2 days so she went the following day to exchange it. She was met by Laura and was told by her that she could NOT return or exchange the helmet. The helmet was never used so it was in the exact same condition as it was when it was purchased. Laura said they don't return or exchange helmets that have been worn. That's funny because when we were in there prior to purchasing the helmets we both tried on about 10 helmets which technically means they've all been worn. The helmet she purchased had been worn for about 10 minutes if that. Laura told her that she would talk to the manager about exchanging the helmet for something more comfortable and fitting. Later that day she received an email from Laura stating they would NOT return or even make an even exchange to accommodate her. Apparently it's against their policy that they don't return or exchange helmets. If that's the case Laura and the rest of employees should communicate that prior to consumers purchasing anything from their store. Their business practice certainly didn't meet our expectations and their customer service stinks. They definitely don't know how to satisfy or accommodate a customer. We will never go back to Surdyke Motorsports ever again and will spread the word of our terrible experience there.

Phil in service is the nicest service person you'll find at a dealer. He actually listens and never makes you feel like he's doing you a favor by spending time with you, like some other places do. They work on old bikes too. This place is much better than it ever was before Surdyke bought it.

I was having issues with getting some brake shoes I bought online to fit in the drums on my son's Predator 90. One of the service guys spent 45 minutes with me, and eventually modified the shoes to fit in the drums. They didn't even try to sell me new brake shoes. They have a new, very happy customer.

Everything about our experience at Surdyke Chesterfield was outstanding! From Ernie our sales person to Tyson our paperwork guy. The woman working at the counter was great as well but we didn't catch her name. We would HIGHLY recommend them.

Big shout out to Laura! I was looking for a specific helmet, and she was super helpful with finding exactly what I wanted. I've been in sales for 10 years and know when people are genuinley interested in helping you, and she was awesome to buy from. I'll be coming to Surdyke for all my gear, and recommending you guys to all the guys I ride with.

I normally don't write reviews. But this is an exception.I had a flat front tire on my Honda Shadow, but not the tools nor the expertise to fix it myself. Add to this the fact that I had no way of transporting the bike to a mechanic without renting a trailer or borrowing a neighbor's truck. I was in a fix.First things first. After checking around locally and online for tire prices, I called Surdyke Motorsports, Chesterfield. Not only did they quote me a better tire price than I found on the internet, they offered to pick up the bike and return it - at no charge! Almost forgot...they cleaned it too. Very impressive. Their labor cost was also reasonable. One other important observation: unlike a lot of other dealers, Surdyke didn't try to upsell me on additional repairs so I highly recommend this dealership.Everyone from Jerry in parts to Brian in service and Madalynn the cashier were great to work with. Thank you.

I went in to check out a motorcycle they had. A leftover 2015 with zero miles. I was as advertised and the people were as nice as could be. I signed the deal, and will be getting the bike next week as I ordered a different exhaust and it needs to be shipped then installed. I'm a hap hap happy guy.

Nothing but great things to say about everyone and our overall experience with surdykes. I was very against buying something from a dealer but one of their ads caught my eyes which brought me there and i was never pressure or bugged about buying something, they gave me room to browse around, my salesmen that i dealt with was tim cole and i couldnt have asked for a better salesmen, he was very thorough and polite and made sure we knew what we were getting and explained all the features on our atv and took the extra time to go over things and made me feel very welcome and relaxed while i waited for all of my paperwork to be completed. Laura at the front desk was also an extreme pleasure to deal with as well as the gentlemen at the parts desk (took time to try to get us a better deal on some aftermarket stuff we wanted from a vendor). I really cannot express how wonderful everyone out there was and no one could possibly come close to the killer deal we got, they changed my outlook on dealers. Our current and future business will be thru surdyke and only surdykes!!

Just had a great experience buying a Polaris 170 RZR for the kids. They were busy but kept checking in on us. Skyler was knowledgeable and helpful. Tim in finance was fast and friendly. Excited for our delivery date and to see the kids out of the trails on thier new ride.

Do not buy anything from them! They will rip you off! Shop around because they add a lot of extra fees that other places don't. My son went there to buy an ATV for the first time. Larry there definitely took advantage of his inexperience.

Ive ordered parts here 3 times now and 2 of the 3 times, they tell me it will be here buy a certain date and when i call to see if my parts are in they tell me that they haven't came in and they will be her another day, and when my parts are supposed to be in, i will call and they most likely wont be in..... i WILL NEVER ORDER PARTS HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!! I also had them work on it and when i got it back there were screws striped out and the plastics weren't put back on right, i had to take all the plastics off and put them back on.

Mike Ribbel was my salesmen and Larry did my finance. Both were very professional and helpful. One of the best buying experiences I've had. Will be going to Surdyke from now on.

When nobody would touch my 2 '90 Kawasaki 650 TS Jet Skis that sat at my dads house for 3 yrs, Eric and his service team said they would. Said they don't turn anyone down. He had them back up and running in less than a week. I will keep coming back for service... Thanks again

This has been one of the worst service experiences I ever had. I had a recall on my 2015 RZR that was sent me back in April of 2016. I called Surdyke in Chesterfield to setup an appointment to bring in my RZR, but was told the parts were on back order. I called again in August and was told I was still on the list and they confirmed my name/number, but parts were not available yet. In September I got a second notice from Polaris about the recall. I called Surdyke back and was told again that parts are still on backorder. I called Polaris and found out parts are not on back order and are available. So I called Surdyke back and explained my conversation I had with Polaris. I was then told parts are available and for me to bring my RZR to get them replaced. When I asked if parts were in stock, I was told no, they will order them once I bring in my RZR. WHAT? I have been waiting since April and parts were never even ordered! I asked for them to order the parts first and I would bring it in after parts arrive. They gave me a date when the parts would arrive and when I can drop off the RZR. The day before I called to make sure parts were in, they were not and never bothered to call me. They said they would call me once they get the parts. 2 weeks later I call to see if the parts are in, and they were. Again, upset that no one called to let me know the parts came it, but setup a time when I could drop it off in the morning and pick it up later in the day. My wife dropped it off while I was out of town and the first thing they tell her is it will be a couple days because they are backed up. Again no phone call, but she left it at the dealer anyway even though I was told it would be completed in one day. One of the recall's was for a bad voltage regulator. I had already replaced mine with an aftermarket model because of the issues I had with it. I was told I could give them my old defective voltage regulator and they would give me the new replacement model. When my wife dropped off the RZR she had the old regulator and asked them to give her the new one. They could not find the part at the time and told her she would have it after the work was done, but they would not change my current aftermarket regulator. Of course they replaced it anyway without a phone call to let me know. When I picked up the RZR I sat at the service counter waiting for help. 2 mechanics and the service guy were in the shop, but we were ignored for about 5 min. I yelled into the shop and asked if someone could help us. The very unfriendly service guy got us checked out and I got my RZR back. There was mud on the passenger seat and on the sides of the RZR. It was clean when we dropped it off for work to be done the same day. It will be the last time I ever step into Surdyke. I have purchased a few bikes at the Fetus location and was happy with the help.

Had an issue when I first did business with Surdyke. However, Surdyke and the GM, Jerry went above and beyond what was required to satisfy the customer. It definitely shows that great customer service and satisfaction is an important factor for Surdyke.

I never leave reviews, but future customers must be warned. I dropped my 02 Yamaha FZ1 there for a state inspection. I had put some K&N air filters on prior and couldn't quite get the carbs tuned because of lack of the necessary tools. I asked them to sync them and tune if needed, and they agreed saying it would cost $40 for syncing them and maybe more depending on what needed to be done to get them in tune. They said they were "running a few days out" but would have it done before the end of the month. Fast forward 1 month (2 weeks past when it should have been done), and my bike is allegedly done. I go to pick it up. I hop on, get one block away, and my bike is running worse than it did when I dropped it off. Now, they want to charge me another $150 minimum to fix a problem they caused. Plus, that $40 syncing of my carbs was $111. Overchaging, not making things right, taking way too long, allowing bikes to leave running worse than when they came in, lame excuses, and treating customers like idiots are what you can expect from this place. By all means, go to Donaldson's and have your bike fixed right and on time. On a scale of 1 to 5 I give them a -10.

I just signed up for the MSF course at the Fenton location, and went in to buy some gear before the course starts. Laura got me fitted for a good 3 season jacket with armor and some nice gloves. She also spent a lot of time showing me different helmets, and I found 2 that I liked but not in the right color, and I couldn't quite make up my mind. Since helmets can't be returned/exchanged (and for good reason), she encouraged me to read some reviews, think about it, and she would order me the color that I wanted and I could have it well before the MSF course. I will definately be ordering my helmet soon, and I look forward to buying my first bike (Ernie is great)
