Sure they don't have the best prices on "everything" but they're very competitive and the service you receive is outstanding! They have helped me out of more than a few jams with their ideas, parts and prices. They're the "whole package" kinda place. Jon and Jay always do their best to make sure you're helped and happy.

This is a great place to go when you're looking for that part. They are informative and will work with you to get the right part for the job. Only thing I can say that's not positive is their prices on certain parts are higher then the competition. Other than that nice place to shop.

I bought a set of tie rods from O'Reilly. Had a mechanic put them on . Went for alignment at a local business . They couldn't do the alignment because one of the parts was wrong cost me labors and expenses for new parts . Went to O'Reilly and told them what had happened I proved I wasn't at fault. They paid me back for my loss in repair in and labor paid . Very impressed steve the manager did excellent job. Thank you .

I went to the store here and a 1/2 ago, and the service was excellent. The young man that helped me gave me a great deal on the other on the parts that I need. So I'm going back this year and doing some PD work. And I am going to order some breaks and wrote it from you guys and I appreciate the service and the price. When I get there, I just wanted. We were scared and didn t know what to do after our intercoolant pipe burst. Thankfully they had the part we needed and joe was helpful and able to help us fix it up and working great. 10/10 would come here again!!

Staff was friendly and helped me out. Store was clean and so was the men's room. There is plenty of parking and the parking lot is clean

Friendly and polite. They seem very busy witch is a good sign business is booming. Wish I had taken photos of how busy they were, I like going here as they have a lot of cool items for sell displayed around the store

Came in today about five minutes ago, got hooked up with a free engine light check and Megan told me what was up and gave me a variety of options and personal anecdotes. Personable while also being professional, a good balance. Not only that, but it was quick, easy and low stress. Gotta recommend it if you're in a pinch and need someone to calmly walk you through what's up.

Had a breakdown on the highway. Manager Tim went above and beyond to help us. What a great dude! Back on the road. Vacation back on track!

Took a few minutes to get someone to help me but once someone did he was nice. He was able to plug in my car, write down the name of the code, and explained to me what it meant and what I should do about it. He did seem a little rushed but he made sure I was very well informed.

The young fella, who helped me, I apologize for not remembering his name, was very helpful, courteous & really went out of the way to make sure I got the parts I went in for. The parts showed, in the silly computer, as being in stock, but what do computers know, really? So, Mr. Super Salesman, that's what I'll call him, got them ordered, from two other stores, and I will pick them up the next day. Great experience. Thank You, Mr Super Salesman.

I love this store. I have been there twice. Both times the staff were friendly and helpful.Two days ago I went in to buy replacement bulbs for my car's tail lamps and was waited on by Kyle.Kyle was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He generously installed the replacement bulbs, saving me from the unpleasant task of having to do it myself.I applaud this store for hiring quality staff and for promoting this level of customer service in their workplace. Well done!

Wonderful experience every time I visit. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and go over and beyond with all the questions I have had! Special shout out to Jacob and Matthew that provide excellent customer service and such friendly service! I will always go to you guys 1st and recommend you to everyone I know! If you go to O'Reilly in Cape Girardeau, ask for Aaron. He knows his stuff, is very nice, and super helpful. He just saved me a lot of money by taking a quick look under my hood.

I needed help fixing my light, couldn't get it unscrewed. Two male employees walked pass me and just said "Look like your having trouble." They didn't 9ffwr to help or even ask if I needed help. When I asked for assistance. I was told by one guy he was on his way to lunch. Smh what ever happened to customer service and just helping a lady when needed.

Incompetent staff. Slow workers. Workers hiding in the office (2 of them). Ordered parts never came. Was told I would be contacted when they came in. That never happened. Un knowledgable, they explained the truck is late. That's fine but dont say you'll call if you are not going to. This was totally pathetic. I suggest Auto Zone if you need a part. Dont waste tour time here.

I needed to replace the battery in my key fob. Not only did the attendant find the correct battery, he took the time to take the fob apart and put it back together. It was not an east process. He was very patient and professional. That is 5 star service. Thank you.

Jonathan the general manager and all the staff is so helpful! Very friendly and helped a singleMama get her headlights and her back lights installed and replaced! Visit them they are awesome!!!
