I was going to work for these people. First day of training was going very well but once given a 10-minute break I was accused of taking a 20-minute break. I had made a phone call during that time which was 11 minutes. let me give you the benefit of the doubt and just say it took me 30 seconds to pull out my phone then another minute to walk back inside. So, let's just say I was outside for 12 and a half minutes. To be accused of taking 20 minutes is so inaccurate and as if I was being targeted. I've tried to call back to the owners about how long the phone call was and to check the cameras to prove I was not out there for 20 minutes, yet they avoid getting me into contact with them with lousy excuses. I can see why now why they are so understaffed. I will not be accused or targeted. Check the cameras. Fix your watch it may be fast... Be aware of your allegations.

Amazing wine and beer store that has everything you want or will ever need at great prices. Wonderful customer service. Large selection and lots of accessories like coolers, glasses and other items for your get together or party. Plenty of parking.

A great liquor store. Clean well stocked selections of liquor wines and beer with reasonable pricing. The staff is friendly personable, very helpful and knowledgeable. If there is anything specific that you are interested in or looking for they will research, find it, order it and let you know when it arrives. Best place around for miles and miles. My new go to spot when I am in the area.

We like this liquor store. They have a huge selection. It will be very rare for them to not have what you are looking for. I find their prices to be very reasonable, also.

They only truly care about money. They don't take care of their customers nor their employees. It's all about profit and its grossly obvious. People get hurt here. Yes, the selection is great. The prices are usually very low. But you compromise when you spend money there. I'd much prefer to pay more to scrupulous people than fund the hurting of people buying from this entity.

First time ever had terrible service from more than 1 employee. Ask for a replacement for my favorite beer that was out of stock. 3 employees acted as if I was bothering them with my requests. If you hate your job that much, quit!! I really appreciate both locations in springfield, but the people I came into contact with in branson were rude and acted as if I was difficult. I like what I like. If you don't have it, then give me some options so I spend money in your establishment. I guess your so overwhelmed with money that you don't care about the next dime. Oh well, won't walk in the door again.

Anytime I travel, I invariably end up at a local beverage store. Sure, I take time to visit the area watering holes, breweries, and the like but I also enjoy having beer back in my hotel or resort room, chilled and ready to drink when I m ready to chill. And when in Branson, the place we go for booze and beer is Macadoodles.Macadoodles is a good size establishment and it specializes in adult beverages of all types. There is a good deal of wine and liquor and a respectable selection of beer. They often serve samples so that you can taste the promoted wine, beer, or liquor of the day before committing to a purchase.With the beer, the assortment is good overall and I like that they sell individual bottles because it means you can purchase an assortment of beers to try. Macadoodles even has some of its own beer in bottles. It is obviously brewed under contract with an outside brewery, but it is cool to see something like this. You don t expect a liquor store to have its own beer. They have cigars, too.Macadoodles prices are more than fair and I like that they have personnel who know their booze and can answer any question. They treat you right at Macadoodles and it is easily my favorite place for liquor and beer when I visit Branson.

Went here multiple times on our two week vacation in Branson. They have an awesome selection of any kind of liquor, beer or wine. Service was very friendly and they assist you in taking out your purchase to your car.

No reason for these people to ask half way through our shopping if we re 21 . Can t you just wait till we check out and we will gladly give you our ID. Unless you re 70 years old the workers here will just go ahead and assume your 12 .. don t recommend if your under 70

Absolutely fantastic selection. I love craft beer (over 240 different brews on my untapped). I dropped $230 mostly on singles and a few premium packs including a few sours and some imported ale.

I brought my kids in to explore some wine options for them. We spoke with Jamille. She was amazing. Very knowledgeable, kind and listens well. Even though Jamille was about to leave for the day she took the time to let them taste test, show them selections, explain on a beginner level and even chill what they selected. She was a joy to talk to. Highly recommend Macadoodle and seeing Jamille for great customer service.

Well Kenneth is very knowledgeable on his wines and I enjoy his knowledge on those say wines. But my discrepancy is the decorations where does wine and cotton intertwine I just felt some type of way about cotton plants and also the gentleman working the wine sections felt very uncomfortable when I asked about who decorating the wine section.

Husband says "awesome selection!" We were in search of local craft beers we could take back home with us and this fit the bill nicely. They had many to choose from and the staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely a spot to visit if you're after unique beer options.

This place makes fun of celiac people (gluten allergy). Hard to believe they make fun of anyone with a medical condition. I'd love to see them mock a disabled person and see how that works out for them. Their sign "we have gluten free air" is absolutely absurd and prob the most disgusting business practice I've ever seen. You deserve a -5 stars. Next time be prepared to honor your double my money back when I'm not satisfied

We came here during thanksgiving 2021. There was a tall older man that was stocking the wine racks in the back. I walked up to him and asked him if I could have a box to put my cigars in. He comes at me like I m asking to date his wife or something and very rudely tells me no you can t have a box. That box is empty because we haven t filled it back up yet. I wish I would of threw those cigars back into the humidor. He was the only bad part of our vacation up there in Branson. But it s ok I remember people like him.

Large selection of beers wine and liquor! I was amazed at the selection of beers. I d find one I liked then find one I want to try. Finally I bought a whiskey I ve wanted since I went to Scotland!

Gotta love Macadoodles!! Awesome wine department with great staff! They treat you the same whether you're looking at $100+ bottles or $5 bottles! Also the only place around that carries two particular brands of moonshine we prefer. They even insist on helping you out with your purchases! Great place!

Pretty disappointed. I called And specifically asked if they had Yuengling Light. I was told they had plenty of it in 12pack cans. We show up less than an hour later and they have none of it and employee says they have none. I even asked if I should have some set to the side while on the phone with the employee and he said no they have plenty.

Well really just can't believe they treated me as a shoplifter/ criminal. Needed help carrying beer to the counter, had a friendly hand come to my aid. They refused to sell me because it was just me buying, but refused to believe me. I'm 58. It was embarrassing.

What a freaking joke of store evening management. The attitudes of the two evening supervisors were far from professional and were very Rude from the first time a question was asked. It was very clear that they are not interested in a level of customer service that an establishment of this type should provide.

The lady that helped us was amazing and super friendly. We found what we needed and when we couldn't find what we wanted because they had sold out, she was super helpful in giving us options that were comparable. Only freaky thing was she called me by name, and I'm not sure how she knew my name.. it's been blowing my mind all week!

Best selection in town and usually the best prices also. Lots of craft beers in the "make your own 6-pack" section for those who just want to try something.Wine and liquor tasting bars that always have a great selection of new things to try.Knowledgeable staff, if you're not certain what you want but have an idea they lead you in the right direction.Several tasting events and giveaways throughout the year.I just wish they played the wine section music throughout the whole store

Always the best selection.I'm new to wine and the young man who helped me was very knowledgeable and I snagged a few decent bottles. Was disappointed when he wasn't there the next trip, everyone needs a day off I suppose lol
