Very disappointed in service from Galss America. We traveled to their location in Chesterfield 3 different times before they finally had ordered the correct windshield. the company did however reduce the cost of the windshield by $50.00 due to the inconvenience of traveling to their location 3x for the wrong windshield that they ordered. After the correct windshield was installed in my vehicle, we found out that the front windshield wipers were not working (we used the windshield wipers that morning due to rain and found out they were not working during a thunderstorm with hail while on the highway). I called and informed the company of the issue with the windshield wipers not working. They sent a Tech out the following week to inspect the issue. The Tech flipped on my windshield wiper switch and said, "there not working". I opened my hood, and he told me he was not going to look at my motor because he didn't think that the motor was the problem. He slod informed me he did not bring the correct tools to get to the motor as well. Later on, that day I received a call from Kyle. Kyle informed me that he believes it is just a coincidence that my windshield wipers stopped working and I should take my car to my mechanic (this was 2 weeks ago). Kyle said my windshield wipers were never unplugged and he even sent me video footage of my vehicle being worked on in the garage of Glass America. I was told this would be my responsibility unless I could prove it. I just picked up my vehicle from my mechanic and my windshield wipers were unplugged!!!!! If the company would have just sent someone out to look at my vehicle or have me bring my vehicle back to the garage to see what the issue was instead of trying to push this issue off this whole problem could have been avoided.
