May change later, we'll see.Haven't made my 1st payment yet and already having issues with breaks and transmission.Gave 3 stars bc very friendly and seems honest. $700 in repairs later if truck holds up I'll change rating

If I could give them more stars I would give them 100+!! These people are AWESOME! I bought a 2002 Oldsmobile Silhouette Van from them. While I was test driving it, I fiddled with the controls of the heater and the fan stopped working! So when I returned, I told them about it and said I'd buy it if they agreed to fix it. I left because I had to meet up with a coworker who was going to drop me back off so I could pick up the Van. I had to do this because I was driving a rental and the coworker was my only way back to the car lot.While I was waiting on my coworker to get off work, I messaged the owner to make sure they could run debit cards. They couldn't, so the owner looked into some options and I gave some ideas and I looked into how much I could pull off my card in 1 day. We came up with a plan and we were in business. I really wanted that van...lol. my truck was totalled, I have animals that I have to think about in case of an emergency. With my truck, I couldnt safely transport them because my truck didnt have a topper and it was NOT an extended cab. So I was looking for a van or an SUV.When I returned, the owner was back with a new battery for my van and they got the fan for the heat to come back on. He also had the paperwork finished so all that remained was exchange of money and some signatures.On my way home, the fan went back out, but the rear fan was still working. The van was warm enough to make it home. It drives nicely but the engine light came on. So this morning I messaged the owner letting him know what happened. He is ordering the part for the fan and will fix it as agreed. He also let me know that he will find out what is causing the engine light to come on so I can get the parts. I will pay for that item because the engine light wasn't on until I started messing with buttons! Lol.Of course my van isn't perfect, there are some things wrong with it, like the interior lights are not working, but I can fix that later. It has Onstar which i discovered accidentally while pushing buttons....then couldnt figure out how to turn it off!!!! I finally disconnected from Onstar but have no idea how!!!!I'm COMPLETELY 100% pleased with my vehicle, the service I received, and with Hitt n Mis Auto Sales. They are extremely nice and went out of their way to get me in the van on that day! They made a completely stressful situation so much better!!!!! Thank you so very much!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend buying from them.

This place has the cleanest bathrooms in Millersville! I have never purchased anything I only stop to poop. If you ask Jake he usually has wet wipes for that really clean feeling.

Jake and his son are awesome. I've had my vehicle from them for 2 years and I'm still very happy with it. Jake's a nice guy.

Incredibly dishonest person and business. Has no problems lying and is simply after a quick buck. Most of these reviews are fake ones crested by his friends. Buyers beware.

Very polite answers all questions but wouldn't work with me I was 100 short till next Fridays payday wasn't able to work with me went out there way to show me the car n another very disappointed beautiful mitsubishi suv so went to buffs and they worked with me
