Great place for a quick stop. Plenty of pumps, clean bathrooms, and snacks. Great customer service and atm on sight as well. Did I mention the wine wall..?!

Its convenient for getting off and back on the highway but the staff are not the best at customer service. One time, while in my work uniform, I over heard the guy behind the counter that had bloody knuckles tell another employee to watch me. I understand you can't trust everyone and loss prevention is a thing. However, automatically having an attitude towards me like I'm up to something and than mean mugging me at check out. Look ice cube wannabe, that's not how you do business.

Stopped in to get gas in Branson MO at the Robert Roberts number 108.Walked up to the counter and said hello. The cashier behind the counter, (my reciept said her name was Nancy)a somewhat mature lady..... did not respond and acted like she couldn't care whether I was there or not. She didn't even say hello she just looked at me. She didn't even ask me what I needed. I wanted to prepay for gas and I told her that, I ran my card through and she never said anything... pleasant or otherwise. No thank you, no "do you want a receipt" anything at all. I told her to have a good day and again, she just looked at me, so..... If you stop at this Rapid Roberts perhaps wait for a different cashier.Too bad because a little customer service and courtesy goes a long way. Just a couple of days ago I stopped at a Casey's in Springfield Missouri and the gentleman behind the counter was so pleasant and so helpful.I will remember both of these customer service interactions...obviously for different reasons.

We stopped by this evening for fountain drinks, and the flavor I was looking for had an Out of Order sign on it. I mentioned it to Jesse, the cashier on duty, and he made a point to ask his coworker if they had gotten that flavor in. She checked and indeed they had, so while Jesse manned the till, she changed out the flavor. In a matter of minutes, I was enjoying a cold, refreshing fountain drink! Thanks for taking the extra time to make sure your customers are satisfied!

When I first walked in it was very clean! You can tell the employees take care of the store! I was most impressed with Jesse who ran the cash register. He was upbeat and friendly! It was the best customer service I had ever experience at any gas station! I will be coming back!

My boyfriend is slow. So we just stopped in to get gas & the pump wasn t working. Mrs. Nancy came out to help him. Thought he s mentally slow, she addressed & handled the situation with assertiveness and tact. I have never have such politeness from an employee at a convenient store! Nancy should be a manager and I think she set the standards of how we should treat customers. Even the mentally challenged! All lives matter. Ty Nancy!

We love to stop here after school, problem is that it is close to 3 in the afternoon. It is the busy and they are always doing a shift change. One register open. Usually the lotto side, and why only one side for lotto? The other thing is gift cards are not friendly to use to many issues. I told family quit giving my son gift cards. Employee's nice.

Make sure you read your credit card statements. Don't rush being on vacation and not pay attention. They will wait for over a month to send the charge to your credit card company. We bought gas at the beginning of November and they didn't charge our card till after December 10th.

My credit card's overcharged $5.5I've been calling the corporate office more than 5 times. The responsible department away from the desk 4 times. Still haven't received the refund.

The older lady with long grey hair is HORRIBLE .the most UNPROFESSIONAL person I have ever met . If your in a hurry DO NOT go here .. she will see you coming and walk the other way then take her time getting back to you ! There is ALWAYS A HUGE LINE when she works she is never in a hurry to get you in and out your in her time ! It takes me ATLEAST ON A MIN of 20 min to get in and out I refuse to go back in there becaus she is so rude and unprofessional that I can t stand it it no more ! If the manager is reading this please for the love of god sit her down and talk to her !!! Or get rid of her !!! Other then that the place is nice and clean but the employees need a wake up call

As soon as i walked in an employee was giving me a hard time for walking where she had mopped. Am I supposed to wait 15 to 20 minutes to grab a coffee. She was just plain hateful about it.

Robert's is a good store just miss the buy 7 drinks get one free deal because otherwise the rewards are completely useless.

Not moped friendly. The only gas station I have been at that I can't use my card to get $0.50 worth of gas that will last me a week in gas
