Excellent sales experience which gave me some false hope that the service department would be great too. I couldn t have been more wrong. After 10 days (350 miles) the battery was dead. After having to jump it twice on two separate occasions, took it to the dealer. The service manager said are you leaving your keys in the car overnight . Nonsense. So I take the car home, only to return the next day. It sat for the next 3 days with no one looking at it. The app tells you when the car has been started so knew exactly when they touched it. Then it sat for the weekend. Then on Monday someone starts it and here we are on day 7 with zero proactive updates and no car and it hasn t been started today so no one has looked at it.Sales team was excellent. Couldn t recommend Zach more. Service department is atrocious.

For SERVICE (not sales) - I m shocked no one is mentioning they now charge 2% for credit card? At a car dealership? And it s completely hidden in the EMAILED receipt as pay share amount ???? It doesn t even show on the paper receipt they hand you. The F!?! I had to call them later and ask about this on the emailed receipt. They instantly got a 2% raise! Weren t credit card fees always baked into the cost this whole time so what rising costs are you talking about? No one cares you spent millions to remodel when it wasn t needed. Not to mention you go to the dealership as the very first appointment of the morning and it still takes 3 hours for a simple oil change!?! (Keep in mind I tried this 3 times now so this isn t a one-off). I ve had other stuff they don t tighten correctly the last two trips or forgot to put items back in the car and I have to check their work or drive back up there to retrieve it. The service staff are rude and uncaring when you politely raise concerns. And they push for service work far beyond the actual service manual for stuff that isn t even remotely needed to pad their commissioned pockets. The owners manual says certain services NEVER need to be done or after 120k miles and several services are being pushed after only 2 years old and 20k miles!?! It s insane!!! Why are service centers paid by commission based on upsells (that aren t remotely needed!) instead of servicing what a customer ACTUALLY needs? STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THE SERVICE CENTER. Their only responses on Google are usually we don t find you in our database and trying to somehow diminish the credibility and undermine the complaints. Garbage.

I would highly recommend Jim Butler Kia to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle. Jean Silverio is the guy you need to ask for. My family alone has bought multiple cars from this dealership and Jean. I loved the experience we had buying my brand new car from them. I didn t feel pressured into anything like other dealerships, Jean made sure this car is what I wanted! Overall it was a great experience and made the whole process painless!

Saleswoman was a pro gaslighter. Undervalued my trade. Once I made it clear I was not going to buy a vehicle the same day I was treated as a waste of time. Took my truck to another dealership across town and sold it to the dealer for 5k more than Butler was offering without even buying a vehicle from them.

Went to see about trading off my vehicle. The salesman and I went over to the desk he was kinda arrogant He started to get on the computer saying he s going to assess my vehicle then ask for my keys so he could get it appraised and get the Vin number off of it so I gave him the key. He comes back he s like OK how much do you want for your trade? I thought you were going to appraise it and I was like and where is my key? He s like I have your key I was ok can I have it and he s said well we don t hold keys hostage like other places. I was like OK then get my key. Why do you have in your pocket so then he goes into I guess the finance manager probably for a couple minutes come back out and tell me oh we can offer this for you, just is whole demeanor, and attitude. I wasn t very comfortable as I just told him thank you have a great day and left will I go back there again probably not. Plus, I already had approval for a car loan so they just lost out on money

Well, today was a mixed feeling. I came in for some help with the moisture in my car tail lights. And to figure out why my car sounds like it's pulsating. I got beneficial information about my car and what's needed but I wasn't informed of the price. But soon enough, I found myself paying $160 for a "Tail light inspection." Nothing else was done to my vehicle besides the carwash and vacuum. Which I'm always grateful for. But I feel as if iv been robbed. But was quoted 685 for the replacement of my tail lights. I do need a ball bearing, but that's 650; with not highly recommended but coming do new tires for 676 with an alignment of 119.95. I don't mind the other stuff, but again, no one mentioned to me the inspection fee. Usually, I'm always well informed of any pricing, but not today. That made me feel sour... I still like this place, but I have to knock it down from 5 to 3 stars, sadly.

I purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento under their "Fresh Start" program and they saw me coming from the get go. I told them I am visually impaired while signing the papers that I needed them read and told where to sign. The salesman was completely dishonest about what the vehicle had and it was not on their lot, had me sign paperwork stating that all recalls were fixed, safety and emissions were done. After 3 months I have never had a working horn, none of the 6 recalls were taken care of, the front windshield is cracked beyond repair, the engine had to be replaced already under Kia's extended warranty but they forgot about flushing the transmission like they promised or aligning the back up camera or fixing the buttons on the key fob also. Not only did they keep my car for a month I got it back and couldn't drive off the lot due to a new flat tire that I keep having to put air in now. I have spoken to Matt, Allen and Keith with no response whatsoever. My wife has spoke to everyone at that dealership. They asked me not to leave a bad review so maybe now someone will listen! I need my car that I just purchased in safe working order, that's not too much to ask for. You already got paid I shouldn't be going through this!!!

I would ve thought that fixing a simple recall would be easy and headache free. Unfortunately due to lack of professionalism and very basic customer service skills, I was wrong. Kieth was impossible to ever get ahold of after I sent an email and called him several times. The receptionist (girl don t know her name) told me I could drop my car off at night after I was off work knowing this is after hours for the dealership. Please, someone explain why I drive there last night with my mother, who was kind enough to help out and give me a ride after working all day and taking her other kids to games and practices, to find that BOTH entrances to the premises are blocked off and locked with gates :)I read a lot of negative comments about this particular dealership and chose to STILL even give them a chance and wow..

The best thing I did at this dealership, was walk out the door!! I personally have been in the market for a new car for months. I have done so much research, and decided I was set on a Kia. I contacted this dealer 3 days prior to when I was going to visit to confirm that they have a few of the models I was looking for. During this process they checked in to confirm my appointment. I, personally confirmed with them multiple times that s they have the car I want on the lot right now. I even told them I was driving an hour and a half. I even spoke to them this morning before I left, to confirm. Her exact words were yes, we will have car cleaned off and warmed up once you get here. WHAT A JOKE THAT WAS!!!! We got there looking for a woman for one who we have been in contact with, but instead we were greeted with a car salesman that was very eager to make a sale. I was honestly concerned that I had stolen this ladies potential business. He informed that he was the one we will be working with. I told him what I was looking for, he than became scrambled and went to his sales managers desk to confirm something. Once he sat down, he told me they have none of the cars I was looking for and that they were on a truck, and I could wait for it be delivered. I completely understand not having a car, but when someone blatantly lies to you telling you it is there after you have drove hours is terrible. His manager was right behind him, they just sat at their desks like bumps on a log. Didn t try to find a suggestion, or even hook us up with a different idea of a car. Once I decided enough was a enough, I got up, and said I will be going to another Kia dealer with better service the salesman stated well there will be no one else in the Midwest with my prices. The arrogance was abundant. I went down the road 30 miles and found a better deal, at a much nicer Kia dealership!

Salesman Jordan Staub was great! My girlfriend and I had an appointment to look at a pre-owned RAV4 at 9am. We got there early and he already had keys in hand, ready to show us an amazing vehicle. He answered any and all questions we had and made the whole experience very fast and painless. We will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great car!

They have had my car for 5 months. It has a life time warranty that pays for everything. And I don't even owe them anything. All I want is my car back and now after all this time. There's going to be more wrong with it please I beg u. Shop somewhere else. I had to even get another loan for another car because they are taking so long to fix my main car....

My sales experience was fine- they gave me what I wanted for my trade. But then on the used car I bought, they said they did all the necessary maintenance on it. They even put a tag that says tires- green; brakes- green; battery- green. My brakes were squeaky so I texted my salesman (who had been very helpful previously) and asked if they changed the brakes (i feel like sometimes they squeak when newer). He said it has new pads For the brakes. You should be allGood.. And you are not bothering.. I m always here for my customers after the sale Fast forward a couple months for my next oil change and the other Kia dealer says my brakes are in critical condition, I need new ones asap. I texted my salesman back and he never answered again. They were deceptive and not helpful.

I would highly recommend Jim Butler Kia to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle. Rodger Harman is your go-to guy. I loved the experience we had buying my brand new car from them. I didn t feel pressured into anything like other dealerships, Rodger made sure this car is what I wanted! Similar experience from Finance team (Scot). They are transparent, and dont push customer for unwanted warranties. Quite an amazing experience and made the whole process painless!

We stop by on a Sunday, 03/24, knowing it would be closed but wanted to walk the lot and look at the newer cars up near the building. Out of the blue a voice on a speaker says, "You're being monitored. You must leave immediately." I've always visited dealerships on Sundays knowing I wouldn't have to deal with sales people.

We just dealt with Kevin Brown and the team at Jim Butler to sell our son's, who is going to Japan for the Air Force, Jeep Wrangler and trade in our Q3 for a new Telluride. Great customer service all around by Kevin and the other team members we worked with. We felt they were very honest and straight forward. No high pressure at all. We would definitely go back for future purchases.

I wish there was a 0 star. Worst experience I have had; not only in the auto industry, but any industry I have been a consumer of.Moral of the story: horrendous scheduling, no concept of respect or ownership (especially you Matt Burch), and one of the worst 'leaders' of whom I have ever had the pleasure to communicate with.

Keith (Service Manager) is the absolute best! We have a Kia Optima that needed warranty work (oh the dreaded engine issue) and we anticipated that it would take a very long time. Keith was always so kind and helpful when I would ask about any updates and how the process was going. It s no fault of these dealerships the workload that was added due to Kia and the engine. I m sure these guys are buried in their workload with this issue. It did take 4 months, BUT it s definitely not their fault at the dealership level. They have to wait on parts. My point is that I was unsure if I ever would even want another Kia. But Keith took care of us and I wouldn t even think of walking into any other Kia dealership other than Jim Butler. As long as Keith is a service manager here he will always have my business. Oh and Kia-this man deserves a raise and nice paid vacation!! Thank you Keith!!!!

My car has been there for service for about a week now. This is the second time this has occurred. It still hasn't been looked at! Let me be clear. I have been going to Kia about 6 years. It wasn't until they changed management that the service department experience became really bad. So, I do not blame the service department team. Keith Sutton is awesome! This means management! Kia is having a turnover issue, and most of the old team has left. In my opinion because of new management!Left a message for the manager for some assistance, and I haven't heard from him yet! So, if you have a concern about your wait times, contact the manager of the facility, NOT the service department, and then contact Kia headquarters to complain, express your concerns. Maybe, he'll make some positive changes for the service team.

Ordered a vehicle that took 8 months to come in. Once the vehicle arrived I came in to see what I could get on my trade in. I did not like the numbers they gave me so I told them I would try to sell my vehicle at carmax. I was told they would give me TWO DAYS or they would sell the vehicle that I ordered and waited 8 months for. I ended up selling at carmax and getting the vehicle I ordered but I will never come back to this dealership again.

I can not say enough good things about this place! I found a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk online and decided to go check it out even though I didn't have that much time before an event but it was exactly what I wanted so I had too. I am very HAPPY with my decision that day and forever grateful for their help with this process. Roger in Sales was amazing to work with and Jake in Finance got the deal squared away perfectly! I was in and out in no time thanks to both of them working their magic for me! Thanks for everything!

Awesome experience with the sales superstar Ben Gordon at Kia! I m that person who always has a million questions lol and Ben took the time to answer them all thoroughly and did not make me feel stupid or rush me. I appreciate his honesty as well. He is upfront with you about which cars are the right fit for your lifestyle and budget instead of trying to sell you something you do not need. Very refreshing.Oh, and my credit is far from perfect. I thought I d be stuck buying from those buy here, pay here dealers forever, but Ben worked some miracles and got me into my vehicle. Now I have a safe, reliable vehicle for my family and I am so thankful. You rock, Ben!

This place was nothing short of amazing! From the time I walked in to the time I walked out I was treated like family by my salesman Nathan. He was professional and respectful and went out of his way to get me in the perfect car. I highly recommend anyone looking for a car to come here and talk to Nathan you will not be disappointed!

Had our car towed in for a repair. Came to pick the car up 5 days later to find that an employee left the window down in the rain, leaving the cloth interior soaked. They said they d fix it in about an hour. Came back to pick up the car again to find that a piece of trim was now missing from the driver door. First and last time customer! Didn t offer anything to make up for wasting my time either!

Just like any other dealership, it s a guy trying to scam you in someway, but they will smile and pat on your back because you re putting money In their pocket, of course. Me and my woman purchased the car to be hit with an extra 4% interest from the dealer not the loan company, when it was stated we wanted to use our loan company. Moral of the story is there out to get you here in some way shape or form and be careful. Don t let them take care of the loan.
