Best purchasing experience of my life. I was looking for an S1000XR used, they had one at good price. Talked with Brian ,I hadn't test rode an XR. The guy I was working with knew the bikes I had in the past thought the XR would be what I wanted. I asked if they would work with a shipper, shipper got complicated. Brian delivered the bike to me. Above and beyond my expectations. The battery on the bike was weak and they sent me a new one. I will buy another bike from them in a hart beat they had the best price on 300cc two stroke dirt bikes as well. We need a grassroots closer to Nashville.

I just bought a R1150R from Springfield,MO. On the road back to TN, rain pours down without mercy. Hands drenched in cold water, barely movable. However, I m so fortunate that when I stop by and search any motorcycle store nearby, I found Grassroots BMW. I bought a pair of waterproof gloves there, and Hank helped me installed the wire for my heated gear to keep my balls hot on the road. In addition, Hank also helped me taped up the wires exposed out of rubber protection. The owner Dave is a kind person. Brian is also very helpful and cordial.I really appreciate what Grass Roots BMW has helped me, or I wouldn t have made my road back to Nashville in one piece riding on the rain.Shout out to Brian and Hank. Thanks for all the grace y all gave to me. God sees it, y all be blessed.

My review isnt as good as most Im seeing on here, but, after today I will no longer use or recommend Grassroots to anyone. On the other hand, Lawless Harley Davidson took care of me and I was literally in and out after about 15 minutes as to Grassroots not giving me as a customer the time of day and totally not willing to help out. Not being able to provide service within a Service Department is a no brainers for me to choose an alternative which I'm very glad now that I did. I will remain a loyal customer to Lawless until they provide me with service like Grassroots did today.

These folks are the best in the biz. You couldn't ask for a better experience on the planet. I have purchased two new bikes from Josh and am about to pick up a third. They go above and beyond to answer questions and take the time to make sure you are comfortable and safe before you head out.

Thank you Grassroots BMW. Your staff was friendly and very knowledgable. The maintenance was done on time and the price was reasonable. The maintenance accomplished was a safety recall plus new tires and a 68K service.You and your staff was a solution to with the local BMW dealer in Memphis. From now on I will be bringing my bike to you for any maintenance that I may need done. Thanks again.

Awesome people and awesome dealer set up, got some of the nicest bikes and some of the best deals I've ever seen at a dealer period. Everyone will stop whatever they're doing and will talk to you for whatever reason, will let you sit on the bikes, and they'll give you a guided shop tour around their shop and facility. If I didn't live in St. Louis I'd most certainly be here more often to chat with these people and possibly buy a bike from them. Go the extra mile and go to Grass Roots!

I have been a customer of Grass Roots for over 20 years. I have always felt they appreciated me and went above and beyond on sales and service. As for the bikes, I have had good service from the three BMWs I have had. Two of them have had about ten years service each and were as solid as the day they were purchased less the usual scuffs and road grime. If you are interested in a BMW you should check them out.

I bought a 2011 BMW 800 ST from Grass Roots BMW. What a wonderful place to do business with. Customer service was spectacular. Brian Thompson was my salesman. He even ran my jacket by my work here in Cape on Monday when they are closed. I can tell you that this is where I will be buying my next bike, again. I live in St. Louis and work in Cape. You won t find this type of service in St. Louis. Keep up the great work.

THESE GUYS ALL ARE THE NICEST PEOPLE!!! Hank fixed my bike up and Andrew made my appt over the phone for me. After my experience with other dealers and this one.. I ll be bringing my bike here for everything and I live up in St. Louis if that says anything!

Worth driving almost 2000 miles round trip to buy a 23 year old used bmw r1100rt/p. Josh was outstanding in everyway. Small dealer in a small town but provided world class service. As they help me load the bike onto the truck for the 985 mile trip home I had to remind myself that I didn't buy a new 25k new bike. Thanks Grass Roots BMW. Brian the shirt fits perfectly. I'll definitely be back!!!!!!

Went in for a 6k service and to have a few parts installed. Both departments went above and beyond to get this done promptly and at a fair price. They even overnighted a part so that I could continue on a cross country ride uninterrupted. Highly recommend grass roots.

I was on a road trip to Branson MO from PA & got a service light enroute. I dropped into Grassroots BMW & talked to Brian about it & looking at my now borderline worn rear tire on my GS. Their guys took care of me and had me on the road with cleared no fault reset & new rear tire within an hour. Thank you for the fast friendly service on a Friday morning

Excellent local business! Friendly, helpful staff. Very professional, and very knowledgeable. Spent hours patiently helping me with a supermoto conversion that turned out to be exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend this place for all of your motorcycle needs!

Great service, I was able to get 2 tires replaced on the rims in a short notice. Dropped wheels off, went and got some early dinner and they were done by time we got back. Only 3 bmw motorcycle dealers I believe in Missouri. Nice to have a dealer so close.

On spur of moment bought a motorcycle, next day when was supposed to pick up my bank had put a hold on my checking account. They were cool and gas e me 90 days to same as cash. In meantime I researched the motorcycle and realized they gave me a very good deal.

I will forever go to bmw for anything I get done on my bike that I can t do myself. These guys do great work and for a good price unlike most motorcycle mechanics. Also,Customer service at this place is amazing,really made me feel like I was their only customer.

was $40, 2 months ago! now? ... walked in with wheel, new tire & new tube ... run for your lives! $70 mounting fee! Ridiculous!
