Had a rattle in the door of my Camry.They scheduled an appointment for a few days later and found out what was going on quickly and come. Kept me informed of the problem and cost.Ended up coming in under the estimate and had ad it done ahead of time!Could not ask for a better experience

Worse customer service! Ordered a part they gave me a date, date comes and goes. I call just for them to say they had to send it back and they will let me know when another comes. Finally after a month I get a call things came up had to change my appointment, they approved it. Drop car off at 8 get a call at 11 saying they sent the part back and would only reorder if I paid in full. The employees are rude and unprofessional and do not know how to communicate with customers. They did good work on past collision work but customer service is a zero!Service: Body & Trim

I recently had some body and trim repairs done on my Ford Explorer at Huckstep in Cape Girardeau. While the repair work was done very well and I was quiet pleased with the results, I do have two issues I would like to mention. First, the vehicle is never ready when they say it will be. I have had my vehicle in for repairs two times in the last four months and each time it was not ready when they said it would be and they don't bother to call you and let you know there will be a delay, etc. Second, when I got my vehicle back, it had been washed and the outside was clean. However, the inside of the vehicle was literally covered in dust from the repairs. It was clean when I took it in for the repairs and I expect to be clean when I get it back. That is unacceptable and could have easily been corrected. Based on my two experiences, I would have to give them a 3.5 rating ( with 5 being the best ). Based on my two experiences I would give them another opportunity to keep my business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Holy cow! This place is AMAZING! They fixed the latch on my hatchback in less than an hour. For $178. Got to me in less than a week, plus flexible schedule! Ford quoted me $500, plus wanted to keep my vehicle all day. I spent $100, and waited for 2 weeks for Ford to tell me they were not skilled enough to fix it. Huckstep made short work of what 2 other shops could not accomplish. With the added bonus of doing it for 1/3 the price and time!

This business did fabulous work at a good price in a timely manner. Fixed our 2020 Outback so well you couldn't tell anything had happened. I was in a deer wreck and they fixed my car in just 2days and also my car paint and body looks like nothing ever happened i am so shocked i love what they did

Holy cow I m sitting in there parking lot amazed at how they just acted. My wife had a minor accident and I wanted a quote trying to decide if I wanted to it out of pocket or use insurance. The guy when I stepped in said I ll get to you in a minute rudely but ok he s busy. I stood there. He said he would not give me a quote until he saw what the adjuster had quoted. I said I want to know what you charge to fix I might pay out of pocket and I want other things done as well. He refused to give me a quote. So I guess they do not do honest quotes and man are they rude for no reason. I would not use ever!

Friendly service and very professional. Worked on my Chevy Impala that was rear ended . Went above and beyond from repairing the damage to cleaning the interior. Highly recommend the best body shop in Cape County.

I am impressed with how well they have fixed my car and was surprised to discover how they went extra miles by washing my car and cleaning the inside as well. Highly recommended.

Went to the body shop for some simple body repair. I brought my own OEM parts because I do not like cheap Chinese parts being used on my vehicle. The person giving the estimate said they make too much money selling parts to customers so they do not allow customers to bring their own parts, even if they are OEM. So I took my business to one of the many other auto body shops in town that allow you to purchase your own OEM parts and not force you to use the over priced parts they sale.

This place was fantastic. I was referred by a few friends to use them when my car needed some body work. They worked with the insurance company and did an awesome job. Got it back when they promised. And it was clean - inside and out.

Stated it would take 2 weeks to get to my vehicle. Not because they were busy but because they didn't want to work on my model of car. If you don't need the business please post the old right to refuse service sign.

They did a small repair on my 1997 Ford Thunderbird. Not only did it come in under the estimate, but the car was washed and detailed. It was above and beyond my expectations!
