I have been a customer for quite some time. Absolute best deals, best service, and best people to work and deal with. Can Am is the only UTV made out there as far as I am concerned! ! I cant wait to go try out my second machine from Ochs!

By far the best Powersports dealer I have experienced to date. I drive an hour just to use this dealer instead of the dealer I purchased from (Greenmount). Will continue to use their service department based on my last visit. They completed my first service and installed all of my accessories in a rapid fashion and everything was perfect. Thank you very much for everything!!!

Do not recommend they were very rude, and when I asked questions about the services we had done they wouldn t answer my questions. When I pick up our can am it wasn t even full of oil after the oil change they did. They also said the first service was on them when we bought it new turns out they charged us $500. Overall very rude, pricey, and not trustworthy.

Entire team was amazing. Salesman took time to answer all my questions. Was helpful with accessories like helmet and goggles. Returned helmet cause of size with no problems. Mechanic and salesman even loaded Atv Gentleman running cash register even made sure I got money returned on my card for cheaper helmet. Was an amazing experience all around Thank y all so much for a great Christmas for my grandchildren

The owner is awesome and straight forward! BS cost business so if someone is talking smack about this business they are either jealous or just self entitled and shouldn t be allowed a review because of their own issues! Great people here in the equipment and the car rental side so go see them and tell them a CAN AM delivery driver sent you!

Salesperson, Kyler was very knowledgeable of the product line. Any specific questions I had regarding maintenance issues he was unsure of he went directly to service and provided an answer. He was very professional and courteous. When I took delivery of my Bad Boy mower a service tech and Kyler both came out to go over operation and assisted in loading. I feel I got good value with my purchase. This is my second purchase with Ochs Power sports and I would highly recommend them.

We bought a Can-Am HD10 Defender Limited. Kyler was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions and also volunteered other info that could help us have a good experience with it. He explained how Can-Am was now the leading brand in side x sides. We needed a work machine for our farm. He told us this machine will do what you need it to. We live on gravel and dust is a big issue for us with our health so we got an enclosed cab. Also feeding cows in winter we needed heat too. The seats are comfortable and it s roomy on the inside with good storage. Will consider it a good buy.

Good quality service and product. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I love that they will perform any service needs right there.I would have given 5 stars but they would not take a personal check and I would have to pay a 3% fee to use debit or credit. So I had to go out and get cash which was an inconvenience and there was no reward for paying cash. Otherwise the experience was great.

Bought a Kayo 70 last winter and everyone at the dealership was great to talk with. Only issue with the atv is that it wouldn't run with the choke turned off. I recently dropped it off for warranty repair because of this issue and hoping everything goes smoothly. I will definitely be giving an update on this issue as many people these days base their actions around reviews in many occasions.Update: Kayo 70 was repaired under warranty, runs great and took about 2 weeks. Excellent job Ochs Powersports!

The guys at Och's are awesome. As a first time SxS buyer they answered all my questions. Before picking up my unit I changed my mind on accessories several times and they accommodated each request. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I called to ask if they had a certain oil. Josh in parts/service told me he could see it from where he was sitting, but wouldn't get up to actually check. I got in the next day to buy the oil, he told another guy to show me where it was only for it to be the incorrect oil. It would have literally saved me a trip to town if he had just gotten up from his seat and looked.Hilarious reply. Josh would not get up to look at the product and I would have never rejected to being put on hold. I had more questions to find the specific oil. I feel they would have been answered if he had gotten up and actually looked at the product. I did specifically ask for the 2W and not 2M. The only thing he kept saying was how he could see it from where he was sitting.

Make sure to do all your research before buying from this place! We purchased 2 of the "Bull" Kayo 4 wheelers in July of 2021. One of them has been in the shop more often than it's been ridden! The service manager "Josh" needs a lesson in customer service. He is condescending and talks down to his customers. He also proceeded to tell me he did my husband a favor by getting him an appointment the end of August instead of waiting until October. I think if you have that many of your products in your service center, that it takes that long for an appointment, obviously you are selling inferior products Or you need more qualified staff that are able to assemble the products. Once again...Please do your research before purchasing from Ochs Powersports.In response to your criticism, the weight limit for the units purchased. We were told, is 197 lbs. We are both well under that. Being that we are older, we didn't want anything more powerful and were told these were perfect for us. Rudeness is not always recorded!! The Rudeness was more in person and sometimes you get back what you deal out!!! You can be negative to the customer all you want in your reply, but it doesn't change the facts. You can put it together in one day for the sale, but couldn't service it for 30 days. Hmmmm.

I had no problem getting the 2 four wheelers within a week. Ray was on it the whole time. Called me when he said. They are good people. I had a good experience . Would go back again. It didn't even bother my credit score that much
