This place used to be helpful and was my go to, but their employee's and customer service have been getting worse and worse.Last 2 times I was there, they lost parts from my mower. This time I went for a parts and labor quote allready knowing what it needed since I had allready taken it apart to figure what was wrong and needed replaced. The guys wanted $45 just to write it up. I allready had part numbers as well. All they needed to do was write it down on their paper for a quote, but they still wanted $45...the greed is unreal. This place has forever lost my business. I will no longer recommend this place

Great locally owned place! Took my push mower to get tuned up and they did a fabulous job! Looks like new, for not much money. They also sell tractors and zero turn mowers and have a full line of Stihl products. So I now get my string there too!

They only issue is that they didn't let us know the amount it cost and that's not what the problem was when we took it in.. so no discussion on pricing and why fix it before confirming with client

Called to find a part for our Mahindra tractor that our dealer said was unavailable (ever again). Alex stated that they didn't have one in stock but he would research and order if possible. He came up with the new/correct part number. Thank you so much for going over and beyond. Most places would have said we don't have one of those and left a person to make more calls. Thank you, Alex.

I recently bought a STIHL 291 chainsaw from Tractor Barn, and took it out to my property, it had a manufacturing problem and busted a part on the first cut. I took it back to Tractor barn and Alex had me fixed up and back running that very afternoon. Great customer experience, I will be back!!

We enjoy The Tractor Barn and everything they offer. There is a wide variety of great products and the staff, especially Mr. Lex, is friendly and knowledgeable as he helps us find/fix whatever we need. We are grateful for the services they provide and that we can go there for a one stop shop.

I recently purchased a Ferris lawn mower from the Tractor Barn and was very pleased with the process. The salesman, Alex, was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me what I believe was a fair value for my trade-in and had my old mower picked up and the new one delivered within days. If their service continues as it has thus far, I will definitely continue doing business with these folks!

The Tractor Barn is the place that has everything you need with employees you want to deal with!I had been looking for a new zero turn mower for sometime. Just happened to drive by one day and looked over to find a great selection out front of the store. Made a phone call to The Tractor Barn and started a conversation with a salesman named Shawn about what I was looking for. He listened to all my questions and was friendly and helpful when answering. In fact everyone I interacted with at the Tractor Barn was very personable and helpful. I am sure this is why they have been in business for so many years. I purchased my new Ferris ISX3300 a couple of days later from the Tractor Barn and will definitely be back in the future.

I purchased a used tractor from tractor Barn in 2019 and was very pleased with everything about the sale and the sales person...have been very happy with the tractor since then thru several visits for service and parts ....I recently talked to Lex one of the service technicians about a small problem with it and he was Very helpful over the phone and did everything he could do to help me with the answer I needed ...Would not hesitate to purchase another tractor from them in the future if needed.

We had out Christmas party thereClean and decorated for the holidays. Has a full kitchen with several tables and chairs and can accommodate a large family. We all enjoyed ourselves and the owners were good to work with

Highly Recommend The Tractor Barn!We recently purchased a Husqvarna riding mower from a dealer in Ozark. The mower had a defective seat from the get-go and after several unsuccessful attempts to have the seat repaired or replaced by the dealer that sold us the mower, we were told to just go away.I contacted Alex at The Tractor Barn (Brookline), and they initially tried to fix the existing seat and bracket and when that did not work, they contacted Husqvarna and had the seat and bracket replaced under warranty with no cost to us.It is super refreshing to do business with an individual and a business that is willing to work with and for their customers. If you need a new mower or the old one repaired or serviced give the guys at The Tractor Barn a call.Thanks again Alex and The Tractor Barn!
