I've never been to a store that has all of ur auto parts and tools like NAPA does. I been going to the Napa store in my hometown for going on 3 yrs and not one time have I been there and not gotten what I came for. Excellent store and I give them an A+ for taking care of me.

Needed antifreeze, called first, employee checked stock, had what I needed. Walked to retrieve, was in n out in no time. Very kind and helpful. Thanks!

Lazy people working. Dint bother going in go to Cape. The two guys workimg there acted like I was a bother when trying to buy a battery.
