Joe was very helpful, and was able to accommodate same-day service for oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and next day fix for a few sensors that went out. We've been taking cars to another firestone in the area since 1993 and recently switched due to low staff and decline in service. I couldn't be more pleased with this location!

Great customer service. Planned on some easy maintenance, they hit a snag but were communicating with me and got resolved. Now I'm back to being a happy jeep driver knowing my vehicle is safe.

Worst place ever! Do NOT get your car serviced here! I took my truck here to get my high pressure fuel pump replaced. A couple of weeks later after getting it serviced, my check engine light came. I checked the errors and it was fuel pump errors so I took it back to them to take a look at it. They told me the throttle body needed to be replaced. I called my local car dealership repair shop for a 2nd opinion and gave them the codes and details and they said its sound like a fuel pump issue and if I bring it in they can take a look. I called Firestone back and told them that I would be taking my truck to the car repair shop to take a look at it and replace the throttle body, if needed. Ralph was trying his best to get me to let them do the repair. He even dropped the estimate price, but I still declined. When I went to get my car, I reviewed the receipt, (btw they charged me a diagnostic service charge) and I saw that they replaced my high pressure pump under warranty. They did not mention this when we spoke on the phone when they called. They know they did not replace my fuel pump the 1st time so they actually had to replace it this time. Ralph was also unavailable to speak whenever I called. This is unusual, he always is available. By the way, there was nothing wrong with my throttle body. Do not take your car here! They are scam artist.

I took my BMW to the Chesterfield location specifically because they have technicians who are experienced working on them and I was not disappointed. The service was great, they are very thorough and maintained communication with me while my car was in for diagnostics. I wouldn't hesitate to visit this shop, I know I will be returning when my car needs something.

Google says they are openUntil 7pm. I arrived at 5 and they were closed but there was an employee named Brian who was still there. He came to the locked door and I mentioned that I had a low tire that needed air and he was nice enough to check all my tires and fill them all! Really nice of him and I really do appreciate his kindness in helping me. Cheers

Scam artists. I asked for brake pads, because I had just replaced my rotors, pads and calipers 15k miles previous. They said they would not just replace the pads and that they could show me that they were worn. I said that's fine, replace the pads and the rotors, but I wanted the old rotors so I could look at the rotor with my neighbor who is a mechanic. They said they would not do to that and refused to service the vehicle.Service: Brakes

Ralph and his team are great! They do excellent and quick work. The best thing about them is that they assess your car and tell you what you need not what they want to sell to you. I made an appointment to have light bulbs replaced in my headlights while I waited. Specifically, it was an appointment to wait. When I got there, the manager told me they don t make wait appointments, and he had no idea when he could do my work. I asked what time I could come back, and he said he had no idea. What a way to run a business!

Needed a tire changed, 2 hours before close. Tire had to be ordered. I left my car there overnight, and 45 mins after opening the next day the tire was changed and the car was ready to be picked up. Excellent customer service and quick repair. Would definitely return for other services and would highly recommend to other customers!Service: TiresService: Tires

Let me preface this with the fact I have been a Firestone customer for over ten years, I have never had a problem at any other location, except this one. I trust this shop about as far as I can throw my car. First off they don t do appointments, they always want you to drop your car off for the whole day; you can imagine how well this works for a working individual who relies on their vehicle everyday. Secondly when they break parts doing their job incorrectly, then they charge YOU for it! That s how good their customer service is. And ladies, don t fret, they talk down to their male customers as well, they speak to everyone in a condescending manner no matter who you are or how much mechanical knowledge you may have. I took my vehicle in for a standard oil change with tire rotation and left with a $400 bill! Never had this experience at any other Firestone. I would go to a drive through mechanic before ever giving this place my business again.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Just a heads up to everyone I showed up at 5:25 on a Wednesday when I was told I didn t need an appointment, and they were closed. Online it shows they close at 7 which is apparently false

Ralph and the mechanic on staff were amazing! We are travelling cross country and had an alternator go out and because these guys pulled strings for parts and stayed a little over they saved us having to get two nights of hotel mid trip! Super service! Quick even though it was after close when we left. Would rate eleven stars !!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

brought my car in specifically for my taillight and oil change (filled out on the sheet) then again Verbally confirmed they fixed the tail light when picking up my car-- but got pulled over because the taillight was never fixed. This just should have been handled better when I called in to let them know what happened. Instead, it was a too bad so sad kind of answer no explanationor solutions offered. Couldve been an easy fix but now Im irritated with the customer service- I will be going elsewhere.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Our family s minivan caught a nail during our Memorial Day weekend road trip and almost had a flat tire. Ralph and the crew at this location provided exceptional customer service by assessing the situation and putting on a brand new tire within an hour. We are thankful they were open on Memorial Day or else we would have been stuck in STL for an extra night. Thank you Chesterfield Firestone!

Our experience here was wonderful! My mom was having an issue with her exhaust pipe after hitting something and was worried to drive back to Chicago with it. We walked into Firestone to have it checked out and a kind gentleman working there fixed it for us within 2 minutes! We really appreciated the great service!

These pros are my go-to guys and gals. They are reliable and they get it right. I have taken mine and my wifes car here for multiple issues and they are always very accommodating. I would call ahead these days post covid shutdown. They are very busy and workin hard to stay on top of things. Hours have been moved back to 8am. I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work 5**** stars. Thanks again.

I was concerned at first when I arrived and found many new faces. The folks I came to like and trust over the last year of new tires and alignments (Charlie and JR) were no longer there. However, the interim manager there, Dave, heard my concerns and assured me that my car is in good hands. Matthew did a thorough job with the courtesy inspection (even tested my battery), balancing and rotating the tires, and finally the alignment was corrected as well. Everything was thoroughly explained after and the car came back to me with no issues. It tracked straight with no vibrations. I left a happy customer because I was treated with courtesy and respect and because my car was also treated right.Kudos to the team at Firestone in Chesterfield and big thank you as well! Keep it up!-LennyUpdate:Once again, the store manager, Ralph, has exceeeded my expectations by going above and beyond to assure my satisfaction and by treating me fairly, professionally, and with respect. Despite the fact that his store is currently low on staff, he kept my appointment and serviced my car with great care and timeliness. I can t ask for anything more. This is now my go-to shop. Took my truck in for brakes. They did a great job changed out my back license plate light and also did an alignment and rotation of my tires. Was not necessarily cheap but definitely beat some competitors and the job was done correctly and quickly. Going to be my new mechanic for almost anything.

Made an appointment for a tire rotation online 'to wait' with the car. Employee called me and said that they have not been offering any 'waiting' appointments since the pandemic (why can you still choose this on the website?). I told him 'ok', we would drop off the car at the 'scheduled time (10:00) and that I would call him back if I discovered that my daughter would not be able to leave the car for the remainder of the day.After discovering that my daughter had an appointment at noon and therefore couldn't drop off her car until 2, I called 3 times between 5:30 and 6 to discuss; but nobody answered. The website says they close at 6.This morning I called again and actually reached someone. Come to find out, they really close at 5. Why does the website say 6? They also have no record of my appointment as they cancelled it (although the manager does remember talking to me). They now tell me they have too many cars on their schedule and they most likely will not be able to get it done today at all.Not sure the point of making an appointment. Not sure why you can make an appointment online if they don't take them. Not sure why the website says they are open until 6 if they close at 5.I have used this Firestone before and have been pleased with their work and integrity, but actually getting IN now is a fiasco. Just realize, that IF you actually make 'an appointment' it really doesn't mean anything. Your car may, or may not, get completed.

I normally get my tire service and anything regular maintenance needs here. Good crew of people, easy to work with. Can leave your car there with them or stay and wait. Which is excellent for me to leave my car with work being a few miles down the road. I just have someone drop me off after work to pay and pick it up. You can trust these people to do excellent work with technician engineers who have several aes certifications to work on all major vehicles. I highly recommend.

I have never been so disrespected in a Firestone. Ralph was rude on the phone and even worse in person. I wish I had read the most recent review before taking my car to be serviced here. When I arrived and said I had called earlier in the morning and that he had not taken any information from me over the phone so I wouldn t be in the system he proceeded to quote a partial summary of our earlier call (coincidentally the portion of my car s problem that Firestone was not equipped to fix) he rebuked well how s that for taking down information . Not to mention he did not look me in the eyes once during the intake. The only time he looked me in the eye is when I brought my father with me to pick up the car. He was condescending to him, made our servicing history (which has only been through Firestone for the life of my car) sound neglectful and backtracked on his statements regarding my servicing history when questioned. Upon the conclusion of our interaction he smirked as he asked me if I knew what my tire lock was. I will not be returning.

I was in St Louis for the weekend and right when I was headed out of town to go home, I discovered 2 screws in my tire. I can t say enough about the speed, courtesy and professionalism of this friendly staff. Amazing work! I was on the road in no time. Highly recommend!

I have used this place for several years. They service my wife's car when I am out of town, have done numerous state inspections for us, as well as mount my racing tires when I replace them (once to twice a year). If you plan ahead and schedule with them the service is fast and on time.

When I arrived for an appointment made a week in advance, I was told that they couldn't see my car because there wasn't time to do the services we made the appointment for. When I expressed my discontent at this response, I was told that it was the mistake of the person who made the appointment, but they wouldn't see my car that day. It's incredibly unacceptable, and while their prices are competitive, it's not worth going there for the lack of good customer service that's reliable and trustworthy. I've been there several times over the past few years, and each time has yielded mediocre service that did what it needed to without being particularly good, but I'm not using this location anymore.

I was very pleased with the friendliness of the people at Firestone as well as the speed of the service. They were very friendly when I called to make an appointment and when I picked up my vehicle. The services were completed much faster than I anticipated. I have been consistently happy with their services, have recommmended them to others, and will continue to recommend them in the future.

Ralph and the service team are heaven sent!!! Dobb s on Chesterfield Pkwy quoted us $130 for something that cost us less than $26 at Firestone. Thank you for your great customer service, expertise and honesty!

I have a 2008 Toyota Camry. Back in January I went to get my rear brakes changed. I got new rear rotors and pads installed and an oil change. Cost about $400. About 2,000 miles later my car is alarming "Low engine oil pressure." So I checked my oil and sure enough, there was just enough to cover the tip of the dipstick. Normally I go closer to 5000 miles before I get an oil change, so I'm thinking I have a leak. (either that or they never changed my oil, right?) I added a quart and a half of oil to my car and checked it every other day for a week. It kept it's oil level fine on the dipstick. A week later my brother in law (who knows his way around vehicles) came to visit and ended up changing my front brakes for me. I mentioned to him about the oil issue I had and we checked the oil. It was low again. So he got under the car and looked at the filter and felt it. When he pulled his hand away he had fresh oil all over his hand. So we now see there is a slow leak at the oil filter. We bring it back to Firestone. They can't find a leak anywhere, not even at the filter. So they tell us they want to put a dye in my oil to help diagnose where the leak is, for $45. We said no, but when they came back they said there was a misunderstanding, and the tech already put the dye and more oil in. We did not get charged but we were told to come back after 50-100 miles so they could diagnose the leak. We left. When we got home, my brother in law got back under the car. Mysteriously we had a NEW and DIFFERENT type of oil filter on my car. Even though there was NO LEAK found. So basically they screwed up and tried to cover it up. Never went back, never will. I don't think you should either.
