Great staff! Friendly, clean location with professional mechanics that appear to know what they are doing.Offer a rewards program for full synthetic oil changes. I think it's like buy 4 get 5th free. Supposedly includes a free tire rotation. Haven't checked on the price yet to compare to say Tire Choice my normal stop.Went in for emissions inspection, first courteous service.

From John and Mike at the front desk to Jeff the Mechanic they do an excellent job. I have brought several cars in and when I get them back it s like I am driving a brand new car! Thank you for being honest and knowledgable! Great work and fantastic customer service. Thanks

Simply the best! I dropped off a tire that had tk be replaced. I came in later the same day to have it installed thinking I would have to wait for an eternity. Not so! They got me right in and not only changed the tire with pit crew speed and efficiency, but the dude also installed the spare under the truck AND put the jack assembly back under the seat!!! I couldn t have been more satisfied with the service and attention to detail I received here. Way to go!!!

So near my home!Set my appointment easily. They took my emission inspection right away when I got there and was done in a timely manner. Got new wipers, too. It was installed free of charge!Thanks Meineke!!

Easy to make an appointment. When we dropped off the car we were created very kindly. Just added to a good experience. Prices quoted were very fair and less than other auto shops in the area which was a wonderful surprise and relief.

These guys are amazing. I have an old model Jetta and it needed work. They prescribed just what I needed for such a reasonable cost, I felt like giving them a tip. I have been looking for a good place to take my car and not get bent over a barrel. I ve been searching for many years and finally found a place. I will never take my car anywhere else if I can help it.

Meineke in Chesterfield has been by far the best shop I've ever been to. They aren't necessarily the cheapest shop around, but they are also priced fairly for the work done. Especially for the quality of workmanship, and the knowledge and expertise that goes into some of it. You get what you pay for in the auto repair and maintenance world. Another thing about this Meineke is that they are honest. They don't charge for things that aren't actually put on, and they are honest about parts that are still good. I had them run a diagnostic service a couple years ago, to troubleshoot something difficult to figure out: no charge when they weren't able to determine what was wrong. Equally important: this shop also gets to the bottom of what's actually going on - the real root cause. Which is great because that solves the problem long-term. An example for me was a starter that had suddenly stopped working, but they determined it was a valve seal leak that shorted the starter out. Rather than just simply suggest replacig the starter. Everyone has always been polite, and very informative about different options available, and what's going on with the car. I will always recommend this Meineke to my friends and coworkers. They are the best! I'll be sure to come back for my automotive repair and maintenance needs. Thanks Meineke!

Close to home and have their work down pat. I needed new tires, they were ordered and delivered in a few hours same day. They noticed new brakes for the back were needed and were very honest. The state inspection would not allow the brakes so I got front and back brakes. Thank you Meineke in Chesterfield for caring so much!

Took my van here because my check engine light came on. Turns out I needed new plugs and oil filter adapter. Was quoted 1713. Had a bad feeling so I took my van and went to Gens Auto and Tire. They did the job for 1050. Don t go here. Or at least get a second opinion might save yourself a couple hundred dollars.

I m guilty as a late appointment. Yes, I called and said I would be at least 30-minutes late. No problem, we will squeeze you in was the response. Not only did they squeeze me in, but provided courteous and professional service. Work began on my vehicle shortly after I brought in at my scheduled appointment time. I was provided with information related to the status of my brakes and was told I could get a bit more wear from my front brakes if I preferred. I appreciated the honest information. Would not recommend this place with inspections or any other work needed.

I love the guys at this place. They are so professional and willing to help and give the information that is needed. As a woman, most of us hate going to any auto place to deal with men, feeling like they will take advantage of women. Not here! They are the best! They actually talk to you and walk you through what they are doing to your car! I will always go here for service on my car. Will not come here again. I was laughed out the door for trying to fix something ourselves for our safety and emissions inspection. I don't mind being told that something isn't safe and even asked questions so that I would understand what we did wrong and how to fix it correctly. It's not good business to laugh in the face of your customers and we will not be back.

Josh the Store Manager was excellent. Have been coming to Chesterfield Meineke under various different owners for 15 years and Josh is up there with the best. Got me in at short notice and dealt with a problem with my vehicle's service in a fast and very customer-focused way.
