On June 1 2023 I went to Auffenberg Kia Service Center of Cape Girardeau Mo.To get an oil change and tire rotation!I got an oil change and no tire rotation!But was charged for an oil change and tire rotation!!I don t like dishonest Dealerships that charge people for service that they don t get!!

Very good on-time service with friendly personnel. I did find lower service prices at another non-Kia service center.
