Needed to have a tire checked before starting a 120 mile drive home. So thankful for exceptional service. The gentleman that checked my tires was very helpful and very kind. What a great experience.

The work started at the appointed. They were thorough and told me that I still had plenty of wear left. It was great to have a company not try to sell me something that I didn t need.

Excellent experience! We are on a fixed income and unable to pay bill all at once. They worked with us to make 2 payments over a short period of time. Who does that anymore? Northwest Tire & Auto, that's who!!!

My son came into your shop today when he had some car trouble. I cannot thank you enough for taking a look at his car and checking to see if anything was wrong! He s getting ready to start college in your area, and he will be back to have his car serviced. We live a couple of hours north and it s nice to know there are kind and helpful people like you all. I've only been here once so far on a recommendation from a friend. All I did was take my car in for an oil change. When I called they sounded like they were busy, but that they would squeeze me in. I dropped my car off, and within 30 minutes they were finished. But the thing that surprised me most was when the employee read the price to me. It was close to half as much as what almost every other shop charges. Excellent service, and great pricing! I will definitely be coming back, and have already recommended them to a few friends.

I don't usually post reviews, but I have to say how impressed I was by their customer service! Absolutely outstanding. I came in with a flat tire, close to closing time, but both Keith and the mechanic took the time to help me. Very reasonable prices, no hidden charges and absolutely no pressure to try to upsell anything. I would definitely recommend them, and plan on using them from now on for all of my automotive needs.

Its always great to find an honest mechanic who doesn t take advantage of customers. I was way overcharged at a different garage for them to tell me they had no idea what was causing my car trouble even though it was searched it thoroughly , but Northwest Tire found it and fixed it within the same day for a great price. Northwest Tire will always be my first choice for my car maintenance from now on.

I have had these folks take care of my truck for 185,000 miles. They are honest, fair and very good at everything they do. Highly recommend them

They employee who was working the front desk was unprofessional, rude, unpleasant. I m not sure if he was having a bad day. I had to follow up with a nearby shop to have my vehicle serviced.
