I absolutely just love this place! I dropped my car off at noon and they had it done just in a few hours and it is beautiful work I definitely recommend this place prices was amazing too.

I would highly recommend James Auto Body. My vehicle looks like a brand new vehicle. You can't even tell where the deer hit my car. The personnel were kind, polite, and very helpful. They even went over the estimate that I didn't understand. I would suggest everyone to use them.

Everyone! James Auto Body & Glass- in Cape Girardeau, Mo- has the best customer service and excellent implementation of work done to each client's vehicle. I was on the highway off of 57 and hwy 55. I hit a eagle. I called 5 different places, I then called there 2nd store and they told me to call this place up that they could get me right in. I called and they gave me the address. I arrived and had replaced with in 30 min of arriving. Very fast and professional. Price I paid was 247 dollars. Compared to their competitors. They blow them out of the water

Vehicle was vandalized and rear window shattered on a Friday. They stored the car indoors over a rainy weekend and had the new glass installed on Monday and for less than other quotes I had received. Would highly recommend! Thank you!

Requested our rear bumper not be replaced as it was ok. Someone didn't read the envelope I wrote that on with key drop and the bumper was replaced. After discussing this with Jeremy they took the cost of the bumper off our bill. Called on a Friday and was told truck would be done on Tuesday so paid 3 more days on the rental. However on Tuesday they said it'd be Friday. Was out 3 more days on rental! Not sure how they couldn't have known on Friday it'd take another week

They really gave my mom the run around. They never treated my father in this manner. Everything wasn't even taken care of after a year of having the car! Had to take it right back. In my opinion they ought to realize and recognize that customer service goes a longer way than the work you do! I won't take my vehicle here and I really hope if something does happen again that my mother will choose another auto body place. The only reason she choose them is because they never gave my father any problems!

They have been great both times I ve had to use them. They are the only ones in town that can work on my Kia. It has been in two accidents. Neither was our fault but the car needed repairs both times. They did the work no problem and let me know every step of the way what needed to be done and when it would be done. They were even done a week early this time around and the customer service has been excellent.Service: Body & Trim

Extremely disappointed with this place. Will never be using it again. My car was nearly full (over 3/4) of gas when I took it in and I got it back and the gas light was on. My car gets good gas mileage so you have to drive pretty far to do all that. Also all of my spare change left in my car was gone and it was very obvious they had gone through all of my stuff in my car. The communication is terrible. It took them 3 weeks longer than they said it would and continued to push the date back several times (probably so they could continue to drive my car all over cape). Would definitely not recommend.

My car was damaged by a impaired driver when we were out of town in STL. We had the car towed back to James as we had been referred by many friends and coworkers. The shop was professional, courteous, easy to communicate and work with and did a great job repainting and repairing the damaged rear quarter, bumper, suspension and other components. It looks aa good or maybe slightly better than before the crash.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting

Took a 2015 Ram in for minor body damage. Very, very poor work and unprofessional. Got a called in saying it was finished. The paint was still messed up and the hood/body lines did not match up. Took 3 times to get it correct. Then said they would leave my keys so I could pick up after hours. I drove all the way over there after work and they had not left the key. A waste of money and time. I am very disappointed and could never recommend this business to a friend or neighbor.Service: Body & Trim
