I had a chip on my windshield, looked on google for a glass repair place near chesterfield, and Superglass number popped up! Roger called me and in less than 15 minutes he was in my place and took care of the chip for me! Thank you for the great service !!!

I highly recommend this company! Roger was awesome to work with - quickly responded to my phone call and was at my house first thing the next morning. Fast, efficient, affordable, super friendly. Can't praise Roger enough for his professionalism and his genuine care for the customer. I went to the website to submit a request to schedule an appointment late at night. I received a call first thing in the morning to set something up later that same morning.

I highly recommend Roger and SuperGlass Windshield Repair. I purchased a used 2019 car last week and yesterday discovered a small chip in my front windshield. After calling around to a number of places to collect pricing, I decided that Roger was the best choice to go with. The information he provided and preventative steps mentioned to make sure that it did not get any worse, were offerings that no other place provided to me. He took his time to explain things and was extremely fast and easy to reach. Unfortunately, when he arrived he came to the conclusion that this was an old repair that should not get any worse and that messing with it was not needed.Sometimes name recognition and the larger companies aren't always the way to go. Roger helped me realize and provided me way more knowledge and insight into the repair process than anyone else has ever provided. His straightforwardness about what he can and cannot do and his personable business nature goes a long way and I highly value that when it comes to a service being offered.I know that I will def. be using Roger in the future (if needed) and would refer him and his services to my friends and family as well. Thanks Roger!

STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!!Roger was very helpful with calling my insurance to make a claim for my car chip. He was easy to talk to on the phone when I made an appointment, and in person he answered all my questions and was finished in 30 minutes or less. I appreciated that he called me ahead of time before the appointment to make sure I still needed his services. Thank you Roger!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Roger was very quick to respond and schedule an appointment with me at my home. He arrived on time, and completed flawless work - only took about 25 min. The crack in my windshield was about the size of a quarter, and when he was finished, I could barely even find it. It s almost unnoticeable now. AMAZING WORK. I won t go to anyone else in the future - Roger is the way to go!

I called about a crack in my windshield and I received a call back within an hour. We set something up for the next day since he was able to stop by before I left for work. It only took him about 20-30 minutes to do the work and he even showed up early so I was not late for work. On top of all this he mentioned that the service was free and covered by insurance. Roger repaired my chipped windshield so well that you can barely tell there was a chip in the first place, and on top of that, he saved me from paying $75 for the service. He was incredibly professional, personable, and fixed my windshield on a Saturday when no one else would. Would highly recommend Roger to anyone else needing to repair their windshield. If I need another repair, Roger will be the first person I call.

After reading all the positive reviews for Superglass Windshield of St Louis in Chesterfield I called and made an appointment with Roger. Boy am I glad I did! He did a great job and it only took about 30 minutes. Roger is the owner and he did the repair. He has done this for 18 years very conscientious about doing quality work and did a great job for me. I would highly recommend Roger for any windshield crack repair. Thanks Roger!!

I highly recommend using Roger for any of your windshield repair needs! I contacted him at about 7am (before other businesses are open), he came to my work at 10am and had my chip fixed by 10:30. Roger was knowledgeable as well as professional from start to finish and the service he provided was extremely affordable!

Roger is the BEST there is for windshield repair! He was prompt, polite, helpful and very reasonable with his prices! I could not believe I have not found him sooner! Do not waste your time with the other companies. Call Roger first and he will work with you. I ABSOLUTELY refer him 100%. He does great work!

I searched Google and based on the reviews, I gave Roger a call. Let me tell you, "The reviews did not lie" Roger from Superglass called right back and we setup a time to come out to repair my windshield. He was on time and did a WONDERFUL job (you can't even see where it was cracked).So, if you are in the St. Louis county area and need a windshield repair. ROGER is the man to call. Great Quick and Experienced!!

Roger was awesome and took me in even if it was already late like around 30 mins before his shop closes. I called because I was already in the driveway and he was out in seconds. I came in because of a recent crack in my windshield and he fixed it within minutes. It worked out well. He is a professional.

Exemplary customer service! A few days ago, a rock dinged my windshield resulting in a small chip that overnight, started to crack. With the impending "polar vortex" headed to Missouri, I needed a quick repair before the fluctuating temperatures would potentially cause more damage to my windshield. After a quick Google search I found SuperGlass Windshield Repair of Saint Louis. I worked with Roger (the owner) and he personally repaired my windshield (on location at my office) the same day I requested the service! I was pretty stressed out having to get this taken care of quickly, but Roger made the process so simple - I cannot thank him enough. I highly recommend this shop for windshield chip/crack repair, and would not hesitate to return for future repair needs. Thank you!

Highly recommend this company!! Roger was great, he came out right away and fixed a rock chip that could probably only be repaired by him. With any other company I would have probably had to replace my entire windshield.

Long story short, use this company if you're looking for perfection!Had Roger come out and fix a pretty nasty chip/crack I had gotten on my windshield from a truck kicking up some debris on the highway. Everything from the first phone call to completion of the job was extremely professional. Got me on the schedule the next day and even tried squeezing me in the same day but I wasn't available. Showed up on time and was even more impressed after meeting him. Not only was his work the best I have seen (it literally took me 30 minutes of staring at my windshield after he left before I was able to locate where he made the repair) but he even took the extra time to answer all my dumb questions about what all he was doing. I would 100% recommend him to anyone and everyone and will not be using anyone else in the future! Thanks again Roger!

Very nice guy, professional and on time and what an amazing job!! I had two rock hits about two weeks apart and Roger Form Superglass took care of both of them and it looks awesome. I would not trust anyone else for my windshield repairs.

Great customer service! I called on a thursday afternoon and was able to have my car fixed Friday while I was at school. Took about 30 minutes to fix and his pricing was super affordable (I'm in graduate school so every penny saved helps). I regret not taking a before picture because I can barely notice the crack. It was originally a little bigger than a quarter and now what's visible is less than size of a pencil earaser. I know that you can't get rid of a chip/crack completely but to be able to reduce it that much was great. I definitely recommend using Rodger. Also he's way cheaper than safelite auto. I will definitely use him again if I have any more issues.

Phone etiquette is very much needed along with better customer service skills. Skills should be there before service is purchased, not just after the sale. Website states one thing, phone call contradicted that. Rating is not based on service as I couldn t get my windshield replaced.

Roger is very thorough. He does the job to completion, making sure it is right the first time. I've had three repairs by Roger. They always last.
