This is the second time we have worked with Glass Pro and I can't say enough good things about this team. We had a small piece of glass that was done in just a few hours and fit perfectly. The second project is a custom shower door. Becky had someone out the same day to measure. Estimate was quick and we will see the results in a few weeks. Thanks again Glass Pro for your great customer service.

Had a rock from a semi chip my windshield on our way to Branson. Glass Pro was able to get me in to their shop the next day and repair it using insurance. They did a great job and the wait was much shorter than times I have been to a big Safelite shop. Nice people too.

I busted the rear window of my truck while vacationing in Branson. I found Glass Pro online and so glad I did. They had a new glass ordered and delivered the next day. I arrived as they opened and was on my way in a couple of hours

They do a great job & they worked with me & the weather to get the job done! They have alot of samples to choose from for windows. Glass in doors, shower doors. They cut a arrowhead out of mirror & it is stationary where it sits, great job!

Best place to get your glass done. Best price around. Never had issue here and when I call they are all nice and when they say there coming they always call first to tell you who is coming.

They are kind and know what they are doing. There was a hiccup with my glass and no questions asked they fixed it same day. Enjoyed visiting with them as they were replacing my windshield. So grateful I found them.

While on vacation in Branson, MO., we had an unfortunate but very real side quarter window in our SUV shatter and fall out of the vehicle. I filed a claim with our insurance company and after a short web search, found Mitch and his team at Glass Pro. We arrived at their shop on the next morning and they both ordered a replacement window and fixed a patch over the broken window so we could continue driving while on vacation in the area. The part came in and in two hours we were on the road home on our scheduled departure date with new glass in place. Thanks to Mitch, Becky, and the shop vacation saved. Strongly recommend this kind and friendly staff. 6 stars if I could give it.

Had a windshield replaced. They worked with me and my work schedule. Repair was done quickly and took exactly as they quoted. Very friendly. Will use them again if needed.

My front windshield caught a rock and left a star shaped chip. I stopped by Glass Pro based on all the good reviews. Colton met me in less than a minute. He looked at the chip, took my fob and was back in less than 30 minutes to show me the results. Fast, courteous, friendly, professional and great results. $75 and I was off. Thanks Colton! It was a pleasure meeting you. Ward

The women running the office needs some lessons in CS. I waited while she was on the phone and when she was done apparently she thought it would be a great idea to take her frustration out on me. I needed a small piece of glass cut and she wrote my information down. That was 6 months ago. Since then I have purchased a home that needs several pieces of e glass replaced. If you can't cut a small piece of 1/8 glass i would imagine that the pressure of doing 6 windows and a couple of 12'patio doors would tip her over the edge.You want me to reconsider my review ? I left this review almost a year ago...............to get a response in that time frame, speaks volumes about your attention to customer service. My 1 star review is the least of your problems.

Glass Pro is always my go to glass company. The guys have replaced dozens of windows at my hotels. They have a great response time and are reasonably priced.Over the years they have also done my windshield and crack windshields.This is a local family business you should support.

It was a cold morning but they brought my truck inside and got it warm enough to complete the repair. Still out in less that 45 minutes. Super friendly. Be sure to support local business and choose Glass Pro!!!

2 months ago I had a windshield replaced by another company in town. It was never installed correctly even though I took it back to them three times. The people at Glass Pro were very friendly. They corrected the problem and only charged me $30. The lady behind the desk was really helpful and went out of her way to make sure I got it fixed that day. I would give them six if I could.

Glass Pro quoted me via email and where the only ones to call me back they got me in and out with great customer service Monday a big shout out to Becky the office manager for her kindness and professional demeanor. Great people and the only ones i will go to for my glass needs!

They were friendly, encouraging people and got me in the next day after I called. The boss went above and beyond, to get my car tag off the windshield, after the windshield had been thrown in the dumpster, under about a dozen other windshields, but he did get it. Thanks so much guys.

Great service. Went out of their way above and beyond. Was running late to repair a small chip in the windshield and they helped us immediately when we got there. Becky helped us get 2 vehicles repaired during our trip here in town. She was a huge help.
